Open room for all skill levels. A Rotation. Again, the only requirement is a non-laggy connection. I'm an asshole when it comes to people lagging, so if you have a 2 bar but I notice some seriously lag at particular points during matches I will kick you. Generally, if I see lag during someone else's match, I will wait until you fight me before passing judgement.
