That said, I'm down for some arcana. My Metal Kira is too good! Not to say I hate Jordan. He is an awesome guy.

What makes her bad really? I don't use kira. I've fought against a few though. She seems to have decent normals and damage.

I would say to keep trying the character out and see if you agree with his statement of Kira not being viable. Pretty much everyone on the plant. Including high level players say that pretty much all the characters are viable in tournament play.
