Also, GG port confirmed for those who havent heard. eric's carl is going to be fucking scary if he gets his combos and stuff down. cse carl has damaaageee. quite happy with CSE aside from tsubaki. i dunno if ill actually enjoy it more than CS2 due to damage nerfs but its good shit. I hope you stick with relius. He seems awesome and fun. By the way, Keyblaz/edge, are you two coming saturday? Edge, bring your 360 copy of extend please. hakumen does damage again(especially compared to the rest of the cast), do you care about much else, lol Now, the question is will you actually support a scene revival by actually coming to meetups, or will it just end up like 3SOE?

what makes it "silly" compared to other 3d fighters i'm a lot more interested in this than other 3d fighters simply because of the weapons/meter/big sidestepping and characters like viola, zwei, algol some people have terrible internet some people are just kind of "scared" of competition with other people. sometimes it is for the better because some of these people can get way emotional when playing others. it seems to me(from limited experience) the better quick battle AIs are "decent" because they're simultaneously not completely braindead but also not bullshit "read your inputs" sort of AI, so i guess that's part of it. aforementioned players dont seek out to find one pattern to exploit or anything. what sort of single player "content" did people miss from sc4 anyway? challenge tower..?

i dunno about that, i have friends who are just enjoying fighting the quick battle AI and messing with characters and using character creation.(i personally enjoy CAS a lot as well, including making dumb shit) people can get different mileage out of different things. *shrugs* but as far as this site goes, good fighter+good netcode=hell yes i wish i was able to go to the next tbf especially due to wanting to watch the sc5 matches.

Looks like Alpha patroklos has bad lows as well. Although, he can combo out of one of his throws into super i think, so that helps offset that. also, got my hands on bbcse early thanks to a friend's import, adjusting to new litchi shouldnt be too hard it seems relius is cool

it is not like they're 0f or something. throws are 17f(fastest move for charas in that game being like 10f-13f) and can be crouched. 3d fighters are different. taking a small amount of damage is not particularly nonsensical in that sort of setup hi this isnt my thread but whatever

Transient, oldboy, goons, boombox confirmed..ohhh geez, i wish this was at frigid's, lol, 15+ people very likely.. I'm going to have transient's monitor+metal's ps3 as a 5th setup. I am not sure where I will put it, but I think i can fit it in the second room on the right side. You dont need to bring your setup. Sunday is a bit of an issue for me but I will remind the others about it and see if I can get rides arranged and there's a chance ill be able to go depending on hw etc. This scene can be fickle though, whether school semester or not, let alone for driving somewhere else, so dont hope too much for us to come.

Also, I dont think we'll need 2 copies of bb or sc5, but if someone could bring a spare copy of bb and/or sc5 then that'd be nice. Keyblaz? Also keyblaz, if you want to bring your ps3 just so we have a ps3 with BB dlc characters on it and whatever other convenience, go ahead and do that. Better safe than sorry.

My 360 will have everything for both games. BB play will be primarily on my 360, so stick around that if you want to play platinum. I'm glad this wont be an issue in 2 weeks when we have extend, haha. My ps3 has Mu, and for KOF my PS3 has everyone except mr karate iirc Blackjack is bringing his console which presumably will be set with regards to SC5 and KOF. Metal will bring his ps3 if we need another console setup, he'll have kof/sc5 stuff. BTW, with algol either hit level 12 or beat him in quick battle either 3 rounds in a row or 3 matches in a row, not sure which I dont think many of us have imported BBCSE, so no worries there. We'll have enough BB discs.

Setups look covered. Got mine, darkgeese's, and blackjack's. Will judge if we need a 4th(which we will also have covered) and see if the denton guys are coming. A laptop with it installed.
