  1. Add me on XBL, bro. We can get a few games in when I get home from college.
  2. Lol. You don't get shit for BB in SRK, r u srs? KO|KUUUUU|JIN!
  3. Haha, yeah. You're one of the cool guys, too. I mostly like all of the guys there. Except for, like, Rob Khonsu because he compares fighting games to Unreal Championship and Quake Live. (Wtf). Those other guys are alright. I guess Matt, too, since he's been trying to incorporate almost everything into Konsole Kombat, including BlazBlue and other genres such as FPSs. He and I just started off on the wrong foot. The people that you named are, like, regulars anyway. Like I said, the people who tried to get under your skin are either nearing their midlife crisis or live 2 1/2 hours away. It's nothing, really. In a nutshell, the fact that there really is a Cleveland scene is because of SFIV. There are some of us who like and are dedicated to other games (especially the OGs, with their Tekken and Marvel, not that I don't enjoy those games), and tried to introduce these games to the community. But alas, they sort-of ignore us, so it's like 3 of us playing Guilty Gear, 3 of us playing BlazBlue, and 5 guys having random lulz at KOF games. I'm not complaining about it since, I too, play SFIV, but I just wanted to give these games a chance in the spotlight, you know? After all, BlazBlue is still a fresh game and the main reason why GG's community is small, but strong, is that the players are so dedicated to it. I want to get better at all these games, including SSFIV and the aforementioned titles
  4. It's not even Cleveland people that are trying to get to you. The list of dudes are: One Cbus guy who really needs to shut the fuck up sometimes. 3 "OGs" who never shut the fuck up. One guy from Indiana who should shut the fuck up. Now that Dave(Myndgamez)'s gone, the reason I go to 'fight night' is because I get to see you guys (Eric/Genesis), and just clown around with everyone there. There's no getting better at that place, especially if it's a game that no one wants to play. Man, now I know how you feel with people and GuiltyGear, Eric. =I
  5. =I Aw, man. I thought I was the first one to find it, haha. I'm pretty sure you could still do it now. The last 'major' update was v1.01, when Makoto came out. We found this glitch way after the update.
  6. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00O7jnBbwW4 I recorded this replay of my friend and I playing a match online. He was Hazama and I was Tsubaki.
  7. Hell, I'll help you with that, if you're wanting to make one yourself. EasyCAP ftw. Plus, I'll be slowly learning myself. Until then, I'll just be lurking around these forums, yeah? Definitely gettin' my Ps2 modded sometime this upcoming week, but I'll probably still buy a [used] copy of GG:AC before then... plus, I'm glad I have a PSX controller instead of a Ps2 one. EDIT: GG:AC dropped down to 10 bucks at gamestop. definitely getting that shit.
  8. Alright. My friend's going to be working on that for me, so I'll probably have the stick ready a week-or so from now. You comin' by next Thursday? Wasn't the same without us drunk and laughing at terrible games (Twinkle Star Sprites, SSFIV, etc.)
  9. Same. Eric, I finally got me a Ps2 and I'll have GGAC by monday or so. [if I can't find a way to mod my shit, then I'll just buy it.] (Aka, I'm taking the game seriously again.) I'm debating on whether to start all over and learn it on stick or just keep with the pad for now... suggestions?
  10. Couldn't you do that already? I mean, you're the thread starter, right?
  11. Off to Columbus today. Hope to see some of you guys at Bar Battles 3 for some BlazBlue action.
  12. I think they've already capped it. Over 100 people expected to attend. They're gettin' nervous. haha. I'll definitely be there for BB:CS. I'm very excited for this, and would be willing to get some casuals in beforehand, if anyone wants to? '=]
  13. I don't know if anyone's asked this before. But do you have any Astral Finish backgrounds? Noel's looks pretty nifty, and I sorta wanted to use that as a background for my arcade stick art. -twiddles thumbs- Oh, and thanks, many thanks, and thanks again for posting these up. =)
  14. D'oh. Totally slipped my mind. Well then yeah, I know that it'll be a fun experience for me, then.
  15. Yeah, fuck third strike. Ah, well. SB:R is the time to shine GG-wise, gentlemen... EDIT: I'm trying to get a group of guys from NE OH to head over to Arcade Legacy the weekend of the 14th (next weekend). Would you guys be willing to meet up with us on that Saturday? Or do you guys only do Thursdays at AL?
  16. Season's Beatings: Redemption GGAC: $10 Fee - $300 POT BONUS. Get hype, peoples. Might enter this one. :!: Eric, next time we meet up, could you maybe give me a few pointers on another character? Either Sol, or Testament, since I'm slightly familiar with those characters. I know I can just read up on those people on the forums, just want to get some hands-on experience, too.
  17. If you have BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, the game is also a strategy guide. Tutorial mode teaches you about the game's mechanics, advanced strategies, and even character-specific strategies. Once you have all that down, you can enter Challenge mode, where it gives you a bunch of BnB to practice for a character. Some are practical, most are flashy. If you want, add me on Xbox live and we'll get a few games in. Hells yeah! I'm glad you had fun, bro! And, oh my God, yes. SUPER CAT DODGA SEVEN! No, really I don't know what the true name is. But we'll definitely play some random games like that next thursday.
  18. Thanks a lot, mate. We need all the help we could get. :3
  19. Haha. Should brig your fan again. S'gonna get hotter than a motherfucker in there. >.> 'Specially with Week 2 of 'let's-kick-SFIV-to-the-kitchen' continuing today. Lol
  20. ♥ We have a bunch of setups. None of them Ps3 so if you want to bring your sony console, feel free to. TVs are GREATLY appreciated. Since we have around an average of 20 people each week, a lot of people get stuck on rotation. people usually bring their TV setups to fix that. Also, now that more people are coming in interested in other game, we try to keep the balance on video games as diverse as possible. We usually have 3 Xbox setups (2 running SSFIV, since that's the 'hip' game until marvel comes out), a couple Ps2s(one's modded), a wii(also modded) and a MAME station. We also chip in donations so that the host (Manny) can just run out and buy food/drink for us. We also have a weekly stream set up at i208.net . We had SSFIV, MarvelvCapcom2 last week, and tonight probably Continuum Shift. let's get some GUILTYYYYYY in tonight, Eric?
  21. Wow. Has to blow the dust off this account. As Eric said like a month ago; 'we so dead'. >.< I'll play with anyone online when BB:CS releases. Just get at me on Xbl since that's all I play. Meetups are good, I guess. Although I'm starting to go out to 2 fightnights each week (one in Cleveland, another in Macedonia), so you guys could just meet up with me there. I play GG, too. Just don't have a Ps2 on me atm.
  22. Next thursday, if you can make it, just head over my house and the three of us (you edgar and I) will go together.
  23. Eric: Well this week's Fight Night is on Thursday at 7. Think you can make it? I'm definitely there for the Cleveland Tourney. I trust you're gonna be there too, since I hear you're trying to host a GGAC tourney.
  24. In Cleveland. (Not around Cleveland). He lives around W.25 and Lorain where the West Side Market is located. His Fight Nights are on Friday from 7 'till whenever, so you don't have to worry about him kicking you out(since he owns his own place, etc)
