[March 1st 2015] Game Underground Video Game and Music Festival 2 (GGXrd; USFIV; UMVC3; Smash Bros Melee; Project M; Smash Bros 4 Wii-U) Boston, MA

Edit: Due to the storm coming on February 14th/15th the date for this event has been changed to Sunday March 1st. Megaran will be having a concert at Game Underground's store this Sunday the 15th (1251 Worcester Rd, Framingham, Massachusetts); this concert will be free to everyone who pregistered for the Game Underground Video Game and Music Festival 2. All other performing artists will be performing at the original venue on Sunday March 1st, and all tournaments will be held at the orginal venue on Sunday March 1st. Refunds are available for those unable to attend this new date, and the preregistration time has been extended to until Friday February 27th at 11:59pm.

Venue Fee: $18.50 ($15.00 + $3.50 service charge)

In addition to the above tournaments, this event features live musical performences by Brentalfoss, the Video Game Music Choir, and Keith Apicary. (Megaran's concert has been changed to Sunday February 15th at Game Underground's store located at: 1251 Worcester Rd, Framingham, Massachusetts; the entry fee to Megaran's concert is included in preregistrations for the main event on Sunday March 1st)

Game Underground Video Game and Music Festival 2!

Game Underground Video Game and Music Festival 2 is a ALL AGES full day event that includes video game tournaments and performances by video game themed musicians.

Our video game tournaments this year include Super Smash Bros Melee, Super Smash Bros 4 on Wii U, Project M, Ultra Street Fighter IV, Guilty Gear Xrd and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. These will be live streamed on www.Twitch.tv/GameUnderground

We are also featuring musical performances by several top artists. brentalfloss is a comedian/musician based out of New York City, his Youtube channel has many videos with over 2 million views including "Dr Mario with Lyrics, Tetris with Lyrics and more. The Video Game Music Choir is an acapella group based out of Berklee School of Music in Boston. They include many classic video game themes including Sonic the Hedgehog and Pokemon.

The Deep Eddy Vodka Street Team will be on hand to pass out free samples! Nerdfit Network will also be in the house with some fun multiplayer indy games for players to enjoy in between tournaments!

Tournament Payouts

(we may adjust to pay out more places if there are enough entries to warrant it.)

Players are responsible for being at their tournament at their match start times. If a player is more than 5 minutes late for their match they may be disqualified. If you are entered in more than one tournament please let your Tournament Organizer know so they can work with you to make sure you don't get disqualified. There are no refunds on tournament entries.

We may delay some tournament matches or performances in order to properly feature them for our live stream and players in attendance.
