You can do amazing things with Tsubaki but one mistake can seriously fuck you over lol. She just needs a few tweaks here and there but I'm hoping she gets that new air distortion (among other things) in BB3~ That's one of the things that I really like about Tsubaki considering you can do things a couple of different ways and still have it work, or maybe even have it work better.

236D resets are wonderful... Especially on CH. Tested and it whiffed on Makoto for me as well. I'll try again later since I'm using my Vita and I keep bumping the damn analog stick which is bugging me otherwise I'd try a few more times.

Do you have to use a 5C before the 2CC or can you just go 3CC > RC > 2CC > IAD? Have to admit I didn't know you could go into 5C and have it work though I'm not to surprised since 5C seems to be able to squeeze into most combos.

Other Tsubaki players have pretty much said what I would have but there are two things from her unlimited form that I liked but will obviously have to be modified: Her new air distortion. It would be a great ender to her air combos instead of just j.214x. The action charge set-up where if you push D in the middle of her special she will stop and gain a charge. It doesn't have to be a full charge, maybe like a third or half depending on the version used to cancel? Or a new super where I sacrifice heat to gain charges quickly that works too.

I usually go the double IAD route just because I like doing the IAD combo in addition to the corner carry but if they're in the corner/close to the corner I go the 6C route. However, I admit that sometimes I forget we can go into 6C after a 3C fatal though, so that's another reason I go the IAD route aha. Just depends but both are great and it's fun to land.

For a serious answer no one can really say for sure why they're dropping combos or shortening it unless you ask them since really they're the only ones who know (or don't lol). Possible reasons: tourney nerves (it was the biggest BB tourney ever), they have a plan or they just simply drop it for no reason or something else entirely.

The changes were mostly impressions of what people saw/felt since that was when there was no frame data floating around and it was only in the arcades. I should probably note that in the OP.

I don't think there were any hitbox changes for her moves, just changes to start-up, active frames and whatnot.
