The location test is completely offline so NESiCA will not be available. NESiCA will continue to operate normally when the actual update launches. Ugh, so there's no possible chance that people outside of Japan will be getting the latest version of Blaz CS. Sucks, guess we'll have to wait it out once again. I don't mind the updates, but to leave the scene outside of Japan hanging like this is ridiculous :/
