Not to mention his specials are just Besides testament, he is my favorite fighting game character to play as at the moment. After him, its probably just more guilty/VS characters. Any new fighting games worth any salt? Was thinking of getting BF, but i dunno if im sold on it 100% Badguy: They have this @ a little lan place in south jersey called Nerd Palace, on a mame cab. They have like every version of DS/VS/VH ever.

I don't know what happened, but VF looks hype all of a sudden. Also, why are people playing VS suddenly? I mean the game is awesome but that game was dead a month ago.

BBCT is dead as dead, but people still play. We play games because they are fun, and entertainment. That's why i like VS, not to mention none of my friends are any good, so we are all equal at it. But the game is hype, and we all have characters which appeal to us, and we dig the game mechanics. VS is the shit though. And if the new VF gets a console release, ima be on that.

And as for a real reason...i dunno. i havent posted in threads about it, but i have played it a few times over the last few months and i must say it has piqued my interest. I've started playing Vampire Savior on GGPO recently, can't believe how good this game is. Once i get internet, ill gladly hit people up for games on GGPO. purify Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 First time I saw Tessa I mistook her for a Darkstalkers character, since at the time I had no idea what Red Earth/Warzard was. If you think about it, it's weird there hasn't been a witch yet. A dullahan would make an excellent rival for Bishamon, as Samurais are something akin to Japanese knights(or were at one time). A grim reaper type character would be cool too, maybe using a dual bladed scythe. An exorcist or priest type character(think Anderson from Hellsing) would be pretty sick. Love these ideas. Witch, headless knight, inquisitor/priest character. Death might be a bit OP, lol. Possibly as a final boss, but a bit overdone...it could almost be a Castlevania game after all of this. We've recently started getting back into VS in NC a little bit. I used to think it was too fast and offense oriented for me, but I can somewhat fireball/dp with Demitri so it's all good ;p
Prophet Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 Lilith CAN be a strong contender. She has very tight frame traps which all super cancel into D-Illusion for great damage. However, her input is VERY strict and requires something more GODLIKE than I can consistently apply in matches. The most notable Lilith is a player named "KAJI". Strong players: Sasquatch- DD Lilith- Kaji Zabel- T2ya Bishamon- Daigo Umehara WolfMan- BUZZ WolfMan- KEN I'll update as I learn more. Chikyuu is generally regarded as one of the best Anakaris players out there, and if I recall correctly Daigo is also a very proficient Jedah player.

I don't know what people think about the series, I just play it sometimes.
