Well, i have yet to do so, but i had received my order of sanwa buttons and couldn't resist trying them. Looking for something of an enclosure, this was what it came out to be, the box it all came in of course. Now, i actually have to build a real case D: I wanted a stick to match my retarded keyboard layout for gg. A real joystick is going to be made right after this. Looking around here and srk was definitely helpful in learning.

thegame4ever Posted August 19, 2008 Posted August 19, 2008 Finally got my HRAP2 orange jp edition. Can't find anything to complain really, and I'm wondering if I should add sanwa buttons, do they make that much a difference? Question, how to put custom artwork? Can't seem to find guides on that.

Either i fail or google fails, or a little of both because i cant seem to find anything besides "BUY OUR PARTS" all over the place. X-Arcade stick just isnt good enough, and the old T5 sticks are hard to come by and still arent what i have a feel for.

Furthermore, it plays pretty good on the floor except the rubber feet are too small to support such a big stick... and fell off...

I found also found a good Kansho and Bakuya wallpaper to use for the sides. It's my first custom stick, made it for PS3 to play BlazBlue. Cool part is when the lights off and the led off the DualShock 3 makes Saber's sword glow red.

yukichi Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 The casing isn't too good, as I don't really have precision tools, I just have a power drill and my 4 years over due for an eye exam eyes. And for acrylic, I don't have ways to cut it other than using a scouring knife, so no good cuts there. If you have a place that does acrylic cutting, I recommend looking for acrylic cubes from frozencpu.com. I wanted to use acrylic just because my professor recommended the cubes for use with junior and senior projects. If you can get a way to precisely put the proper holes and cuts in acrylic, the cubes seem to make a great alternative to wooden models. One of my buddies knows a place in Portland Oregon that supposedly does amazing stuff with acrylic, all custom, I can ask him next time I see him about the place.
