Scrubby Bubbles returns!
The idea is for people newish to BlazBlue, but trying to learn the game seriously, to come together and play on stream with better players critiquing. This open room is an effort to help people like myself level up their game; the only requirements are a decent connection. If you're a very good player but still wish to participate, I encourage you to either hop on a new character or stream monster and critique. Let us play and learn together! 
After experimenting a bit last time, I've found that C Rotation is still the best, for the purposes of this room.
The room is on C rotation, so even if someone who might be a bit more than just a scrub or if someone who's literally brand new to the game comes along, then the rotation won't get locked on the best or worst people in the room. But if the C rotation gods favor you, I ask that you pass after a reasonable number of matches.

Following a few hours of Scrubby Bubbles, I'll be switching the room to all skill levels. Once that happens, the rotation will be changed to A. Again, the only requirement is a non-laggy connection. I'm an asshole when it comes to people lagging, so if you have a 2 bar but I notice some seriously lag at particular points during matches I will kick you. Generally, if I see lag during someone else's match, I will wait until you fight me before passing judgement.
