DLCs are based on your game version and not region free... soo JPN game can be played on USA PS3 but cant download DLC from US PSN see? LOL that's why haha. and ofcoures not.. JPN's japan based...sooo all random japanese games DLC are there too. LOL except you'll ofcoures, need the japanese version of the game...haha mando all da wayyyyy....RAWR LOL I'm the rare type online LOL.......
