An easy combo off of wakeup EX moonsmasher using OMB dl = delay EX moon(2) < OMB < (walk forward)< 2C < 5A < 5C < 2B(2) < 2AB > 236BdlBC > 214AA > EX moon builds 2 meter (training mode gives 10 for first hit so it ends at 12) You can omit the walk forward if your opponent is in the corner.

All, previous tournaments(not mine but other popular tournaments like AniClash and UBW I believe) haven't had that restriction and if we were to split the tournament into Regions there is a chance there wouldn't be enough players to warrant a prize pool.

I just "re" picked up Azrael recently and I've been playing online I have the general idea for his combo theory down but I'm still piecing together matchups. If anyone could stop by and give me advice when I stream at afreeca.tv/monokeros that'd be great, I usually play from 9am to noon PST everyday.

You are supposed to be able to 2C > IW at the end but if you time the 236C wrong Az doesn't recover fast enough so you can't end with IW.

You have to check in at 3PM EST and before 3:30PM EST at the latest. It comes with the territory of it being an online tournament, I'm currently taking a leaf out of theBretts online tournaments and adopting his policy which is this: "4) If neither player can connect to each other after all possible options are explored, the match will be resolved with RPS." In the case of disconnects, match is entirely restarted."

How should we handle nico videos since they have multiple character matchups in them? Just post multiple copies with different timestamps in each matchup category?
