Another thing I noticed from the video is that it looks like Noel tries to tech after the cows hit, but the entire screen is shocked when King George flips onto the screen. (IE King George doesn't need to hit with the opponent to do damage like the bats and cows do.) ETA: Rachel's page on the official site has been updated... Tempest Dahlia's input has not changed, but it can be performed in the air now... It seems like it could be a perfect ending to an aerial combo...

The only reason I would have chosen to use TD instead of BBL was because of the easier input (236236+B). Now TD has the same input as BBL, it uses wind and it seems easy to whiff... Yay. Her new art is really nice though.
