Edit: As for the clap loop, it hasn't been removed, just nerfed since Nirvana runs out of energy faster and the grab window isn't as generous as in CT. Most characters' damage outputs have been nerfed, except for Carl, Hakumen, and a few others that have been buffed slightly. By this logic, Carl won't be as easy to KO. He won't have to rely on the loop to win tournaments in CS, because of all this. Don't get me wrong, though. It's possible to win without loops in casual play. However, in competitive tournaments, you won't stand much of a chance without the loop, unless you get really creative like the professional player Dio. Ironically, Dio was the one who discovered the loop in the first place. The others will probably know more than I do, though, so don't take this as if it's set in stone.
