  1. Whuuuuuh? Do you mean that 623B just doesn't wall bounce on fatal counter anymore? Or that it doesn't even wallbound in the corner anymore? D: 5D isn't jump cancelable at all? Not even on hit? How the fuck are we supposed to use it then? I'm not sure how I feel about Furinkazan being on a time limit now. Just when I was starting to land combos consistently! T__T
  2. Command grab RC into 6C>IAD J.4C>wall shit is pretty boss, timing for the 6C is hard though. I find going into 5C>webnail>6C>IAD J.4C is much easier, that combo is archived around here somewhere. Yah, that proration sucks major ass.
  3. That's a video for BBCS Extend which is the most recent update to the game. Right now you can only play it if you live in Japan and go to an arcade, it will be available on console very soon in Japan. The version you're playing is BBCS II, and as you've seen... 5D does not launch on normal hit in that version. The US has to wait until February to get this.

  8. Anyone else feel like this matchup is currently ass? I'm having an extremely hard time getting in, and when I do it seems like she has an answer for almost everything. Most everything I try gets stuffed right away, especially in the air. Perhaps I'm just not approaching this right. Anyone have any advice or suggestions? EDIT: D nails resets are NOT a good idea in the match up.
  9. Ok, I was fighting this one Rachel and I swore that she just 2C'ed outta my blockstring. She didn't even block first... was I seeing this right or am I just making things up?
  10. This match up is ass, getting in is hard enough. Staying in is just as hard, he has too many returns for all our stuff now. D: I usually find myself blowing any meter on him as soon as I get it.

  12. That dash after the first JC is REALLY hard. Any tips on how to do it? I can't get it for the life of me... T_T

If anyone can get it let me know) Still testing out some other things.
  14. From what I've seen and also from what I've experienced, it seems that the blockstun on the D Nails has been nerfed as well. So it's no longer really effective for keeping up pressure. If anything it's more for anti-air purposes now since they added a knockdown property when it hits in the air.
  15. Perhaps my reaction time is just bad then, I was only able to get it about once or twice. Like DLM Undead said, it was mainly due to it catching me by surprise. I'm sure I'll get it down in due time though
  16. Just got done with my first day playing CS2 Bang and I'll say that I'm half content, and half disappointed. He's definitely far from unplayable, but his play style from CT/CS1 will be missed immensely... T_T With that said... I loved surprising players with bumpers, I've never used them in CT or CS1 so when I started using them this time around people were like WTF? I know my Fuurinkazan combos as well, the problem for me now is getting in... I really wished I had started learning it earlier. >_> Overall, he's better than I thought he was, I just wish he had a couple of more combos midscreen. Also it is REALLY hard to hit confirm off a CH 5D, I always ended up missing it when I was able to get it.
  17. Found a new 4 seal combo that works on everyone when you're midscreen. (Not sure if anyone else found it, but I'm too lazy to search through the thread... :|) 2D>JD>2B>5D>j.c.>JB(Omit on smaller characters)>J4C>623B>D.6D>623B>etc...I would end it with a bumper or Daifunka/Ashura if the heat is available. If you want the Daifunka at the end omit the last 623B. As with most of his combos the timing varies from character to character, mainly the 2D>JD. Here's a list of who needs what: No H.J.C or CH required: Jin, Rachel, Carl(O_o), Arakune, Bang, Lambda, Litchi, Tao H.J.C or CH required: Hakumen, Tsubaki, Noel, Ragna, Platinum, Valkenhayn CH only: Hazama, Tager, Makoto I could not for the life me get a high jump cancel JD on those last three characters. If anyone would like to prove me wrong please feel free. I also found that the 6D will not hit if you're relatively near the corner, so replace it with 5D instead. It won't work in the corner as far as I can see. I believe you can also add in a 5C before the 6D but it's way easier to just go right to the 6D instead, for me anyway.

  19. Never thought of trying to do a defensive command grab before. That was pretty slick; I can never get the air command grab REALLY close to the ground like Dora does without buffering it against something. :|
  20. Wow, I knew about the situation with the guide, didn't know the reason behind it though. Also... yay for bottom tier Bang! :D I'll still main him till the end though, he's just too cool to not to.

  24. It was said the 5D and 6D can cancel into any move on block, so I guess that would include specials as well. Jump cancel is not available on block though... only for 2D.
  25. Both 5D and 6D can cancel into other moves, but I'm not sure about actual jump canceling. The only one that was confirmed for that was 2D(thank god)
