Yea when Jourdal told me Gomikuzu switched I was since he was the only Tsubaki that really showed up at Gamechariot. Oh well, I'm not too surprised by the change. Konan is a rare Pokemon now though if I have to be honest he really only started showing up in videos around and after SBO time for CS2. But overall he's still showed up less compared to CS2. He was usually recorded at Tachikawa (under various names lol) but is now dodging the camera. :T Kazu @ Ginga was another one I watched who frequented acho but has completely avoided being recorded, if he still plays, since Extend hit.

And there's nothing wrong with that as I'm sure we all would like Tsu-baby to be as solid as possible. I mean no offense in what I'm about to say but if I have to be honest most the complaints somehow end up boiling down to "I don't want to play Extend Tsu because it's harder and my game isn't good enough so I'm just going to give up" which for me personally, is really disheartening to read. Does this mean I think that the complaints aren't justified? No, of course not. Who doesn't want their character to be awesome?

Many thanks Kiba for the FC 6A combos. On Mugen: It's hella good (which makes it more fun) even with only one-two charges. What they did to Mugen is a good direction for the move itself, despite what they did to her overall imo. Before anyone goes: "But that doesn't change the fact that she's still worse blah blah blah" I know. Believe me, good god do I know but I'm hoping they will keep what they did to Mugen for the next BB along with our top tier Tsubaki who does +100000 on block on everything along with auto-charge and auto-heatgain cuz that's what everyone wants right?

The best way that I was personally able to get the motion down is simply just doing the move by itself. I did it to see how my pad read the motion then I added it into the combo. Believe me when I say you have a lot more time to input moves than you think, so don't feel as if you have to mash it out (or any other move for that matter) to get it to work. That's just my two cents though and if you found something that works for you who, am I to change that~

Cammy is cool~ Why Sako stop playing Cammy for Ibuki? *remembers what thread this is* Just like how Tsubaki is cool... Oh yea before I forget again, is there a lot you can do after FC 6A? I keep trying stuff out, and I know it's not as good as FC 3C, but I'd like an idea just in case I get it other than the usual 6A > 5CC > 6BB > 236C > 214 C > 22C. Unless that really is the best option haha.

They'd have to be rebalanced before they give any of the new distortions any character haha. Ah well, I can dream. I don't mind her the way she is now, it works~ Random info: Unlimited Tsu sucks (as expected) especially since it seems like it's her CS1 version with shiny new toys and faster charging. Thought it was kinda cool though that if you push D after using a special you get one charge back.

Tried out Unlimited Tsubaki to see her new distortion and man... I wish it was with regular Tsu. The possiblitiessssss~ Especially as an air combo finisher.

It gave me the option the minute I put in the game. I just assumed that it happened to everyone because I definitely don't have to do any of the other character's stories besides the new ones. @Zx and iyse: if you guys haven't done anything too major yet maybe deleting the system data then installing it again will make the option prompt up? It was basically (very much paraphrasing since I was impatient and just wanted to play lol) like "No data for Extend found, would you like to make a new one?" and "you can transfer your CS save would you like to" afterwards or something like that.

How's 2C AA against him? I noticed that some Bangs I go against really jump a lot (usually for nails) so I try to catch them with that. The only problem is when they catch on to what I'm doing and start double air dashing + shenanigans.

I thought the dialogue was still amazing personally especially for Makoto's and Platinum's joke endings.

The only thing that transfers over from what I saw is the story mode data so you don't have to do stories again, not counting the new characters obviously. It gave me the option but I had to sign onto PSN to be able to do it.

Yea, I'm starting to get it down more consistently now. I'm using her book as a visual aid after it activates as well since it seems to be working for me at least haha. I'm loving the damage you get from it though. Sooo good~

How fast do you have to input the 623D after activating Mugen? I've gotten it a few times but it's very inconsistent. I know the opponent can move before Tsubaki can so I'm wondering if I have to be closer when I activate it or I'm just mis-timing it. I'm doing (5A) > 5CC > Mugen (one-two bars atm) > 3-D > etc on Ragna.

I used to do it all the time in CT and thought "since I can cancel throws into specials again... can I do it into the 236236x supers?" considering you can cancel into mugen from a throw lol. It was just a random experiment that ended up working since I never saw anyone mention it before for Extend at least.

I'm supa sad none of you told me I could cancel into 236236C (corner) and 236236D (midscreen/corner) from a throw and have it connect :T

I'd assume Extend. I can't say anything from personal experience too much but you definitely have to be more careful and tricky due to how good/stupid he is in Extend. It's one of her worst match-ups. One of the others could probably give better advice and check out the match-up thread and the CS2 match-up thread in archives for some ideas. I believe there are some tips in there and it's probably better suited in that thread. EDIT: I'll probably end up moving subsequent posts to the match-up thread most likely if it's discussed here for organizational purposes and it'll help out others as well. I'm not strict about where it's discussed though. Of course, I'll tell you guys if I move it as usual. :D

Tsubaki has a DP? Jokes. Picked up Extend but I can't play it yet What day are the people going to Megacon going? I'll be there Saturday and maybe Sunday if my friends want to go then (I don't know why they would except to get last minute sales in the dealer room).
