Gray Dream Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 Hell yeah! I also found yet another 100% Heat combo with 6B repititions :D FCH 6C 4D 6A 6B 6B 63214D 6B 63214C = 5982 LOL and it barely broke 6k...
Big Red Tie Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 real talk gold burst 9 j.BC RC 6B 6A j.BC RC 6B 6A j.BC
GenoWhirl Posted August 1, 2010 Author Posted August 1, 2010 I love BS combos Although with a 7.2k combo that builds 50 meter I dunno why anyone would use them ;-;
Gray Dream Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 Wow, just tried it out pretty good damage for a Gold Burst :D
GenoWhirl Posted August 1, 2010 Author Posted August 1, 2010 it just takes 100 meter and purple grabs
Big Red Tie Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 final version is universal: CH j.2C j.2D land (delay) 2B 5C 6C 214D 66B 6A 2C sjc j.C jc j.C j.2C
Seifuuku Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 jin hazama and litchi can punish a whiffed 63214c from 6c
Big Red Tie Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 well, i don't know the frame data but testing right now, jin can punish a stein with super also not sure about the others, but...
Aginor Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 Yea if he reads that you're summoning a Stein mindlessly. Gray Dream: You never stated whether the fatal counter combos are midscreen, mu in the corner, opponent in the corner and whether they are in the air or not. 6c fatal counter combos are very situational and you have to know this information otherwise, you're not going to get the big damage.
Seifuuku Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 final version is universal: CH j.2C j.2D land (delay) 2B 5C 6C 214D 66B 6A 2C sjc j.C jc j.C j.2C how do you get the j2d to not ruin the combo? it keeps hitting them before i get the jb and they immediately tech. about 6c.. 6c 63214c in general is not good to use in blockstrings.. carnage scissors noel's gun super on ground jin's ice fang/yukikaze bang's daifunka litchi's all green counter hits the stein cancel too i probably missed some, but 6c in general, not a good idea to use it on block imo.. even with stein cancel it leaves you in a predictable position that brings up another question though - what situations are there where you would use 6c other than fighting bad tagers that sledge all day, because there seem to be very few practical situations.
Devdan Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 "jin's ice fang/yukikaze" I have yet to see any Jin use this move, and I just know that somehow, some day it's really going to trip me up at a time when it matters. Or maybe it won't matter, but it will happen. But yeah, even really crappy Jin's have been throwing out ice fang when I summon carelessly. Stupid IB never working online, and making me panic.
Big Red Tie Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 how do you get the j2d to not ruin the combo? it keeps hitting them before i get the jb and they immediately tech. emphasis on the (delay) delay your 2B, not your landing about 6c.. 6c 63214c in general is not good to use in blockstrings.. carnage scissors noel's gun super on ground jin's ice fang/yukikaze bang's daifunka litchi's all green counter hits the stein cancel too i probably missed some, but 6c in general, not a good idea to use it on block imo.. even with stein cancel it leaves you in a predictable position that brings up another question though - what situations are there where you would use 6c other than fighting bad tagers that sledge all day, because there seem to be very few practical situations. fishing for a FCH. but yeah, it's really bad on block
Aginor Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 6c actually isn't bad on block if you cancel it to a stein. Just make sure you don't whiff it. You can use it to poke your opponents from far away. Also, Noel's ground super isn't really threatening unless she's right next to you and hits you with the muzzle of the gun.
Big Red Tie Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 summoning a stein is just as vulnerable to most super punishes whereas a charged 63214C answers most non super punishes anyway
Seifuuku Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 summoning a stein is just as vulnerable to most super punishes whereas a charged 63214C answers most non super punishes anyway i tried it - only ice fang at close range and all green can hit a stein cancel into jump cancel. however if you are fishing for counter hit you will want to confirm if it was blocked or hit, which may delay the stein cancel enough to hit them with some supers. still a gimmick though.
Big Red Tie Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 also the combo i posted is 3100 damage i do a stein if i'm out of range for a 63214C. but if i'm still in range... well, i like breaking primers
Gray Dream Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 Gray Dream: You never stated whether the fatal counter combos are midscreen, mu in the corner, opponent in the corner and whether they are in the air or not. 6c fatal counter combos are very situational and you have to know this information otherwise, you're not going to get the big damage. Midscreen...sorry
Shiawase Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 @Geno: I can go through the combo list and write down the damage for the combos with "?" if you want me to. I'll be practicing Mu anyway so, why not? :P
MisoSowee Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Go do eeet. It's what I did. It's great practice! Do the ones that don't have question marks too :P
Shiawase Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Go do eeet. It's what I did. It's great practice! Do the ones that don't have question marks too :P Oh I will. ^^ At least I better if I'm going to main her. :P Honestly though my execution is pretty bad so it might take me awhile to get the numbers to you guys.
Synthesis Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 stein into jump cancel is relatively safe after 6C if it's blocked. If you expect them to dash in, though, you can always cancel the stein with 63214C.
MisoSowee Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 You could DP too and the stein should cover you if they block.
Aginor Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I just saw this combo on the first page. CH 2C > 6D > Instant Air Dash > j.C > j.2C > Dash > 2B > 5C > 6C > 214D > Dash > 6B > Dash > 6A > 2C > j.C > (dj.C) > j.2C > Whatever (3.4K, Midscreen Only!) I honestly don't think this works. Can I get confirmation? I've tried omitting the 6d, using 6a after the 214d dash, using 2b 6a 6c instead of 2b 5c 6c...I just can't get this to work.
MisoSowee Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I don't have access to my ps3 right now but have you tried 6a j.c j.2c at the end?
