I had kidnapped the East Coast renowned Mindgam3 and forced him to pet a dog while watching anime and playing super! It's all part of an evil plan to...accomplish....something. Um. *cough* I was dog sitting and made Jeremy come with me. So that's my bad. I know he'll be busy next week as well, but I'm gonna try and make it up to the ranbat. Though I've never gone to something without him, It'll be weird.

Well, I think the point we're not really getting to is that RPG are, literally, Role Playing games. It's not solely about the story, but the experience of yourself being involved with the story. In a game, you as the player get to directly interact with the world they created and talk to the inhabitants all first hand. You get to know the characters and interact with them firsthandedly through the means of main character. It's an experience that expands a lot of media. You interact with characters and watch them grow and develop (hopefully). Personally, I don't need 'fast' game play to keep me interested. That is just a personally preference. RPGs help me relax, I like to sit and think about my decisions before I make them. So I don't just, you know, mash x until I win. But, uh, I dunno. I'm not much a debater. I guess I'm just....trying to see if I can share my point of view. I don't wanna sound I like I'm spr srs. But I guess it all boils down to the fact that I like the expierence of being able to explore a world and get to know characters and be a part of a story. I also don't have my friends and don't get outside much. So it could just be that. Herp. EDIT: Oh, And happy belated Kyle! glad you had fun and made moneh at the casino.

Well I personally am a huge fan of RPGs, and I'd like to defend my opinion; despite not being a great debater or even good at organizing my thoughts- .......You know what, to each their own. Not everyone likes the same colors, clothes, food, or video games. Whatever.

Thanks to everyone for coming! All of us Staff folk were run ragged all weekend (750 attendants, what the fuck.), but you guys made the game room a success! I really wished I could've been there more often, but I was on keep the high school anime fans in check. ("Rave" duty was rather lame in my opinion). @Vyers- Thanks! It was made mostly in two days and held together with hopes, dreams and some fabric glue. @Zoob- If you lost something in the building, I can certainly check around for it for you! Union Staff tends to keep lost stuff for awhile if they find it.

Hey....I'm missing my slim PS2. I don't know where Mindgam3 set it up, but it's a plain black slim PS2, nothing special. If anyone nabbed it by mishap please tell me so I can have it back~ I miss it~

Yeah. I haven't been posting here that often. Um. NEC will prove to be awesome. Maybe this will make up for the fact that I missed this last year when I lived in Philly. I don't know how that happened either.

So.....I'm actually interested in NEC myself. I missed it last year when I LIVED in Philly so I kinda want to make up for that. The Sheraton through Booking.com is also a ridiculously low sum. So we should hop on that. Just a suggestion~
