No, it's very easy to see his flaws. His only damage is corner based, his meter gain is sub par, his defensive options are generally ass... his seal combos got significantly nerfed, the pushback is much bigger now, making even basic 2 seal combos harder or impossible to confirm in most cases.. mix up nerfed to death, much higher risk much lower reward (pre corner). That being said, he still has areas where he shines. His resets look savage, his corner pressure and mix up looks damn scary, especially with the new drive frame traps/mix, his FRKZ damage is still very, very high.. I love the way he looks now.

Air to air block will certainly be less safe, but on the flipside, with it's very small, strictly aerial punish window, many characters will be unable to punish with anything worthwhile (Sidenote; this is just not true if it can be air IB > Air grabbed; will need testing)

Killionaire, one thing you might notice is that my main does not have a dragon punch. And yet, I managed to punch people in the face over and over again on their offense, with a move that is not as strong of a reversal in most ways (And for all other purposes, Rachel has the same exact move! Rachel's 5A is identical to Bang's, barring damage!). If you IB Cat chair, in many strings people will just get hit by it the first time.
