The part about Sol and throws reminds me of DOA where throwing can be used as punishing (As well as other fighters, I'm sure) and certain characters having unique speeds to their jabs, so this helps me understand the concept a bit more. Putting aside extra variables like IB, positioning, spacing and the like aside, would I be accurate in saying that the main thing to focus on when going over frame data for GG/BB/P4U is not only the - frames for moves, but a character's startup to see if it's fast enough to punish as well? (While taking into account the aforementioned specific scenarios and mechanics possibly affecting the move)

Hello! Not sure if this is a appropriate question for this thread but I didn't see this in the Wiki so I'm wondering if someone could define what's truly "safe" and "unsafe?" I'm familiar with the terms in general, but for this particular game, I'd like to know the numbers to know what deems a move to be safe or not. Using Tekken for example, a move that's +0 through -9 is considered safe while -10 and up is unsafe. Hopefully that clarifies my question.

Hey guys. Did something happen to some of the chapters of Phase 0 that zephyr07 posted? I can't seem to find them and whenever I click the link on the first page, it just takes me to a page that doesn't have the particular chapter. For some reason only the Shuuichirou's Log's, Prologue and Epilogue chapters are still here. I hope they weren't deleted on purpose.

Alternate? If you mean Jr. replacing papa, then yeah it is kind of lame. But if you're talking about Alex then I wouldn't say "alternate" since technically they were both introduced at the same time (Going by storyline & YES I'm a dork for knowing about it...>.>) with Roger being P1 & Alex being P2. Usually by Tekken standards, the alternate is always P2, but whatever. I do agree with you on the the separate move set for Alex comment. Then I wouldn't mind him. (Here's hoping he has a move that allows him to bite people in the crotch. XD)

I think there's going be a lot of active fingers (And alot of mid-round, strategic decision making concerning wall placement, floor brakes, etc, etc.) if they decide to make it very execution-heavy but easy once mastered. WOW! That trailer was great! I liked everything in it. I never liked using Jun, but I liked her character (And she's SO much better than that bitch Asuka; god I hate her) so seeing her (And Orge) was definitely a shocking & joyous moment and I love the new look. The music had me hyped as well, I'm glad they're doing remixed & new tracks as well, and I can't wait to hear more! XD The worldwide release date was surprising considering the new arcade system that people in japan are using nowadays, so I'm really happy to hear that I get a chance to play it here. =D No thanks. She's just Mokujin with flesh, boobs and a function to switch between characters mid-round. I'd welcome her back if she had her own moveset, but until then, keep her away.

This! XD I must say that seeing She-Hulk was very surprising to me, I always thought that out of all the characters on the leaked, she was the most unlikely one to be in MVC3. O= Glad to see II was wrong about that; I can't wait to play her. Zero was predictable, but I still welcome the addition of him (I'm still pissed that there's no Mega man though...>_>).
