  5. The new BB is pretty uguu. Be like a proud Japanese salaryman and hop on board the bullet train.
  6. If you get a room, I'll pitch in.
  7. I want to go. I have overnight shift on Sunday though, unless I can force my day off request through. When is everyone leaving?
  8. For Ashley Lili Top Moves in a nutshell: uf+3 has been nerfed but it is still a decent punish/launcher. All hopkicks now -13 on block. d+3+4 - Horse Kick. High and sometimes mid crush. Class 1 launcher but unsafe on block. uf3+4 to close in - You can frame trap and follow up with 4. You can finish the move with 3+4 for the launcher, which will likely catch high mashers. You can also just do the uf3+4 to gain position and follow up with pokes or throw. Good, but use in small dosages. You can be floated by jabs into full combo. df+1 - Still a solid poke. 3,2 - good advance, fairly safe. Leaves you in back turned if you hold back. 1+2 - good whiff punish. Punishable on block. WS+1 - Decent mid, high crush frames. b1,4 - good CH string. The 4 is delayable and un-steppable. f+3- Homing move, keeps people from side stepping. Mid and safe, but slow. qcf+3+4 - High, high. If they block the first hit, they are stuck blocking the second. Anywhere between +4 and +7 on block, depending on the spacing. df+2 - Mid, linear uppercut. About -12 on block now. d+3 - good low, now negative on hit. Still a good low. df+3 - mid, normal hit leaves them recovering crouching. Counter hit knocks down, apparently only db+4 guaranteed after now. Still +3 on block. 2, 4 - Still is a good string. Natural combo on hit, still knocks down. b+1 - high crush mid poke. Main game with Lili seems more like Tekken 5 DR: Quick poke, side step fish for launcher. Frame traps are there, but are less advantageous. Keep people from stepping with f+3 or d+3. Punish long whiffs with qcf 1, 2. Punish fairly close whiffs with launcher. Vyers: Bob and Leo are both good characters, Bob has been top tier in the past two games, and the lowest Leo has been is high tier. Leo got stronger with the addition of a hit confirmable 2 after df+1, which is an excellent poke to begin with. I'll do a write up later about them.
  9. Crown: In the wise words of some dude, "No bitchassness." Get me the figures and we'll work with it. My PSN tag is actually djz0ober. Whoopsiedoodle.
  10. Oh no, I am a deadbeat Incubator dad once more! It was a pleasant surprise to see that everyone has leveled up so quickly in P4U. I forsee us becoming very strong if we can keep playing. There is a lot for me to improve upon. For those who have not friended me on PSN, my name is gamertag is Zoob (shocking!).

  12. I am bearly able to contain my disappointment.
  13. Take it easy, Will. I am thankful that no significant harm came to you. Please, take care and let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Friendship is precious, and family even more so. On a less serious note, he said, casually, thank you all for a wonderful time in the strange mythological land of New Hampshire. It would be my first time remembering a trip there (Another Anime Con doesn't count, for reason stated prior) and it was a swell time. The random shmup tournament was quite lulz as well, it was also nice to actually get some hands-on time with the Persona fighter as well (seriously, why is western MA/CT so free to street dates?). To be honest, was a bit on the fence with the game, but sitting down and playing it was an enjoyable experience. As of Tuesday, I shall be grabbing a copy and taking part in the festivities. Hooray that people are buying it for the PS3 so I can actually attempt netplay with people I know.
  14. I have no idea where you are. I just thought I'd wing it and eventually stumble on Neco Burst camp. Also, stealing winternet, so I will PM you my number for texting purposes.
  15. I dress burly men up in magical girl outfits because it is my heritage. Eduardo (my cell phone) is missing. Anyone find a shitty black flip phone? It has Kyubey as the desktop.

  22. You durn whippersnappers don't know how funky fresh these beats are and don't touch my moccasins. they are custom made. Aside from that, enjoy the new thread.
  23. Let me tell you youngin's about a time long before your youtubes and your Shooryoucan's. A simple time, where the elderberries grew plentiful out of the majestic land, where men wore suspenders, and the women wore trousers fashioned from the muscular twine of the blighted platypus. Back in the day, there was only one fighting game. It involved a musket, your wits, and the most spacious stages you could ever possibly imagine. There were only two characters in that game and only one playable character. In this game, there was a gun and there was one of the most fearsome yet docile animals in Nature's green kingdom. You could only play this game at night, too. This damn bear would stalk out of the wilderness, its stomach a-rumbling for the vittles you cooked the day before and would do its damndest to get to that nutritious snack. This could be seen as the world's first grappler character, for once it got into your pic-a-nic basket, it was game over. The only playable character was you, and it was fully customizable, provided that you had a limited clothing supply, considering it was back in the day and clothing stores had yet to be conceived. Yes, the only attack in your moveset was a special move, Fire Gun. This special move could only be used once, as it required 100% meter and a musket charge stored, which luckily you gained at the beginning of the round. You could also fake the Fire Gun special, in an attempt to bluff and make the bear respect your spacing, but scrubby bears usually attempted to mash out and charge your porch. Damn button mashers. We called this game Bears Off the Back Porch, and it was a damn fine time if you were winning. The game was a bit unfair though, since the Guy With the Gun had a 9-1 projected match up with the only other character in the game, and that was because Timmy was the worst shot you've ever seen in your life and got bodied every time he played. Tournament nerves get the best of us, that much is true. Soon, Nature realized that people were playing the game and introduced patches, which were mostly pallet swaps of the bear colors, including Grizzly and Feral Red Bear. It wasn't long before another patch was made and shotguns were introduced, making the matchup almost unwinnable by the bear. There was a couple of revisions where Nature toyed with the concept of making another Guy With the Gun wear a bear skin as an additional mixup, but the concept fell as flat as the characters attempting to fool the overpowered Gun Dude. Apparently, Fire Gun was an option select within itself and dealt with both options. Bears Off the Goddamn Porch. Now that was a man's game.
  24. Zoob here with an otaku fact: Vyers used Kowaii, which would give the connotation of being scary or unpleasant, not kawaii. Speaking of which, what the hell is your number Vyers? I got the same problem when I tried texting you.
