So I'm curious how would you guys tier the BlazBlue characters, based on their story/arcade mode exploits? This is how I personally would tier them (Only includes up to BBCPEx. Playable Characters intro'ed in BBCF and NPC's (like Jubei) aren't on the list): Top-Tier Hakumen = Azrael Rachel Hazama (Terumi) = Relius Ragna = Valkenhayn High-Tier Kagura Mu-12 Jin Izayoi Lambda-11 = Noel Nu-13 Mid-Tier Tager Makoto Bang Tsubaki Litchi Carl Low-Tier Platinum Tao Bullet Celica Arakune Unknown Amane Kokonoe I know Amane and Kokonoe are at least 'Top-Tier', but I have no idea where exactly to put them. There is probably a lot of wrong placements in that list, so feel free to argue.
