Art posted a nice video of the matchup vs Millia from a JP lobby, I feel this video shows Leo has the tools to fight against Millia but a lot of his rushdown can get shutdown utilizing system mechanics alone.    That aside though the Leo did miss some damage off of a few combos confirms, it being online and the character not even a week old this much is normal though.

OMG everytime I have millia in a block string and I go to cross her up she neutral jumps is it anyway to stop her from doing this ?

Something I've been doing during cross ups mid string is yrcing and either going for a throw or low. The same if I see someone neutral jump. If you react quick enough you can yrc air throw, anti air, switch to other side, ect.
