umm yea because we all know jam has always been about combos and nothing else which is why all the jams are so good she has easy combos free character....anyone with a brain who saw the stream would be able to tell I wasnt myself because obviously ive played the game like....5 times in 6 months my movement/spacing with her was complete garbage which is why I resorted to random puffball spaming but hey believe whatever you want I wasnt even gonna enter the tournament until 5 minutes before the tournament frank offered to pay for me and marn for us to play since he had no team....but hey keep it up son your mad good =) back to SF4 -

marn doesnt play anymore, johnny lmao, I dont play anymore marlin is ass still.....NY has been playing this whole time and still lost.....the best part is they claim they dont play but they got all their combos and new set ups and playing secondarys and shit like its their main.....I can barely play my main....XAQ props on that godlike combo you did on marn never seen that shit before your pretty amazing to still be able to do that after you quit lol -

I dont really see what your talking about so an explanation would be nice I notice you highlighted a couple things why are they wrong? Testament can be shut down pretty easily imo by certain characters Robo ky is too good high defense and offense Ryu and Yang have been all over including SBO

3 months later and no vids yet first time ever that all the vids but winners/losers/grand finals get posted heh the funniest thing was after we won marn made a joke saying that these vids werent gonna get posted lol and I told him he was crazy hahaha

ummm....I dont know if you got it but I thought it was implied that I would save my meter because I know the difference between meter and no meter is what 10-25% percent so if I cant kill them either way why use it im still gonna have to hit them agian......obviously if you can get the kill you take it but I dont believe in get all your damage now because you might not get one later......because either you can be in 2 different situations Throwing your meter - they have 10-25% health because you spent your meter on the last combo but now you have no meter to do anything and could hit them but not be able to kill them if you dont get the right hit Saving your meter - they have 30-45% health because I saved my meter but now I have meter to use for FD if im in the air, FB fear, DA just incase, Overdrive, or to make sure the next hit is a killing hit But thats just the way I see things I could be wrong I dont think ive ever seen a situation where jam is over over 5 hits when they are in that situation but to each his own i guess

2p does the same scaling and its 1 frame faster so I would use that instead of 5k Because you arent suppose to be playing And that It can save your ass from alot of stupid set ups that force you to block because something is out there that you cant do anything about(ex inos meaty note, kys meaty cse) 1.my fav opener is IAD back its the only thing I trust 2.running is better then IAD unless your crossing up and you know they wont airgrab you 3.anything could be a reset option but the only good one is to let them tech in the corner and then air grab them back into the corner and combo off it but also theres more if they dont FD but that mostly works on bad players I rarely throw meter off a charged card because you already have the damage there you might as well save it so you can make sure you cna kill them next time you hit them practice your combos and pay attention more lol

This Match up is Whatever its Dangerous for both players its 4 - 6 in Slayers favor Opening: There are a couple things that I recommend doing in this match up... - IAD back I believe this is the best option in every single match up - Dash up 2S this will pretty much beat everything he can do except for an early 2HS - Dash up grab grabbing is always a good option - Dash up 6HS if they see the grab coming this a free counter hit Okizeme: Besides the usual IAD 623K cross up, Choujin gimmicks you have.... - FB Puffball jam has no range and a wake up back dash puts him to far away for jam to do anything so if you see this coming FB puff is the way to go - 6HS slayers mashing on HS wont get him a random hit but because its really slow - Dash up grab Punishes: You cant really punish anything because everything he does is pretty much unpunishable for the most part the only things that you can punish are.... - Pilebunker/Crossheel - K machpunch at close range - 2D a close range(I think you have to IB though) For the most part your just gonna have to hit him not punish what he does so get your mixup or parry skills up heh Counters: In this match there isnt much to counter everything is either unbeatable or impractical some things that you can actually use are..... - 2S to beat Slayers 6HS - 2D to beat Slayers 6P Anti Airing: Forget about it Parry or Block Their Strategy: Your Strategy: Combos: tired of writing lol so ill finish later

This match up is retarded its a 4.5 - 5.5 in Potemkins favor but Jam has to play perfect to even stand a chance in this match theres no room for error. Opening: I usually just SJ back and AD right before I land if they try to make me land on a slide head because I dont wanna deal with that dumb character because if you press any button and he slide heads your pretty much done Other options - - IAD 214K beats slide head at the beggining of the match but if he does nothing hell 6P or IB PB - Dash up 2D hits potemkin out of the slide head start up and you can get a free card early but he can pot buster you Okizeme: Besides 6HS I never use anything I usually just stand over their body and make them guess between grab and 6hs Notes - - You can parry the wakeup Mirror super on reaction - You can do meaty kick and recover in time to parry the mirror super - Delayed 6HS punishes wake up back dash - IAD 623K cross up - In the corner Choujin Gimmicks Punishes: There really isnt anything to punish in this match up besides 2 things - JD which you punish with a JS(this will clash), JS(this will counter hit for a free combo) - Slide head which you punish by IAD for a free combo Besides these 2 things you should really just be waiting for an opening to attack Counters: Counter hits are really random in this match up and your gonna need some good reflexes to react to them these are the things I usually fish for - 5S at MAX RANGE(I cant stress how important this is) into TK Ryuujin - 236S, S at MAX RANGE so worse case scenario is a clash with his 6P - RANDOM and I mean RANDOM!!! TK Ryuujins at close range if he blocks it your too far away and the best he can do is slide head and super jump and not even get a combo Anti Airing: AAing this character is a piece of cake 5S, 2HS beat everything he has EXCEPT FOR JD which you have to react to and JS it Their Strategy: Potemkin is most likely just gonna be going for any hit that he can lead to a knockdown he can PB you anytime your on the floor, he can AA you from basically any angle, he has a bigger air grab range then you A meaty slide head timed correctly is dangerous and can only be escaped by a reversal backdash also if he mistimes the meaty slide so that it hits its a low hitting move and you can back dash it so pay attention to the timing of the slide head and make sure your not trying to back dash the hitting on because then your gonna eat a combo and be put right back into the same situation Jam also eats a special combo off a PB which means 50-60% of your life plus a knockdown into slide head mixups Your Strategy: Basically your just trying to attack him while being as safe as possible plain and simple win by time over if you have too also learn the PB range, learn how to reversal back dash because with out it you stand no change and just play solid Combos: - Dash in 2HS(1 Hit), 6HS, HS x 3 - Anything 2D, TK Ryuujin
