Try searching for the japanese title of Shounen Heart under HOME MADE KAZOKU. I have the song if all else fails.

I managed to find the entry in the ggxx.jugem.jp archives, and it says:

「風にお願い (Briefly Trance Version)」

# DJMAXの曲の改変版だそうな

So the song name is "Kaze ni Onegai (Briefly Trance Version)", and I think the little comment is saying that it's a remix of a DJ MAX song. (DJ MAX is a rhythm game for PSP I think.)
