TwinkieBomb Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 good times tonight. whoever played that arakune in BB right before I left with my ps3 - ggs, very close and intense match. i learned alot vs the arakune matchup. i was really starting to block better against your cross ups in the air and i figured out some better counterattacks when u get out of your floor warping dashes thanks! ^_^ and thanks gonzalez for doing that low pot 2v2 sf4 tourney, i was reluctant at first, but it was fun playin some competitive sf4 again lol

Kinda disappeared due to college [and MW2 with my brother] but I will try to attend these meet-ups as frequently as possible. If I can find my converter that would be great I can bring some underrated games next Friday including Melty Blood Actress Again, Fate/Unlimited Codes, HnK, Battle Fantasia (360), Sengoku Basara X, Tournament Fighters, SWR/IamP/UNL, and if you all want to laugh, some Shaq-Fu. This is however if you guys want me to bring any of these for the meet-up.

Fight Night was a total fucking blast, and for those of you locals who couldnt make it, you missed out on a smashing good time (No pun intended!!). Realyst totally dominated with his Julia and Nina (As expected) as my Yoshimitsu learned much from our first official meet. SF4 Games were amazing to play and watch. BlazeBlue and GGX rocked the house with a crazyman shouting "FIRE!!!!!" and "HeadShot!!!!" as he threw down like nobodies business. For those of you who were there, I still got to learn everyones names!! Zoob, Jian.... awesome times as I will be there this week as well. Its then a small break for me until the 8th of January as the next 2 weeks are back to back holidays (X-Mas and New Years). I will be there regularly at least 3 times out of the month. Im thinking the last friday of the month will be a much needed break (Im still recovering from sleep as I type this at 7:24am!!). Also, the running joke Friday was "Either 40 or a loss." Real, you know what Im talking about!! Its awesome that Mike said that he will run Fight Night EVERY FRIDAY evening from the 11th of December out, so be sure to make an appearance!! There were plenty of great, friendly and plain awesome people there getting their D~D~DT's on. And theres a 24hr Denny's just around the corner!! And as a side note, I just ordered an HDD external converter so that I may back up the contents of my HDD up before sending it out to HP for a Mobo repair. Im mentioning this because A: Mike has a 32' LCD hooked into one of his PC's and B: Why do I mention this?? An HP SlimLine is an easy PC easy to cart around as Ive got a shitload of MAME gems that would fit Fight Night perfectly for a possible Tournament in some of the following Arcade Games, all utilizing PS2 Dual Shock Controllers (Ive got a JoyBox PS2 Converter that supports 2 Inputs!!).
