[oh fo sho] x N

That's what Taokaka's taunt loops should sound like.

i know right? i plan on making it down for the new england revolution event though. yeah, it's in september but it's something. getting hype for it already. i'm hoping there's a big cs turnout.

man... you made me do it... not getting that time back.

Come to Uprising on Saturday, there will be CS there. Should be fun.

I actually would go except I play in a community band and we have a gig on saturday. strangely enough, my stint with the band will end for when CS gets its retail release. I do think a couple other NH guys that I play with will be traveling down to check it out though.

yeah. basically trying to convince everybody i play with that it's going to be awesome. i think a couple of us are influencing a number of people to buy the game. the wheel of hype will hopefully be turning quite a bit up in nh.

Alright, NE. I saw NY's BBCS crew and you know what? They good, but they aint that good. PRACTICE UP BITCHES! NE WILL BE SECOND BEST NO LONGER!

GGs to everyone I played in BB. Too bad the tourney never happened because SSF4 ran long.

Shit, I gotta practice up once I get that shit in my hands OFFICIALLY. Next time, there won't be any accidental 6A into 214Ds instead of TK Crescent Saber loops or accidental supers. I will fine tune that Lambda. Also, the results thread for Stryfe's Uprising in Vernon, CT is up! http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?9268-Stryfe-s-Uprising-in-Vernon-CT-Results!

For reals Kona. Liking the Lambchop combos but losing to a 5 minute Tager? First time was hilarious, the rest I cant even describe properly.

For anyone that lost to my ragna in BB I just want you to know that I got this good by not playing BB but playing GG/SF instead. :D Goodshit easy mode tiers, shoto clones ftw.

You have to realize though, he was churning butter pretty much the whole match and I didn't realize it until I had to leave. XD The times I didn't expect him to churn butter, he did and I ate it. Tales just lives to troll people. Plus, I kinda forgot how to play lame like I did back in CT.

I didn't churn..... Well, maybe a little. Okay, maybe the entire fucking match, but still. You lost to a character I've played maybe an hour in both BBs combined with your main. I'd say I trolled successfully. I guess you just can't beat.... THE POWER OF SCIENCE!

Edit: Apparently, the match is in my favor though. Kind of funny, considering how bad V-13 vs Tager was. Still.... I didn't even know my fucking moveset. I was unaware I could charge my magnetism meter.

I dunno. I just read some Tager threads and a couple of em said it was like 6/4 Tager's favor. I laughed.

Mashin srk through Biscuits' Arakune blockstrings is too godlike

Liking CS Bang, was able to hold my own vs Zidane, Drunken Chicken, and snag a set from DaiAndOh. ggs to the NE peeps I played.

So you were the Bang/Ragna, I thought you looked familiar. We will play legit rematch next time, hopefully when I am not dropping all of Bang's shit-easy combos. I got better after I got warmed up on Crown's setup, but I don't we had a chance to play after that.

I will work on Hazama too, his command throw is best move in game.

I remember reading this info too and i got really excited. problem is that the info is really old, potentially from the later loketests. people just knew how to play tager better than people trying to figure out how to play lambda. from the more recent matches i've seen it's nowhere near as bad as nu v. tager but it's still an uphill fight (but that's the fun of playing him).

It's not impossible by any means (hell even Nu vs. Tager was actually only 7/3). Random sledging is still unsafe against Lambda, but her 5D is slower now so she can't just mash out another 5D if you sledge the first and punish you on recovery. The old superjump and chicken block trick works a lot better now as well, since Lambda's AA swords are a lot slower and won't really push you all the way back to the other side of the screen now.

In fact, I'd say Hazama and Mu are much worse matchups for Tager now. Maybe Tsubaki too since she basically gets free charge on him whenever she wants.

Litchi is probably Tager's worst matchup, realistically. (Haven't played the game, but this is just from watching). She stands at a safe distance and pokes away fishing for a 4K CH combo into the corner for typical Litchi shenanigans which almost always end in staff super.

yeah, i'm dreading running into good litchi players. the matchup looks so frustrating and she just keeps doing flip kicks and adding up the damage right into staff super. her corner pressure seems ridiculous.

no, the lambda matchup won't be impossible nor will it be the worst for tager. i think hazama, litchi, carl, and potentially mu will be the tougher matchups from what i've seen. as far as lambda goes, the points you bring up are correct. i'm looking forward to playing the tweaked cast. Hazama's zoning looks very strong against tager but i think tsubaki is gonna have some real problems against his life and damage output. tager isn't THAT immobile this time around and the end of every combo no longer blasts your opponent across the screen (and even if you do end with 5D you can gadget cancel it).
