EX Instant Kils

So I'm messing around in training mode and decide to play as EX Order Sol for the lulz. I played around with EX characters before, so I knew I had to check the command list to see what the special moves are. To my surprise, EX OR had an instant kill command. I input the command and I have to say the animation was pretty unique (read: I couldn't recognize any of the sprites . . . might have been a cross between gunblaze and savage fang).

Now, enough of that exposition: I want to know what EX Dizzy's IK is (the command is [2]8426+P+H; and I play on pad so that's going to be tricky to pull off).

Ex Order Sol did All Guns Blazing, Sol's original instant kill in GG1 before it was changed to Napalm Death in GGX and onwards. EX Order Sol is pretty much a throwback to GG1 Sol with the dustloop from pre-Slash GGXX intact.

dizzy's IK is useless. normal dizzy has it too btw.

gold ex-ky has a secret overdrive, i think it 214214 k?

Well, Dizzy's IK "would" be useless if she weren't in GG Mode. IK Stabs act can cancel into any normal in the game, and any point at which you may be guarding, forcing the opponent to do three random direction inputs and make a "pressure reset". All IK stabs are basically your Dead Angle pokes.
