  1. Lack of instant huge damage option off a random hit usually sets a character back and his better meterless combos (c.S IAD combos) requires opponent to be hit standing.
  2. Slash bite loop is probably what you are looking at.
  3. No big damage combo for Slayer if you don't have at least 50% meter (in AC all you need is 25%), no bite loop, 6K doesn't combo into anything meterless (you can pretty much block low all day and watch out for dash in throw), and it seems that his normals are worse off compared to older versions. Plus the fact that the new YRC system doesn't seem to benefit him as much, we got a worse Slayer now.
  4. There's a chance that the #R Anji player in that video vs Yukinose is not the same Hase who plays Slayer now. I deduced that from the katakana and hiragana written nicks.
  5. Ogawa was playing Blazblue when +R was active.
  6. Never heard of Samitto during Slash, the noticable Chipp players in Slash were Susumu and Nikukyuu.
  7. I feel that Chipp is strongest in Slash, his j.D was pretty ridiculous, almost like Slayer's j.HS.
  8. Seems like 310 is indeed Satou from the Mikado 3v3 today, announcer introduced him as Satou!
  9. Tons of Mikado regulars are not appearing in tourneys yet, Samitto, En, Fino and Satou came to mind. Is 310 the Venom player actually Satou?
  10. S S S S 2K 2D still works!
  11. http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm22981559 At 8:24, would it be possible for FAB to activate and land his IK after RCing the Giganter Bullet?
  12. 25% meter options should always be better. Take for instance in Xrd I-no can only do her standard Chemical Love combos if she has 50% meter to RC, but if her Chemical Love FRC point is added in, people who make an effort to practise the FRC timing would be able to do it with 25% meter cost. For those who can't, they'll just have to settle for 50% RC combos. Nemo's tier list is a clear indicator that characters who were super reliant on FRCs in older games are considerably weaker in Xrd due to lack of meter for RC combos when they land a hit.
  13. I really hope they include FRCs in the next update. Just make FRCs the same as older games, within 2-3 frame windows regardless of during startup, active or recovery frames and keep all the new YRCs and PRCs as they are. Kinda missing good ol' Gunflame FRC combos, Chemical Love FRC combos and Stinger Aim FRC combos. Not to mention Hammerfall FRC pressure.

  15. eki-chan is from Kansai, so a-cho is your best bet. I'm more eager to see Woshige if he actually plays Xrd.
  16. Eddie Drill Special is now -D-, -H- is the new move which hides Eddie for a while. Or is there a mistake in the command list?
  17. Last week we were complaining about Faust f.S, this week we'll be complaining about Zato soon enough.
  18. 179 wins out of 188 matches, kubo is a beast!
  19. Not sure if mentioned, but Xrd Slayer can link 2K from f.S like AC.
  20. Seems like when opponent is sandwiched between Zato and shadow, opponent gets pushed towards Zato instead of away, kinda like Carl and the puppet. Does 1st hit of Shadow Gallery give knockdown?
  21. BOB Zato is ridiculous is the Mikado 3v3! 92 wins in 96 matches, Zato best character in the game? http://gyazo.com/67bb9ff49ebf1bfef6797f4395736a3a
  22. Jonio will post a new stream link on his Twitter when that happens. https://twitter.com/jonio_mikado
  23. Back in #R you always Heat Extend, so yeah IMO, 5P whiffing crouchers could be a potentially great tick Potbuster setup. Think 2P -> 5P whiff, Potbuster, not forgetting that 2P hits low and can combo into 2K.
