The last day at Fun Fair Arcade before "TEMPORARILY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE" aka Dead Niggas Dead, It's Over Aw Naw! GGs to ALL and was nice seeing the regulars and the M.I.A.s/Nontravelers and even some of the old-head vets who still continued to come in even after the set-ups were gone. Still, there where some, products of the unforgiving jungle that is FF, who did not come to pay their last respects to the place that has brought them joy/rage/roaches in their life(ex. Bishop/Boss/Poshib you some damn SLAW and imma spread you a on a barbeque sandwich nigga!) This is not the end. FF will continue to live on in the hearts of those, who have built muscle fighting the faulty sticks and buttons as much as they've had to fight their opponent, those who've caught a ride home on a mama cockroach's back and those who left empty 40 bottles and Black n Mild wrappers on top of the jungle juice and hot cheetos stained Alpha3 and MvC2 machines. Do not forget what made a man of you as you sit in your comfy home playing online on your rapidfire pad/wireless stick. Like a bitch. Remember where you came from. Long live Fun Fair...

Years ago some of the "better" players would give new or middle ground players shit for not having enough skill to play with them blah blah blah. So I just got used to doing that so I could keep playing and hope to learn. Old habits die hard. I got no sleep last night for whatever reason so I may not be down for anything today but if so I will give you a call.

There were alot of Hype FT10's as well! Good Shit to Flymike, Lil Majin, and Gene for winning those! I know Ernie and Severin Host alot but sometimes, house sessions can get pretty cramped so I am working on finding us a Venue! It might be a restaurant, or it could be the club house at my apts. Never the less, we should all try and see what Venue's could be available! I will stop by Gorilla Games today and see what the Owner is talkin about over there! We will probably have to share space with the FPS guys but I think we can get along! (hopefully). Regardless, as soon as I know something, you guys will know!

No matter what happens, that place was one of the cornerstones of this scene, and the memories will live on. Hopefully, we will find another establishment and continue on these sessions, 'cause from what I've seen, We (Memphis) should be able to take top 5 at KIT in Tekken, SF, & GG.

Lil Majin, 2 weeks foo. 2 weeks and I'm really gunna make you hate SF4 cuz you won't be able to defeat me anymore! Epic fucking matches between Flymike and Melvin in MKII. That shit had me laughing all the way home! Thx to all who know I can't play Tekken and give me pointers. I feel that everytime we have these get-togethers I learn something new and come back a little stronger the next time. I will kepp practicing as much as possible. We have to take top 5 in every game at KIT!!!!

I like the Official Lycan Chreddy combo lol. Ernie, hold up mane, FT10 got too damn close(10-9). Paul learned that Pork-Rind FIST I see. Was fun. MK2....Seriously. I hadn't played MKII since Sega Genesis so I forgot any and everything. Who I used in every MK varies. But MKII I was still Liu Kang/Cage and started liking Kung Lau. O is probably talking about that one match right right before we shut down where I picked Shang Tsung and went wild mashing out random morphs and moves. Then everyone thought I was about to do a finisher and I simply morphed into Kitana and kicked him. Lol MK is so hilarious to look back on it now. Mel and Rell are the ones with the stupid combos though. P.S. Yea, no sumo in MK universe but Bo'Rai Cho comes kind of close. Although he's more like a gross, filthier version of Lei Wulong and Shun Di. I liked him in MKDA, MKD, and MKA.

I will just be glad to have the final version of lee for a while. I know there are going to be changes with moves and such I will need to get used to.

Everyone on Zaibatsu says its can be done! The combo should go like this.... qcf3 (for launcher) 1, b33, rlx2,3_f3. Now, when doing this combo, the rlx2,3 does not connect!!!!! However, if i don't hit the 1 punch after launcher I land the combo. WTF? Obviously i'm missing something? Also, just simply doing counter hit d/f+2 connects the b33, rlx2,3_f3 but also does not connect the 1 punch. I trained alot yesterday and got my wall pusher combos down pretty good. Insert launcher, then df/1,1x3 works really good with eddy. Not to mention, insert launcher, d/f1, d/f11, 1244. I'm still trying to learn and sorry for the newb questions!!!
Lil Majin Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Sev - I don't agree with the list because I once again believe that King is the best character in the game! He undoubtedly has the BEST throw game in Tekken and has some of the best mid attacks in the game to complement his retarded good throw game. He also has really good low attacks that aren't too punishable (the worst being d+3+4, d/b+3 and f,f,N,2). He is the "King of Shenanigans" because of so many unblockable setups and other traps/crossups which puts him wayyyy above the rest of the cast. Damage? With the strongest throws in the game and iSW as a combo ender in most cases, he is easily one of the most damaging characters in the game! I could go on and on with King praises but I'll stop before it gets too informative. lycan - you have to learn the recovery of qcf3 so that you can hit the 1 or 2 as soon as possible!!! I recommend that you play only Eddy because Christie's combos can be VERY inconsistent at times. Also, you should replace your current RLX 4~3 combo with RLX 4~3, HST+2, ws+1,3, RLX 2, f+3 because it does 67 dmg as opposed to your current combo's damage of a meager 48 dmg.
