Ah, good to know. And no worries, I'll keep the game safe until whenever the next one is. But it definitely will be there, so everyone practice up. Also, why is WCW banning PS3 sticks for Revelator?

So, the next one of these should be on Saturday April 16th. (This weekend). But more importantly, I recently wound up with an extra copy of Shin Megami Tensei IV. I was going to just give it away to someone, but instead, let's have some fun! Everyone who shows up this weekend will have a chance to win a free copy of SMT4! I was thinking of doing a raffle, though I see these events have a "bounty" system, so maybe I could add it as a prize. I'm still thinking raffle though. Give everyone an equal chance. But either way, come on by this weekend, have some fun at a great venue, and maybe win a critically acclaimed 3DS game. See you all there!

Is this going to be streamed? Jyosua's channel, maybe?

Hey, nice list! Here's some more off the top of my head: Labrys: - Gains meter much faster than normal. Minazuki: - His 236236C super wave (the slow version) is unblockable. Kanji: - Very slow walking speed. - Can cancel all recovery from his Yolo dive moves with any other normal or special. (So for instance, he can dive, and then instantly throw you when he touches the ground.) - Can command throw the opponent even if they're in hitstun or blockstun. (Yes, this is exactly as cheap as it sounds. No pink grabs, just completely unbreakable.) Liz: - Much faster walk speeds, air dash speed, and backdash speed. - Her 214214C and 214214D grab supers now grab at 0 frames after the flash (So you can't jump after the flash. Oddly, the CD version does still give you time to jump.) - Her 214214C grab super can still grab you if you're in the air just slightly off the ground. (But it still can't grab you out of pre-jump.)

Yo! I did challenge 30. I wasn't able to find this anywhere on the internet, so I made up my own. With a large assist owed to Dustloop's frame data page. And the winning combo was: Start off with: 2[C] (3 hits), cancel to 236B, land and hold D, 236A, Shadow Berserk mode. This is where it gets fun. If you haven't seen this already, you can cancel the landing recovery and gun stance mode of Naoto's Double Fangs by canceling to an air 214CD at the second hit of the Double Fangs. You'll land extremely quick and can immediately do another move. The traps won't actually come out, and you'll lose no meter for this. So at this point, after the Shadow mode activation, land and repeatedly do 236A (2 hits), 214CD, 236A(2 hits), repeat. The 214CD and then 236A motion needs to be done really fast. I did this up until 33 hits on the combo meter (4 Double Fangs left), and then I canceled with 214CD again, land, 2B, 236A(1 hit), air 236AB(1 hit), air 236B(1 hit), air 236A. Done. And watching the demonstration now, the computer's version is the same thing, but they omit the 2B part for another raw 236A, and then go into a slightly different ending sequence of 236A, air 236A, air 236AB, and then air 236B. My version is a bit easier since the 2B is 2 frames faster than the raw 236A, and you're really tight on frames at this point. But if you're really feeling the rhythm of the A Fangs, then feel free to keep on doing it. And I haven't tried their ending air Double Fang sequence, so I don't know how tight it is, but mine should be the easiest possible since I made it in respect to getting the best possible hitstun and startup differences possible from the three air fang versions. Anyway, good luck everyone!

It worked! Thanks! And I used 2B, though apparently the computer demo didn't. But I think it's easier to use it, and it obviously doesn't matter either way. And for the record, for spacing I just did 236B from the starting position, and did a couple 236Ds right where I landed. Once the drill level hit 3, it was combo time. And thanks again!

So, this doesn't seem to exist anymore. And there is nothing else on the entire internet discussing how to do Amane's Challenge 30. Amanes, I need your help! How do you do Amane's 30th Challenge? And a simple text description should be fine, but if anyone who's done it already wants to hit "Demonstration" and record that, that would be swell too. Thanks guys!

Yeah, I found this out today trying to listen to the "soundtrack" in the car on my way to work. It is not an audio CD. It SHOULD be, but it's not. It is indeed a data CD (aka CD-ROM) filled with .wav files and a .txt file of the track list. Basically, the tracks on a CD should not be .wav files. (And it most certainly should not contain a .txt file). They should be .cda files. That is what a redbook audio CD will look like, and that encoding is what will allow a CD player to recognize it as a CD. Or to put it simply: They done goofed. There's not been much internet talk about this, but here's what I found so far: http://skullgirls.com/forums/index.php?threads/blazblue.468/page-16 http://www.aksysgames.com/forums/topic/40313 http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/680197-blazblue-chrono-phantasma/68897401 The gamefaqs page in particular has a guy talking a bit more technical about it, which sounds accurate, but I can't confirm as I'm not on expert on this. I definitely do not believe that this was done on purpose, however.

Don't listen to him. Nowhere in the rules does it say that pants are required.

I'm going! And... Jo and Blitz usually show up, though I can't exactly speak for anyone. But more importantly, you should go! We all missed you this weekend.

Stop him the old-fashioned way. Hunt him down in loser's bracket.

You're not allowed to start performing the unblockable when your opponent is on the ground in knockdown. And, new to +R, you also cannot do it when your opponent is ground sliding. But for a pseudo-combo, you can do a mid-screen 63214 S to send them sliding across the entire screen, and then hit them with a Rensengeki at about max range. Quickly start charging again during the Rensen, and then do Rashousen while they're still in the air, just before they fall onto the ground. The timing window is a bit tight (as late as possible, but before they hit the ground), but if you do it right they'll wake up with the unblockable right on top of them. I haven't checked this with all characters, so it might not work on some of them due to sliding hitboxes, and I'm pretty sure slow-risers like Chipp and A.B.A are completely immune.

I also want to mention that this is the first large-scale Skullgirls tournament in SoCal since the Squigly update. If you play SG, you should definitely come down to this. Even if you've only been playing it online, come by and test yourself in a tournament environment. You'll also be able to play casual matches all day long, so it's a great chance to practice your game, meet the community, and trade tips and strategies. And of course, even if you don't play SG, Guilty Gear AC+R and Persona 4 Arena are going to get the same amount of love. Top players are already confirmed for going, and you should be too. It's going to be a great event, and a great chance to support your favorite airdasher games.
