I believe everyone is viable, but there's point where it doesn't matter what character is winning because it's the player. Kubo is godlike at whatever game he's in. Just like ROCK in Soul Calibur 4, Rock is AWFUL but there were great Rock players that won, it wasn't Rock that won it was the players.

She has an annoying normal, it's any standing normal move. 5a is great to just throw out there before, after and during both hers and ours blockstrings and combos.

NOT cancelling any C near Kanji or anyone is bad lol. Doing a j.C in Kanji's face is dumb, free command grabs all day.

I think 5C/2C vs Kanji in the corner is kinda cool. He can't do a lot at max range and you can just dash cancel into another or any other thing to make him stay.

I think it's in Kanji's favor as well, but not that much. Because going for a reset is the scariest thing to do in this match. I'd almost say never do it and rely heavily only your own spacing and punishing. Unless of course you've mind fucked him for some reason

Kanji DP is an AOE that hits in the air and stays out longer, as well as being invincible frame 1. It's the best DP on it's own right. Shuts down over half of Akihiko's pressure options up close by itself.

I'm unsure where this is coming from at all. Last Eshi post i read had him winning too? I feel this is a fairly even match overall. Maybe a bit in Yu's favor but not that much.

The magnetic blast hits low and we can't weave low. Because it's so HUGE.

I've gotten a decent amount of Kanji games in this game and there's no "just" doing anything. His Command grab has grabbed me out of my AoA, short hop and most all dashes. His DP either WINS or trades with half your options all of which in his favor afterwards. He's got more range than akihiko does too both in moves, persona moves and a projectile. This match sucks. sHowever if you ever kill rush into A Hook into D Weave. The command grabs won't reach, normal grab will be techable and his supers on reaction to the flash can be EX Corkscrewed so that's something.
