Now the question is does she actually know Izanami is a different person from Tenjo? Appearance-wise they're similar and amatsumugi's summary did say Meifang never saw the Imperator again after her encounter with Kagura, so maybe Meifang thinks she's helping Tenjo, but in reality she's furthering Izanami's plans, because Hazama kept that fact hidden from her.

Her dad has quite unrealistic expectations if he expected his daughter to beat an NOL Colonel, who's probably got years of experience fighting people just as strong as her. Unless he subscribes to the Azrael school of thought in that physical strength's all I need, who needs training. Which brings me to the next part, I don't know why, but I'm getting the feeling that the whole "was able to physically repel Azrael by just himself" was him being the last man alive of whatever squad he was in and Azrael either decided he had his fill or got bored/disappointed with who he was fighting and in the aftermath for propaganda purposes, the NOL elevated his reputation to 'Hero of Ikaruga' levels.

Outseal's "Immortal Breaker" is probably along the lines of Hakumen's Time Killer, It can kill them but they have a chance to save themselves through self-observation like Terumi did, while Izayoi's Immortal Breaker would kill them outright observation or not, unless they had the Power of Order or were death itself.

So are the Mega links to CP:EX's Gallery, Story Etc. files that were in this thread going to be added elsewhere or are they gone?

I've come across many different opinions on the internet on what an in-universe tier list would look like. So I'm curious how would you guys tier the BlazBlue characters, based on their story/arcade mode exploits? This is how I personally would tier them (Only includes up to BBCPEx. Playable Characters intro'ed in BBCF and NPC's (like Jubei) aren't on the list): Top-Tier Hakumen = Azrael Rachel Hazama (Terumi) = Relius Ragna = Valkenhayn High-Tier Kagura Mu-12 Jin Izayoi Lambda-11 = Noel Nu-13 Mid-Tier Tager Makoto Bang Tsubaki Litchi Carl Low-Tier Platinum Tao Bullet Celica Arakune Unknown Amane Kokonoe I know Amane and Kokonoe are at least 'Top-Tier', but I have no idea where exactly to put them. There is probably a lot of wrong placements in that list, so feel free to argue.

Considering Relius wants to recreate the world in his own image, he probably want to use Lambda, controlled entirely by him to replace the Amaterasu Noel. In fact I think that's how Act 3 would probably end for each character, they take the place of Amaterasu Noel and remake the world how they want it.

Did anyone manage to save or re-create the template for Mu-12's (without armor) story mode artwork? I saw it in the OP, but the Mediafire DL link for it seems to have gone. This is the one I'm talking about.
