If I read this correctly, is Xrd starting at 7:00? Isn't that awfully late?

Tourneys can end earlier and start earlier than the schedule says, depends on the entrants and speed of things. Schedule is mostly to let people know the order of games. Xrd will be one of the last "big" games so it's moved towards the end of the day. 7PM isn't that late at all considering the venue will be fine with people staying til midnight if need be. Lots of breathing room in that schedule.
