ROFL! I just bursted out laughing when I saw that! Funny! Cheers to us guys and gals with D pad PS controllers. I had to go through about 3 of those since I started playing GG a year and half ago. The R1 button kept on going out because of too much dustloopage.

Its an 8 way, with all jap parts. My execution got way better after switching from a MAS to this. Cost me 180 from Dreadedfist in Texas. Worth everypenny. Ive won tournies thanks to this baby.

Start and Select on the upper right side. L1 is the lil Taunt button on the upper right. There is no L2 button hehe. Sides that its standard setup.

Something nice about my stick also is that the following Japs have signed the back of it ^_^

okay so my cardboard baby did me well, but here is my custom that i spent waay too much time on.

It's a siemitsu LS32 with an altered square gate making it an octagon, and regular sanwa buttons. Also worth noting I put some of that dynamat sound deadening material on the inside of that case to try and quite teh noise the stick makes. It helps out a little bit and also the stick feels smoother and more solid 'cause you feel less vibrations. But it costs 20 bucks for that junk so i don't think the cost is worth it. I'm going to look into spray on sound canceling material, I can't be alerting people of an incoming gigas, with the clickity clickity.

I too as well, I work with what I have at the moment. It used to be all green and yellow. My buttons took forever to get here. The two start buttons are the sanwa buttons that come with it. I hate the yellow too. Luckily on my first stick i found a bg that matches with the yellow and green.

I need help in deciding on an arcade stick. I could get this nice one, http://www.consolesandgadgets.co.uk/catalog/real-arcade-stick-soul-calibur-edition-p-2077.html , which is a decent Japanese stick from what I hear. Plus I'd be getting it in practically new condition from a friend, for $100. The only problem is that from my short experience with Japanese sticks, is that they seem to be way too "loose," the stick moves around really easily which seems bad at first touch. I want to know why so many people prefer Japanese over American sticks, do you like the feel of the stick itself or just the overall quality?

On the other hand, I could get a custom one from the same guy for under $70, but I doubt that it would be as good of quality as the Hori stick. Should I invest that extra money into the SCIII stick or go with a home-made stick? I should also point out that the home-made would use a bat stick and American parts in general.

I'm gonna guess that they're all Hori parts, because it's just the Real Arcade Pro, manufactured by Hori Japan, with a SC3 design. I guess. I dunno, I'm a total nub when it comes to all this talk of brand parts and stuff.

I saw some art for sammy vs capcom a while ago and i wanted to use that as the art for my arcade stick. The problem is, i have lost the file. does anyone possibly have it? I'm thinking of the one with anji and dan near the middle of it looking pissed at each other while johnny hits on lilith. there's some other stuff going on but i don't remember what. whoever can find this for me wins one (1) free internet.
