Re-posting the info that was buried in the last thread:

Okay, games out early. Here come some spoilers. These will be really disorganized for the time being and will probably be revised as more story details are released.

I repeat. SPOILERS.

Bloodedge was the name of Jubei's friend, a man who fought alongside the Six Heroes. Jubei considers him to be a true hero. It's his jacket and sword that Ragna was given. Rachel may have had a thing for him (or some sort of connection to him, not sure).

The Six Heroes were Hakumen, Jubei, Nine, Valkenhayn, Terumi, and Trinity.

In Hakumen's original timeline, when he was still Jin, he had a relationship with Tsubaki, but she died. He meets her in CS Story Mode and talks to her about it in an indrect way. He has her take off her mask and gently caresses her face. Screenshot. He says that her courage taught and guided his heart, and that he named his special technique after her. That would be Tsubaki, "Camellia Prayer". Theory is that in his timeline, because Noel died, she never became his secretary, and instead Tsubaki did.

Relius's red puppet is/was his wife, Ignis Clover. Carl's mother.

Hakumen and Jin have a manly talk of some sort, or Jin has a manly talk with someone. Comes to his senses. Hakumen has a fierce battle with Mu, but can't win. Jin shows up and steps up, takes over the fight pretty much.

The life-link currently being discussed in this thread is apparantly between Terumi and Noel, making it impossible to kill Terumi without killing Noel. Nu's soul (in Lambda) is apparantly used somehow to give Ragna the power to turn Mu back into Noel (shattering her Unit or something).

Saya is the Imperator. She's the "mastermind". She's the one who gave Jin Yukianesa.

At the end of the Story Mode, the following people group up together: Protagonists = Ragna, Taokaka, and Noel. Jin and Jubei. Hakumen and Rachel. Antagonists = Imperator, Hazama, Phantom, Relius, Tsubaki, Litchi.

At the end of the story, Saya has already destroyed the Amaterasu Unit. It happened while Ragna was "distracting the observers" and Terumi briefly vanished (when Ragna returned Mu back to Noel, I think).

Ragna is the "destroyer of the world". Jin is the "world's antibody". This leads to a major decision that Jin hs to make.

I have to go now. More spoilers tonight!

A few more spoilers before I have to go.

At the end, Arakune is captured by Relius.

The next setting for the series will be Ikaruga. Everyone is heading there at the end of CS.

Jubei sends Taokaka to Ikaruga with Ragna at the end.

Trinity teaches Bang some things involving Tenjou. Bang's got the final Nox Nyctores. It is probably going to be needed to save Arakune.

Sorry it took so long, but 15 pages is a lot of stuff to go through.

She joins up with the NOL because Hazama convinces her that they've developed technology that can cure Arakune.

Her power is also somewhat explained. Basically, the Boundary is a place where all the timelines meet or intersect, sort of. She was somehow able to combine the power of her other alternate reality selves, sort of like that Jet Li movie, The One.

It's not quite directly stated, but very heavily implied that Phantom is Nine. Phantom is working for the Imperator, she uses really powerful magic. Hazama kind of orders her around a bit. She never talks at all.

When Rachel helps Hakumen escape from Sector Seven, he finds a nuke hidden away in there that she's trying to keep secret. There are other hints that she was involved in more sinister things in the past, too. At the end of the game, she and Tager are helping Ragna out.

I can't recall much major stuff with Valkenhayn off the top of my head. He helps Rachel out, and at one point and I guess heals Jin in such a way that Jin will be able to fight for a while longer but will become incredibly fatigued after a while.

He's around. His story is still mostly self-contained, though others are slightly involved (namely Litchi). It's not really part of the main plotline. He does meet up with Relius and get a few answers.

Relius is kind of an asshole. Or maybe moreso just... utterly lacking compassion. He seems kind of soft spoken and quite subserviant to the Imperator. He talks slowly (deliberately), with little pauses in his speech.

He plays dumb with Carl a bit regarding Ada/Nirvana, then claims that she was a willing test subject. He calls Ignis "Hadouheiki: Ignis", roughly "Surge Weapon: Ignis" or "Wave Formation Weapon: Ignis", and says it's the perfect puppet. He also claims that Kokonoe helped him build it.

He says that he, Kokonoe, and one other person are the "Sin Architects", but doesn't really elaborate on the subject. He tries to kill Carl and Litchi but Nirvana saves them.

Tsubaki is manipulated by Hazama to an extraordinary degree, however he basically only tells her "the truth", which turns her against Noel. Pretty much, the truth is that Noel shouldn't have been born, and that Noel has taken Tsubaki's rightful place in the world. So, like I mentioned was hinted with the Hakumen/Jin stuff, Tsubaki was supposed to be by his side, was supposed to be respected, and all of this stuff. Instead, Noel received all of these perks and Tsubaki was relegated to being one of the "janitors" cleaning up the NOL's messes.

And no, Terumi's not the big-bad. Terumi, Relius, etc., are all subserviant to Saya. Saya only shows up for a while during the True End.

It seems that Platinum has three personalities (Luna, Sena, and Trinity). Luna's a polite girl, Sena's a mean boy, and Trinity is the personality of the Sixth Hero. It all seems to be caused by the Muchourin, and Trinity can only surface rarely. Platinum seems to indicate that he's/she's not one of the Six Heroes, but has just inherited Trinity's things (something like that). Kind of a weird and mysterious character still.

He didn't know for sure that she was the imperator before the ending, but had speculated it was the case. He seems sort of befuddled by everything. Jin says that he'll tell Ragna what's up (regarding Yukianesa) but it doesn't show the conversation.

Oh, and just to describe her. Saya was the one with the shadowed face in the trailer. She has purple hair and red eyes. Looks kind of sad.

I'm really not sure about Lambda. Basically, she lets Ragna absorbs her Idea Engine to gain the power to activate BlazBlue fully, which gives him the power to defeat Mu (breaks the helmet thing).

At the very end of the True Ending, Hazama and Relius are messing around at the cauldron, and it seems that Nu's body has reconstructed itself, and was "more complete" than Relius thought. Hazama says it will be the "Sword of the Empress".

I'm not sure if this means that Nu will be back as herself, or if Nu will fill the Mu slot and Lambda will continue to be fill the Nu slot. I guess Noel could probably continue to have Mu as an alternate version of herself, even.

It was basically, "Hah, called it! What the fuck, Saya!?"

I said THE major villain. As in, he wasn't the mastermind like so many people speculated. And I was right.

Basically, he seems completely loyal to Saya, to the point of telling Hazama to behave in the presence of the Imperator. However, his relationship with Hazama/Terumi seems kinda weird. It does confirm that Relius created the Hazama body. Hazama is basically letting Ragna stomp the crap out of him (and enjoying it) when Relius shows up, and says something like, "I didn't design it to take that sort of punishment". Hazama doesn't take orders from Relius (kind of a "you're not my boss" vibe), but does behave when the Imperator is around.

This is all from the ending, anyway. They don't interact a whole lot. It's really more of a "Here's a ton of twists and shit, now have a cliffhanger!" sort of thing.

Like I mentioned a bit earlier in this post, Carl is sort of in the same position as in CT. He's trying to do things on his own. At the end of the game, he's still going after Ragna, but now also wants to track down Kokonoe due to her apparant involvement in Relius's plans. He sets out for Ikaruga alone (well, with Nirvana). He still wants revenge, but he wants to grow up to be a person like Litchi some day.

Regarding Tager and Kokonoe, Tager is further setup as a friendly rival for Hakumen. He kinda does more of what you saw in CS arcade, trying to help Noel and whatnot. He's kinda questioning Kokonoe, but seems to have faith in her. At the end, Kokonoe and Tager are helping out Ragna and Noel, seemingly at the request of Juubei.

Oh, I just remembered, but Ragna's left arm literally explodes when he destroys Mu's helmet to turn her back into Noel (he'd gathered all the energy in his left hand). At the end, Kokonoe has rebuild his left arm with parts taken from Lambda.

Jubei explains it, but it's kinda hard to make heads or tails of. Seems sort of... metaphysical or something. Basically, it's something like... Basically, the balance of power in the world is out of balance, so something is produced which will try and destroy that power in order to return balance, and an antibody will be produced to try and stop it. Something like that.

Regarding his role in the war, it seems he wasn't really a hero, exactly. He was used and propped up as a figurehead by the NOL. The whole incident with Tenjou seems to have been the NOL manipulating things behind the scenes to kidnap Tenjou or steal his body. Terumi was there and tampered with Jin's memories after he realized what was up. There were others who were implanted with false memories, and others were exterminated and taken care of by the Wings of Justice.

I forget if it was part of her true story or not, but Terumi puts Rachel in her place big time, with Phantom's help. Phantom uses a spell to start dragging Rachel down into the ground, and Terumi just mercilessly taunts her, even kicks her in the face.

Regarding Makoto: Thought I'd just drop a note about her. She isn't fought in any of the story modes, but is around quite a bit. She's part of the Intelligence Department, but doesn't seem to trust or like Hazama at all. She's sort of gathering intelligence on her own, trying to help Noel, Jin, and Tsubaki out.

Regarding Takamagahara: Basically, Takamagahara is this mysterious group of three individuals. They're just invisible beings in chairs in a white room, casting weird-looking humanoid shadows on the floor. They seem to have a hivemind, and basically observe all the possibilities of the timeline, guiding it toward some certain goal. It's implied that they are god-like, but were created by humans. They apparantly want to destroy the Amaterasu Unit as well, but seem to want to keep time looping to prevent the world from ever ending.

They had given Rachel the position of "observer", and she violated the rules by activating the Tsukuyomi Unit at the end of CT, so they let her leave the position. They seem to have released Terumi as some sort of... catalyst/pawn, and supposedly have a safeguard to keep him in check, however, during the split second where Ragna doing the impossible distracts them, he manages to infiltrate Takamagahara. He unleashes a magical virus created by Phantom on them, which basically puts them out of comission.

And then it seems that Saya finds and kills the Amaterasu Unit and takes control of Takamagahara. She basically says that she's turned off the looping, and shifted causality from "random" to "sequential". She says that she turned the world back to how it's meant to be, into a "World of Death" like the one she's part of. I think this basically means that there's no more looping / parallel timelines, and that when things end, they end permanently.

Yeah, Jin tells Tsubaki about how he's not really a hero and they basically argue about the NOL being the "absolute power" of the world. You know, if Tsubaki should really be so loyal to it or not. Jin leans towards rebelling against the NOL, while Tsubaki leans towards loyalty.

Not really much on Tao. Taokaka met Ragna when they were young, but don't really remember it until Jubei and Torakaka start talking. Torakaka is mature and sort of like Tao's big sister or something. She's the former guardian of the Kaka clan and is friendly with Jubei.

Bang's story isn't too serious. He's looking to get revenge against Jin and also to find Tenjou's kid. At one point in the story he actually helps Jin out, which is another of the things that starts altering Jin's personality a bit IIRC. Bang also spends time with Platinum the Trinity, who like I said, manifests the Trinity personality and tries to tell him about his Nox Nyctores, but fades before giving him full details. At the end of the story he sets out for Ikaruga, just like pretty much everyone else.

More re-posting:

Not much is revealed about Saya, except that she's been behind just about everything. She looks like a human girl. Purple hair, red eyes. Wears elaborate Japanese clothing with a sort of ornamental crown / headdress sort of thing.

Like I said, she doesn't show up until the very end. She just sort of explains about Amaterasu and turning the world into a World of Death, insults Rachel, and then leaves with her crew (Hazama, Relius, Phantom, Tsubaki, and Litchi).

1. Don't know. Carl thinks it's a lie.

2. She meets Carl. He tries to pump her (and Tsubaki) for information, and saves Tsubaki from him.

3. I don't think it was really stated. Ragna's got "business" there, Tao is going with Ragna because Jubei said so, Carl is following Ragna and looking for Kokonoe, etc..

4. Nope. Not yet, anyway.

There's never been any indication at all that Terumi went back in time. As far as I can tell, Saya was behind everything. Like I said, Terumi and Relius are loyal to her and she was the one who gave Yukianesa to Jin, so she was at least in charge pretty far back.

Ragna's right arm is the Azure Grimoire. But yes, both of his arms are now artificial.

He doesn't interact with her a whole lot. She's kind of a mindless killing machine during most of the vital story segments. She spends some time with Jubei.

CS is technically "BlazBlue 1.5", an enhanced / upgraded version of CT. If you look at some of the official files for it (fansite kit, etc), it's labeled as such. CS ends with everyone heading to a new setting and new alignments being drawn, so the next game should be a fully-fledged BlazBlue 2.

None of them are twins. Ragna is the oldest, Saya is the youngest. Jin is the middle child. And yeah, that's rather wild and baseless. She has purple hair and red eyes, but her face looks the same as Noel, Lambda, and Nu.

No. When Saya show's up she says she's already destroyed it.

Rachel isn't much of a match for Saya and her crew, or so it seems. She mostly provides support for various characters (mainly Hakumen, Jin, and Ragna) in the story.

Not sure about Nine. There's a flashback to when Terumi betrayed Jubei and Hakumen, and he says that Nine's waiting for Jubei on the "other side". But Jubei is able to use a special power in his eye to switch places with Terumi, so Terumi and Hakumen end up being trapped instead (at Hakumen's urging).

Jubei seems to want to stay out of things. Like, he doesn't feel its his place to fight in this battle. It's their fight. That sort of thing.

In the original timelines, Noel wasn't meant to be born. She was supposed to die during the tempering process. In the canon timeline, it was a fluke that she survived, and that change resulted in the loop being broken and the Continuum Shift.

Basically, in the other timelines, Noel is never born. And because she's not around, Tsubaki is the one who becomes Jin's secretary and fights by his side. She gains recognition and gets to be with the man she loves.

However, in the canon timeline, Noel is put on those places and Tsubaki is forced into a life of obscurity. Noel gets all of the things that had been destined for Tsubaki.

That's how Hazama explains it to her.

They all happen, but only some of the endings are part of the canon timeline.

To the point, the different endings in CS are a result of the Continuum Shift. Basically, the Continuum Shift makes it so that, instead of loops, there is now a constant flow of alternate timelines where anything can and does happen. The false endings are "other possibilities of the Continuum Shift".

At one point, Hakumen actually does just about the most badass thing ever to confirm the effects of the Continuum Shift. He slices through time itself, and watches one of his own alternate endings.

It's actually Jin and Jubei that talk. Basically, Hakumen told Jubei a story to tell Jin if he ever met him, which is basically a "man up" speech. So Jubei passes the story on to Jin "from an ally". It's the vague explanation about balance and power. Jubei basically says that when Jin is ready to "fight what's inside him", to come and find him.

Arakune's name isn't Hal. Hal is a doctor who lives in Orient town and fills in for Litchi when she's away. He's kind of a creeper according to Linhua, IIRC.

Fun note. Tsubaki is a huge Six Heroes fangirl. Owns "all of the books and movies" about them, and Hakumen is her hero. Hakumen is surprised by that and never knew she had such a side to her. It's sweet.

It doesn't really show how Jin and Ragna stand at the end of the story. There's probably an off-camera discussion they have about Saya, but like I said, it only shows them later on, with Ragna leaving for Ikaruga and a bit later Jin is shown heading off with Jubei.

Regarding Hakumen, it's hard to say. At the very end, Rachel tells him that it's not their place to change the future, and Hakumen says he's going to change it in his own way and that's all there is to it.

Jubei has an off-camera encounter with Phantom and basically comes just shy of saying that it was Nine. It's alluded to by other characters, too, but they never quite come out and say it.

And basically, Hakumen and Jubei are about to be trapped together. Terumi says they'll be killed, actually. That they'll die together. And Hakumen goes, "We have no choice, kill him! Do what you have to do!" Jubei apologizes and hesitantly uses "Sekigan" ("One Eye") and swaps places with Terumi, then Hakumen says something like, "Heh, sorry Terumi, it seems you'll be the one to die with me." Terumi had no idea about the ability and just sort of freaks out as they're sealed behind a gate.

I mean that the characters are basically forming into concrete groups and factions, if you will. Antagonists and protagonists are more clearly defined, common purposes are becoming visible. It's sort of a paradigm shift, getting everything all in order for the next story arc.

She doesn't get fired really. The Takamagahara...Takamagaharans? Whatever. They don't understand why she did it or why she places greater importance on Ragna than the Susano'o Unit (Hakumen), and basically say that they don't want to meddle with her affairs and will accept what has occured, and offer her the chance to retain the position (Observer of the Boundary), but she declines. They say it is unfortunate, but they had already predicted this.

She doesn't know about their relationship. Hakumen tells her an "old man's story" about a "woman he took for granted", because he was "young and stupid", basically.

The game has Teach Me, Miss Litchi!!, and new Help Me, Professor Kokonoe!! segments. As has been mentioned, Help Me is closer to being gameplay hints.

Actually, when she shows up, Jin and Hakumen simultaneously attack her, but their attacks are deflected by Tsubaki and Litchi, who suddenly show up.

You're exactly correct.

No. Not at all.

The part with Hakumen and Terumi is a flashback to just after the Dark War, showing how Hakumen was sealed in the Boundary for 99 years.

The virus is from the present. While Ragna is defeating Mu and the three denizens of Takamagahara are distracted, Terumi breaks into Takamagahara and releases a virus that subdues them. This lets Saya take control of Takamagahara and destroy Amaterasu, based on what she says.

It doesn't go into a lot of depth, but Saya says that destroying Amaterasu has allowed her to stop time from looping and basically make it so that there is just one single timeline, with no retries. A world where death is permanent and the past stays the past, if you will.

The three in Takamagahara are mysterious. Their conversation with Rachel implies that they were created by the human race and that they're not really gods. They seem to be trying to guide the world to a certain destination and are observing and recording all of the variations in the timelines. Whatever the case, at the end they are overthrown by Saya thanks to Terumi's work.

1. There's no indication that she's being controlled or anything, and it doesn't delve onto the truth of the Church Incident. Like I said before, Jin tells Ragna the truth off camera, so we'll have to wait to find out.

4. It seems like it belonged to Takamagahara, so if she now controls it, then yeah, quite possibly.

6. Absolutely no indication in the story at all.

There really is no explanation for the Amaterasu Unit. The Takamagahara trio tells Rachel that they're constantly having to correct mistakes (in the timeline) caused by the Amaterasu Unit, and that seems to be why they want to destroy it. And Saya says destroying it and taking control of Takamagahara have let her turn it into sequential causality / a world of death...

Regarding the Units, Hazama gives an explanation of their history to Noel, which is essentially that the first Dimensional Boundary Contact Mediums were created by scientists long ago to explore the Gates of Sheol. Most failed, but the first Medium to reach the bottom of the Gate and access the "source" (the Azure) developed a soul and emotions, and inherited the eye of the Azure, which Terumi says can "observe" any "event". Observe is a key word he uses a lot when talking about Noel, and Noel is able to "observe" memories of others, Terumi's true form, and probably even more.

Anyway, the scientists, when they realized the Medium had the power of a God, tried to destroy it, then sealed it in the Boundary, and then realized that power is sort of cool if you want to win wars, so they created more. These had their emotions restricted and were used purely as weapons. He calls these Noel's siblings and then goes on to explain that she's not human at all.

I'm guessing that the war-machine Mediums are the Units created by the NOL, and possibly by Ikaruga and Sector Seven as well, and might be the true catalyst for the Ikaruga Civil War if that's the case. I'm thinking that the original observational Medium could possibly be the Amaterasu Unit, but only because Terumi seems to imply that the story is what caused the world to turn into a broken record. That's purely speculation, no idea if it's anywhere near the truth.

1. He's probably not really as strong as the rumors say. In the flashback to the Dark War that Hakumen has, Hakumen tells Jubei "I doubt even I could defeat you these days," and Jubei basically says, "Yeah, right. Don't give me that BS." Maybe he was just being humble. More to the point, Jubei fights Phantom off-camera and according to a message he sends to Hakumen via Platinum, is roughed up pretty bad, and Jubei basically says "she used magic, it was... her" and that he's probably too injured to do any fighting.

2. He was talking about the group as a whole, and the line in Japanese specifically references the conversation he had with Valkenhayn in CT, in which he told Valkenhayn "we're buddies, right?". That line was localized differently so the connection is lost.

3. Anything is possible, really.

4. Not sure. It could be when she observed him, or it could be part of the tempering process. That might actually be more likely, since he tells Ragna that she "belongs" to him now.

I get the impression that Sector Seven was working both sides during the Ikaruga Civil War for their own gain.

Interesting observation, though I think the parallels to the Matrix sort of end when you consider Saya's goals.

1. Everything so far has indicated that he has no idea he has a Nox and that he never activates it, but he's got it with him.

2. According to Trinity, it has the power to sever ties with the Boundary. So not only is it the key to saving Arakune, it's possibly also the key to saving Litchi.

3. It's possible, though in his story mode flashbacks, he doesn't seem influential enough, IMO. We'll see.

4. I don't think that's quite the case, at least, I get the impression that Relius captures him because Terumi wants leverage against Litchi.

Regarding Arakune's story mode, nothing terribly exciting happens in it (in the present), he mostly slithers around looking for the Azure. He does come to the conclusion that he needs to eat a Murakumo Unit and the Azure to become complete, however, and he tries to eat the Nox Nyctores Nirvana thinking it might work, but it doesn't.

The interesting stuff mostly comes from his flashbacks, which reveal his real name (Rot Carmine, nickname Roy) and explain how he began to degrade into Arakune. It only shows bits and pieces, and it's mostly just conversations he has with Kokonoe and Litchi as his memories and mind slowly break down. He wants to gain the power of the Azure and goes against Kokonoe's wishes, she tries to have him locked in his room, but he gradually goes mad and Kokonoe is unable to do much to help him because she doesn't know what he touched in the Boundary. Litchi reveals that she also messed with the Boundary looking for a way to help him, and he tells her to get help from Kokonoe. As he's losing his humanity, he complains a lot about noise and the sound of countless insects buzzing in his brain.

Regarding Nine/Phantom, due keep in mind that Nine wasn't as sweet as Jubei probably thought. Her special tempering method for creating the Nox Nyctores involved using countless human souls. The fact that she was involved in creating the Nox at all indicates that she could possibly have been on Terumi's side all along.

Regarding Saya, one minor note, when Terumi calls Nu the "Sword of the Impress", the furigana and pronunciation is "Sword of Izanami". Let your Japanese mythology-inspired theories begin.

I'm gonna go ahead and start posting full story summaries here in a bit. Might take me a while to get all of them done, so bear with me. I'll try for maybe one a day.

And yet more re-posting:

Story Mode Opening

Rachel is in Takamagahara, an empty white room with three chairs casting strange, humanoid shadows. Rachel is in the middle. There chairs are occupied by invisible beings called TA, TB, and TC. TA and TB are male, TC is female; they finish each others sentences and speak as like they have a hive mind.

They greet her, noting that it's been a long time since they last met, about 19,000 hours (2 years) for Rachel and about 280,000 hours (32 years) for them. They note that she is almost completely unchanged, even down to the cells in her hair. They compare this to a sort of miracle. They note that even so, her behavior has changed, and asked her why she released Restriction Type Zero and used the Tsukuyomi Unit. They don't understand her focus on Ragna, even though they say he is the starting point, and say it's impossible that he could be more valuable than the Susano'o Unit. Rachel says they'll never understand his value.

They say that they accept her decisions regardless and will make appropriate choices. She asks if they consider themselves gods, then, and they say no, Takamagahara is a system built by humans, and nothing built can be a god, and that once a god is observed it ceases to be a god, anyway. They say that it's the same for the Master Unit and Noel, the successor to the Azure, as well. They ask if she wants to continue being the Observer of the Boundary. She says she likes dogs, but doesn't want to be one herself. They predicted that her response would be no, and have already begun observing the snake, Terumi. They say that there is a risk to starting the "doomsday" process and that Terumi is hard to manage, but they have a safeguard in place that they can't discuss.

They say that they don't wish to reduce the world to "nothing", the world created by Takamagahara simply has to be correct. The Master Unit isn't needed for this, and merely causes strain. They say that they have to fix a lot of mistakes caused by it, and that Takamagahara will attempt reconstruction without interferance from the Master Unit; the Azure will inherit Takamagahara, and so long as it exists the world will survive, and all life will return to the "World of the Azure".

Ragna the Bloodedge: Stray Sheep

Starts with Ragna and Noel hanging on a roof. She wants to talk; Ragna gets annoyed and tells her to get lost, she does. He has a flashback to the end of CT in which Terumi is taunting him. Later, Carl is stalking him. They fight. Ragna wins, he's distracted and Nirvana attacks, then knocks him out.

Ragna has a flashback to after the incident at the Church. Ragna's been asleep for ten days, Jubei is watching over him, Saya and Jin are missing, and his arm has been replaced by the Azure Grimoire. Jubei introduces himself as one of the Six Heroes, then knocks Ragna back out. Rachel shows up and Jubei agrees to take care of him. She calls him "Souren no Sekigan" (One-Eyed Twin Lotus). Another flashback to later on, Jubei is trying to teach Ragna how to use armagus and telling him not to rely on the power of the Azure Grimoire because it isn't his power; Rachel shows up and pesters him, then Jubei tries to hit him with a log. He dodges but passes out.

Ragna wakes up and finds himself asleep in Tao's favorite napping spot. She wakes him up, they have a playful match and then go eat. The Kaka kittens show up and Ragna has a flashback to a visit he made to Kagutsuchi with Jubei when he was young, where he met Torakaka and Taokaka when she was a kitten. Tao and Ragna "play" while Jubei talks to Torakaka; she says some of the Kaka Clan soldiers went to war in Ikaruga, and Jubei says that Ragna could either grow up to become the "Destroyer of the World" or the "Protector of the Azure". Back in the present, Ragna and Tao part ways.

Ragna's walking around when he passes Sena (Platinum the Trinity), a girl in rags that grabs his ankle and begs for food. Ragna tries to ignore her, but Sena starts shouting to passersby that he's evil and a demon. He agrees to feed her. In the restaurant, he realizes that there are two souls in Platinum's body and that the thing she's carrying is a Nox Nyctores. Luna is a rude and foul-mouthed girl, Sena is a fairly polite boy. They both obviously dislike him, but Luna openly insults him and calls him a lolicon. Luna keeps insulting him until a fight is about to break out, and Ragna tries to leave, but there's a blackout. Lambda appears, Kokonoe says that a large power source drew her off-course, and that she has no interest in Ragna's Azure Grimoire, but decides to have Lambda fight him anyway. He wins, she says it was good to acquire some data, and gets a message about something happening to Noel, then teleports Lambda away. Ragna gets worried about Noel.

Ragna has another flashback to his time with Jubei. Training is over. Jubei leaves to get something, Rachel shows up and talks to Ragna, asks him if he's really up for what he wants to try and do. Jubei returns with the jacket and the Blood-scythe. He explains that they belonged to a friend of his named Bloodedge, who had fought alongside the Six Heroes during the Dark War. He sacrificed himself to give the Six Heroes the time they needed to defeat the Black Beast. Gives Ragna the gear and leaves. Then Ragna heads off, leaving Rachel behind at the church. She calls him "Ragna the Bloodedge".

Back to reality. Ragna can sense Rachel watching him. They argue a bit, then Ragna asks her about the Murakumo Unit and Kokonoe. Rachel warns him about Kokonoe and explains that Noel is the true successor to the Azure and could become the eye of the world. He asks why she saved him if he was a "fake", and she says she saved him because he wanted to live. She explains that he's the Destroyer, with the power to destroy the order (as in opposite of chaos) that controls the world. She explains that he is a threat to the order of the world, so the world produced an antibody: Jin. Noel has the power to establish order, but Terumi wants her for something else. Rachel refuses to tell him what, and they fight. Ragna wins, and she directs him to the top of Kagutsuchi where he can find Noel and Terumi.

As he makes his way to the top, Jin shows up and attacks. Jin says that he senses the Black Beast, but it's not coming from Ragna. Ragna assumes that Terumi's trying to revive it. Jin explains that he and he alone has a grudge against Ragna, and Yukianesa has nothing to do with it. He says that Ragna is the enemy of the world, the destroyer, and so on. Then he says that Noel is the enemy of the world and that he's going to kill her. Ragna realizes that Noel is a Murakumo Unit, but Jin won't let him pass, says he's not strong enough to fight Terumi. They fight. Ragna wins, realizes that Jin was already injured. Ragna explains that even if he is the destroyer of the world, he's going to fight destiny and do what he can, and that if Jin wants to fight him he should do the same and fight him as his brother, not as the world's antibody.

Ragna makes it to the top and finds Hazama. This is generally similar to the conversation in Arcade Mode. Ragna activates BlazBlue, then Hazama activates the True Azure Grimoire. Ragna has all sorts of flashbacks to people saying he's not strong enough to fight Terumi. Hazama delights in that, says that it's useless, then reveals that he created BlazBlue. They fight. Ragna wins (holds his own, anyway) but after the fight, Hazama uses Ouroboros to overpower Ragna.

Ragna thinks he's trying to revive the Black Beast, Hazama explains that the Black Beast was a failure, a Cauldron gone out of control. The Azure Grimoire was created to draw energy from the Boundary to forge a sword. He had the basics, but needed countless souls to forge it, and that's what the Azure Grimoire is for. Ragna's was just a prototype, of sorts. The Murakumo Units need the power of the Azure Grimoire to become complete, but Noel is special because she's the only experimental subject to contain the true power of the Azure. He gives his speech about Kusanagi, then activates Mu. True Ending.

Normal Ending: Ragna relies too much on the power of the Azure to defeat Rachel. He begins to see visions of darkness. When he makes his way to the top of the NOL Branch, he fights Jin. He wakes up to find himself having basically become the Black Beast, passively observing what's going on. He sees Hakumen, Noel, Jubei, and Rachel discussing what to do with him. Hakumen leaves because a heartless beast is not a worthy enemy, and asks Noel to come with him, but she decides to stay. It's up to Jubei to do what must be done. Rachel says goodbye to him and that she'll see him again in another world.

Joke Ending: Ragna doesn't get back up after Jubei tries to hit him with the log during the flashback. Ragna wakes up on a boat with Rachel. She tells him he's now a ghost... because Tager had fallen out of the sky due to "problems during his flgiht" and crushed him completely, like strawberry jam (according to Rachel). Ragna is afraid of himself and gets angry at both, spoiling for a fight. Tager and Rachel explain that they're dead too, because Tager exploded after crushing him. Ragna is terrified of them. Rachel changes her name to a pun involving "rei" (ghost). Tager and Rachel say Ragna has to captain the boat, because they're on the river of the dead. Rachel and Tager bond over making fun of him for being the "Grim Reaper" but being afraid of ghosts.

Nu shows up, and makes the ship turn harshly to the side. Ragna passes out, she wakes him up. She's dead too, because Ragna died. Nu makes fun of Rachel, saying she's an old woman, not a ghost. She tells Ragna a story, about why she turned the ship so hard. They're being attacked by another ghost ship. Then Rachel has Tager look at the other ship, and Tager shouts "Tager Scope Eye Lock-on!" and says he's confirmed that the sea's natural ruby, the "Crimson Grimoire", is on the other boat. They convince Ragna that he'll have to use the Azure Grimoire to fight back.

The other ship is the Nirvana. It's crew is Carl, Hazama, and Arakune. The two ships charge at each other. Ragna tries to explain that he was responding to their attack and trying to get the rare Crimson Grimoire, but Rachel, Tager, and Nu say that Ragna attacked them because he's afraid of ghosts and that he's not a hero at all. They say that it was just a tuna fishing boat and nothing was special about it, that Ragna became overzealous and insane.

The Crimson Grimoire is just a giant red tuna, the Ikaruga Tuna. Hazama explains that tuna were one of the rare species to survive the Dark War's environmental destruction. Rachel, Tager, and Nu admit that they tricked Ragna because they wanted to eat the tuna. Rachel, Tager, and Nu trade Ragna (Azure Grimoire) for the tuna (Crimson Grimoire). Rachel says that she'll have Valkenhayn make tuna stew, while Jin and company say they'll have a "big brother feast" instead of a Tuna feast.

Ragna then wakes up from the nightmare.

Here's a few more details I think I should go ahead and post, since it might take a while to get to them in the full story summaries.

The full name of Bang's Nox Nyctore is "Houou: Rettenjou", "Phoenix Wing: Ardent Heaven".

Relius's puppet, Ignis, is fully titled "Detonator Weapon: Ignis". The first part is written with the kanji hadou heiki, "surge weapon" or "wave motion weapon", but is pronounced as "Detonator Heiki".

The Life Link theory is vaguely "explained" by Kokonoe as she mutters about her tests on Lambda. It has something to do with the observation of similar objects in overlapping states, and she relates the phenomena to Schrödinger's cat. She notes that Tager's presence stablizes Lambda's when nearby, due to Lambda's Idea Engine essentially being an upgraded version of the system installed in Tager's body. Anyway, she says that this is the core of the lifelink theory and that she has to concur with the things "he" said.

The Sealed Armament: Izayoi is actually a "Murakumo Unit Prototype" created before the Dark War for "one specific reason", to "oppose the observer". It has the ability to steal "light", and while it has the side effect of increasing its owners strength using light as a catalyst, its true purpose is to "interrupt light", allowing it to invalidate the power of the eye of the Azure.

Actually, no. She's an informant for Sector Seven, but works for a different department altogether from Kokonoe's.

Kokonoe makes a deal with Makoto's superiors in exchange for some "valuable parts" (Ferrero Rocher chocolates), which is to have Tager go pick up some information from her in Kagutsuchi.

The sword's name is 冥王の剣(イザナミノツルギ), "Sword of Izanami". The kanji is written out as "Meiou", "Dark Empress" in this case (however also used for Hades/Pluto). However, the furigana is clearly intended to be pronounced "Sword of Izanami".

Some corrections I noticed. Ragna doesn't fuse with Lambda's soul, exactly. He absorbs her Idea Engine, which probably contains fragments of Nu's soul, allowing him to form a more complete Azure Grimoire. The Idea Engine is essentially an artificial Nox Nyctores, and an upgraded version of the one inside Tager's body.

Izayoi is a Murakumo Unit Prototype.

Anyway, in lieu of a story summary, I'm going to post some information from Teach Me, Miss Litchi!, since there's some interesting information in there. Look forward to it.

Teach Me, Miss Litchi!

Now, there's a lot of humor in there, but I'm going to stick to just the facts here.

About the NOL military academy

The military academy is where students of all ages go to study to become NOL soldiers and officers. It's fairly exclusive, with difficult entrance exams; there are prep schools dedicated to helping students prepare for them. Most students are from important families like the Duodecim, some are invited via special reccomendation, and rarely, some are scouted for being talented. Entrance exams entail tests on physical and mental prowess, as well as Ars Magus aptitude. Students who are accepted leave home and live in the academ'y dormitories.

The military academy is the entire 15th Hierarchical City "Torifune", also known as the "Academy City". The school is extremely large, but Torifune is actually one of the smallest Hierarchical Cities. It has a population in the tens of thousands, with approximately 80% of its population related directly to the school.

Like other Hierarchical Cities, it is divided into levels with an NOL Branch at the top. The second level contains a single port, which is the only way to enter or exit. This is both because students are expected to live entirely within the city except for one break a year, and to help keep the many students and officials living there safe from terrorist attacks and other dangers. The third level contains the security and management departments, the fourth level contains junior high through college facilities, the fifth level pre-school to elementary, the sixth level is the business district, the seventh level contains the dormitories, and level eight through ten are off limits to students. Their ars magus elevators are more powerful and run better than the ones in most Hierarchical Cities, due to the NOL managing the city. The city is more organized and well-planned than others such as Kagutsuchi as a result.

Most of the management and defense of the city is handled primarily by the student council and students. The student council is restricted to the more talented students; Jin was the student council president during his tenure.

Noel and Makoto both joined the Academy for the benefits it provides to their families. Tsubaki was expected to enter, coming from one of the Duodecim families.

About vigilantes

In the wake of the Dark War, due to the severely decreased population, the need for crime regulation increased greatly. Crime had gone out of control due to the various problems that cropped up after the war, including discrimination between races and social classes, lack of food and shelter, and the influence of seithr.

Because the NOL trains elite soldiers who are very valuable, because they primarily operate as a large-scale military structure, because they tend to only get involved with things directly affecting the organization, and because they lack the manpower to form police forces, they established the vigilante system. It is a semi-regulated bounty hunting system in which the NOL rewards people who capture criminals, but takes no responsibility in the case of injuries or death. There are no tests or contracts required. The only requirements are that vigilantes are not allowed to organize or to involve civilians.

Crimes are reported to the NOL, which will either issue wanted posters of the suspect, or will dispatch vigilantes to investigate and find the perpetrators. Wanted posters include the name, face, and bounty of the criminal, and are distributed by the public offices of Hierarchical Cities, organizations responsible for managing civilians and helping citizens. It's extremely rare (in fact, unheard of) for the NOL to issue warnings along with bounties, as was the case with Ragna. Bounties may require criminals to be brought in dead or alive, depending on their crime and the specifics of the case. The severity is not related to the criminal's rank.

Vigilantes use a special binding armagus taught by the NOL to capture criminals, and then report a special code to the NOL which allows them to recover the criminal, at which point the vigilante usually receives their reward. Completing bounties by other methods, such as reporting to the public office instead or bringing them in without a binding ars results in fees being subtracted from the reward. There's also a loosely organized network of vigilantes called the Vigilantes Guild, which only exists to spread information between them.

About the Duodecim

The Duodecim are noble families descended from the first twelve heroes to master ars magus, who played a major role in the Dark War. Following the conflict they became known as the Duodecim, similar to the Six Heroes, and were deeply involved in the founding of the NOL. Due to the power they weild in the NOL, they're sometimes called the Twelve Spearbearers.

The family's primary duties are to provided the NOL with talented members and to dedicate themselves to the Imperator. All members excel in armagus aptitude and combat, and many fought in and survived the Ikaruga Civil War. Most heirs of the Duodecim join the Military Academy at a young age, usually out of junior high or highschool. They have special privaleges and responsibilities, for example they have precedence over other students in special classes and student council, and upon graduation are guaranteed at least First Lieutenant rank. They must perform well and serve as role models, volunteer, and take part in events, and if they behave badly they can be stripped of their Duodecim title. They also participate in family meetings.

The families, in order, are the Mutsuki Family, the Kisaragi Family, the Yayoi Family, the Uzuki Family, the Satsuki Family, the Minazuki Family, the Fuzuki Family, the Hazuki Family, the Nagatsuki Family, the Kanazuki Family, the Shimotsuki Family, and the Gokuzuki Family.

Although they're called families, not all members of all Duodecim families are related by blood because some families place more emphasis on blood relation than others. Each family has their own rules and traditions. Generally, the families are comprised of high ranking elites and nobles, so each has a variety of strengths and armagus.

The Kisaragai Family doesn't care about bloodline or status at all. They gather talented children from all over the world give them combat training and an education. They don't care whether the child is an orphan or a noble; although called a family, it's more of a social hierarchy. As a result, the family has a number of extremely influential leaders and soldiers.

The Yayoi Family is the polar opposite of the Kisaragi Family, placing utmost importance on their bloodline. As a result, they're close-knit, stable, and strong. However, their strict rules regarding parentage is causing the family to get smaller with each generation, and some believe the family will fall as a result. The NOL has warned them to change their policies, but Tsubaki's father, the head of the family, won't listen.

Amongst the Duodecim, the Kisaragi and Yayoi families stand out as extremists and aren't well thought of; the Kisaragi are thought to be borderline-mercenaries and the Yayoi are thought to be bloodline-obsessed traditionalists. Even so, the Kisaragi and Yayoi families get along well with each other.

Important decisions are made in family meetings, and then relayed to the Imperator by the family heads. The twelve Duodecim family heads are the only people allowed to meet the Imperator.

About ars armagus and Nox Nyctores

Ars magus was created during the Dark War by one of the Six Heroes, a witch named Nine. Humans were unable to use magic, so by studying magic and using science to manipulate seithr, they developed ars magus. Special codes are spoken to produce ars (spells), and this is known as the grimoire system.

Grimoires are not always books. Rather, chanting the code activates the ars magus engraved in the grimoire. For example, Ragna's right arm is a grimoire. Rachel uses sorcery, which is more powerful than magic, which in turn is more powerful than ars magus.

It was discovered during the Dark War that humans could produce a variety of different results from ars magus based on their proficiency and aptitude, however even efficient use of ars magus couldn't defeat the Black Beast, so attack-type ars magus were created, called ars armagus or armagus for short. Attack-type armagus require a great deal of seithr to use effectively. Because seithr was produced by the Black Beast, they developed weapons that could be used up close, and those who were especially skilled were given special weapons.

One such was the "Sealed Soldier's Garb: Izayoi", of which there were once many produced, but now only two exist. The armagus continued to evolve, culminating in the Nox Nyctores causality weapons, which were designed specifically to combat the Black Beast directly, and were far more powerful than other armagus. They didn't come without risk, however. Many souls were sacrificed to create them, and they had strong side effects. Some who used them lost their senses or went insane. The only people who truly had the aptitude to properly use the Nox Nyctores became known as the Six Heroes.

Ten Nox Nyctores were said to have been created:

1. Gigant: Take-Mikazuchi - It was too powerful so it was sealed away.

2. Mucro Algesco - Yukianesa: Jin's sword, with a blade made from ice that never melts. It crystalizes water in the atmosphere to use as a weapon or to freeze it completely.

3. Arcus Diabolus: Bolverk - Noel's guns, can directly attack targets, even through walls, like with Optic Barrel.

4. Deus Machina: Nirvana - Carl's puppet. A weapon doll with clawed fingers, energy balls, and time bombs.

5. Mujin: Musashi - Jubei's swords, created especially for him. Can cut certain things that can't normally be cut. He'll reveal them soon, maybe in the next game.

6. Zanma: Ookami - Hakumen's sword. It has a blade made from a special metal and can disable ars magus. Its true ability hasn't been revealed, but maybe next time.

7. Raigou: Muchourin - Platinum the Trinity's bell. Its power is to manifest matter.

8. Jasou: Ouroboros - Hazama's snakes. They can attack the mind directly and are extremely dangerous.

9. Houyoku: ??? - Lost during the Dark War, name unknown. Supposedly has the power to destroy other Nox Nyctores, so perhaps someone got rid of it. Luna knows what happened to it, but refuses to tell.

10. Shinki: Murakumo - Supposedly the tenth Nox Nyctores, Jubei knows nothing about it.

There are also imitation Nox Nyctores called artificial causality weapons. They rely on atomic power instead of the life energy used during the forging of Nox. They are replicas, but have comparable power and are recognized by the Nox Nyctores as being similar. He once experienced a resonance created by his Musashi when it came into contact with one. There's an upgraded version of the artificial causality weapon known as an Idea Engine, but nothing else is known of it. There are a handful of other things that can stand up against Nox Nyctores.

None of the Six Heroes are really human. Hakumen's soul is bound to the Susano'o Unit, Jubei is a bakaneko, Terumi is a ghost, and Valkenhayn is a werewolf (probably).

Nine is a witch and if Phantom is her, then she could be a ghost or something else. Trinity is either dead or just a personality of Muchourin, and in either case seems to live on in Platinum through the Nox Nyctores.

Noel Vermillion Story Mode: Desperation

Noel is alone in a small park, sitting on a swing and thinking about confusing things, such as Ragna being mean to her (at the start of his story mode), Jin being mean to her, as well as Rachel's mysterious comments and Nu. She's kicking stones and particularily focused on Ragna, comparing her feelings to a crush, but not really. As she's sitting and thinking, an officer of the NOL approaches from behind to give her orders, telling her that she's to return to headquarters. Noel doesn't understand, because Jin and Ragna are still at large. The officer takes off the mask she's wearing, saying that Noel never changes, asking how it's possible that she didn't recognize her. It's Makoto. When Noel realizes, she gives Makoto a huge hug and says she's missed her.

The two sit down on the swings and Noel tells her about everything that happened, but leaves Hazama out of it. Noel tells Makoto how happy she is to see her because she didn't know what to do. Makoto tells her that she's surprised that Noel is actually a secret agent, not just Jin's secretary, but shouldn't that be confidential? Noel panics and tells her to please forget what she just said. Makoto is glad to see that Noel hasn't changed, and explains that she was sent to investigate because nobody could get in touch with anyone at the Kagutsuchi NOL branch. Noel mentions that the entire branch was empty when she got there, and Makoto seems concerned, noting that the entire intelligence department and especially Hazama have seemed to be weird lately. Noel seems suddenly surprised, but doesn't say anything. Makoto says she has to go, but tells Noel which ship Jin is in and tells her to stay away from Hazama.

Noel heads to the Port, where she finds Carl, who has been badly wounded. She tries to help him, and something causes Carl's memories to seep into her. Painful memories of Carl shouting for his sister, and asking if his father did it to her and questioning where he went. Noel mumbles something about the power of an observer. She feels Bolverk warn her and leaps out of the way; Nirvana has attacked her, and Carl is saying that Noel is their enemy. Noel fights Carl and wins.

Carl succumbs to his injuries and Bolverk releases control, letting her own thoughts come back. She tries to take control of the situation, feeling responsible for the attack, when Bang shows up. Bang attempts to avenge Carl and fight Noel, while she tries several times to explain. She grows frustrated with him and the two fight. She is able to stop him and when he realizes that she's not fighting to kill, he lets her explain.

She tells him that she was trying to help Carl when his doll attacked her. Bang says he thought that was the case, and says she's got the air of an Ikaruga Nadeshiko (play on Yamato Nadeshiko, basically "the ideal Ikarugan woman"). Bang apologizes and asks her to come with him to take Carl to the infirmary, but she declines and leaves Carl in his care.

Noel gets upset about everything that happens, and begins to run away blindly. She ends up running into Relius. She apologizes for not watching where she was going, and he recognizes her as No. 12, and that she has become the "eye". He calls her a masterpiece, and says that he through she was a failure; despite his age it seems he still has much to learn. She begins to panic and demand answers about who he is and what he's talking about. He says he's going to take her back to examine her, and starts to get excited. She is terrified of him and tries to escape, but can't move. Her arms draw close to herself like they're controlled by some sort of power. Relius says that it seems someone is trying to interfere and calls out Ignis. Noel thinks it's Nirvana. Rachel is the intruder, and tries to help Noel escape. Noel tries to crawl to Rachel, and falls unconcious as she looks at Relius's evil face one last time.

Noel has a flashback to when she was in the Academy with Makoto and Tsubaki, on their way to a Student Council meeting room for lunch, and eager to eat some limited edition chocolate pastries. Jin is already there with Carl, who was doing some work for him. They decide to all eat lunch together. Makoto feeds Carl. Jin tells them to try and keep it down, and Tsubaki tells him to lighten up and try some. He takes a bite and says it's good, thanking her. He then says she has some sauce on her cheek, and absent-mindedly wipes it off her cheek with a napkin. Noel begins to grin and giggle. Noel escapes to memories of these times whenever she wants to run away.

Noel is woken up by Jubei. She's shocked that he's a cat. He introduces himself, and she recognizes that it's the name of one of the Six Heroes. He confirms that it's him, and she apologizes for being rude, calling him Jubei-sama. He tells her that she doesn't need to be so formal, and she reluctantly settles on Jubei-san, though he said "just Jubei" was fine. He tells her she's safe and should rest, and offers her some food. She expects him to bring her cat food, but he brought her high quality food like that prepared for by a professional. She says it was delicious, and he says that he's learned a lot about cooking over his many travels.

Jubei asks her if she would be willing to meet Jin to help him "fight his own fate", but says that if she does that she'll see a lot of violence, so he doesn't want to push her into anything. She says she'll do what she can, and asks how he knows Jin. Jubei says he's known him when he was just a spoiled little brat, but he probably doesn't remember him anymore. She thinks about it, and the earlier flashback, and decides that instead of putting herself in harm's way for just Jin, it would also be for Tsubaki. She makes up her mind, and Jubei tells her that he's probably gone after Ragna. He repeats that she's the only one who can save Jin and that she has to see her decision through to the end. After she leaves, Jubei asks Rachel if they made the right decision, and Rachel says that they had, and that Noel had become much stronger.

Noel heads to Orient Town to try and find Ragna. She asks around, then runs into Tager. Tager reveals that he's there on a mission to capture Noel. They fight. She wins and leaves him, saying not to get in her way again. She wonders if it has something to do with the "eye", the power of the Azure, the Nox Nyctores Bolverk, or the 12th subject. She doesn't understand what it all means.

Noel has a flashback to Tsubaki teaching her and Makoto about grimoires. She explains that one of the Six Heroes was a genuine magician, and had created a simple form of magic called ars magus, which requires a grimoire to use. The NOL was managed to create grimoires. Some were more dangerous than others, and among the more dangerous are the Nox Nyctores causality weapons. Noel is surprised by this. Tsubaki explains that armagus can be used for various things, including non-military applications, but the Nox Nyctores were created specifically to fight the Black Beast and are strictly weapons. Noel thinks back to how she obtained Bolverk: after being adopted into the Vermillion family, while playing in the woods, she was attacked by a demon and the guns just appeared before her. Tsubaki goes on to say that there were supposedly ten created, but all were lost, and they might just be a legend. Then Jin shows up and asks Tsubaki if he could see her for a minute. Noel decides she shouldn't worry about what all of these strange things are.

Noel reaches the hanging gardens and decides to take a break, when Tsubaki shows up in her masked Zero Squadron uniform. She tells Noel that she'll overlook her disobedience if she returns to base immediately. Tsubaki reveals her face and apologizes, telling Noel that she'll find Jin herself. Noel says she has to talk to Jin herself, and Tsubaki pleads with her saying that if she disobeys, she'll have to kill her. Noel says she made a promise, so there's no avoiding it, then. They fight. Noel wins.

Afterwards, Tsubaki says that she wasn't holding back, but could never beat Noel. Noel asks why, but Tsubaki won't tell her. Tsubaki asks if Noel believes in what she's doing, Noel says yes, Tsubaki tells her to go, she understands. Before Noel leaves, Tsubaki touches her face, and Noel is flooded with memories, learning that Hazama ordered the assassination. Noel apologizes for spacing out, and Tsubaki says she never changes. They exchange goodbyes and Noel leaves. Tsubaki says she can still see, and can still use "it". Noel heads to the NOL, thinking that she has to stop Hazama, and she "feels" that he's at the top of the NOL branch. It shows Hazama say that she's "observed" him.

Noel arrives and meets Hazama, who says she's the first to arrive. He says that she looks angry, like she could kill, and that she has very nice eyes. She asks what he did to Tsubaki, and he says she was trash, and trash is just trash when you're done using it. Noel says "Captain Hazama... no, Yuuki Terumi! I'll never, ever forgive you!" He says she can observe him now, that's great, Tsubaki wasn't as useless as she seemed. He tells her to attack him with all the anger she can muster, and Noel starts repeating "hate" over and over, then shouts "Bolverk!" They fight. She wins the fight, and he's impressed that she's improved her skills.

He continues to taunt her, and tells her he'll show her the truth, despair, so she better "observe". He fills her with memories, just like with Carl and Tsubaki. However the memories are of unknown voices screaming for help. Noel freaks out and comes back to her senses. Hazama explains that this was the world's true form, and asks her to imagine what it would be like to look at it for a hundred years. He explains that he wants to kill everyone, that humans are creatures that are meant to be hated, loathed, dispised. Tells her to listen to the souls crying out, their urge to kill her. He says that the world is supposed to be dead, but it somehow was distorted and is just repeating endlessly.

He explains that many years ago, the humans found the first Gate (of Sheol) and wanted to know what was on the other side, so they created Dimensional Boundary Contact Mediums, because humans couldn't survive on the other side and had to rely on artifical machines. However, they all failed, one after the other, until one Medium made it all the way to the bottom of the gate. It reached the source, the Azure, and something unbelievable happened: it gained emotions. A soul was born in the meat puppet that had been created for observation. The scientists were overjoyed. It had also gained the power of the "eye", a power more dangerous than they realized. It allowed it to "observe" any "event". When they realized it, they tried to destroy it but failed, so they sealed it back within the Boundary, deep in the depths where it was dark and empty. But it didn't end there, once because there's only one thing that can happen from getting the taste of a "god's" power. They began to fight for the power of Azure, and thought that it would help them win wars, so they developed more mediums. These weren't just observation devices, but real weapons, and their emotions were removed to enslave them as puppets. They weren't even treated like tools, but rather weapons. These were Noel's real "brothers and sisters", and Noel isn't her name.

A black light begins to shine from Bolverk. He presses on, telling her that she's not a human. She's a puppet. He tells her that Bolverk are "limiters" designed to keep her hatred from erupting, and now they're getting in the way, so they'll be destroyed. Noel says that her name is Kusanagi, and she's the blade that will destroy everything. True ending.

Normal ending: Noel decides to go with Bang to take Carl to the clinic, where Litchi treats him for free. Bang accompanies Noel to the sick bay in the airship; on the way, Bang sees Jin leap from the ship out of a window. Bang and Noel catch up to him, Bang believing it's a gift from Tenjou. Noel tries to talk to Jin, but Jin gets annoyed and attacks her. Bang saves her and prepares to challenge Jin when Arakune shows up from out of nowhere, muttering about the Azure. Arakune captures Noel and Bang takes off to rescue her. Hakumen rescues her from Arakune, but tells Noel that this is her fight, and she defeats Arakune. Hakumen then fights her to test her strength, calling her the Maiden of the Azure. He finds that she is young, has potential to have the light, and Rachel appears, agreeing with him. Rachel and Hakumen discuss the possibilities of the Continuum Shift, noting that Arakune could have consumed Noel and become the Black Beast, though Hakumen says the insect is nothing compared to it. Hazama shows up with Phantom and binds Hakumen and Rachel, then kidnaps Noel and tells them to watch the destruction of the world from there.

Joke ending: Noel's stomach growls when she's trying to decide if she wants to go with Bang to take Carl to the clinic. The three exchange glances and burst into laughter. Carl notes that soldiers can't fight on empty stomachs. They decide that they're not in the mood to fight and would rather go to Orient Town to eat some Chinese food. She suggests the boiled mustard pepper Kagutsuchi fugu (puffer fish), and Bang and Carl both decide they'll try to take on the spicey meal.

What appears to be Taokaka comes running out of the restaurant, and inside they find that the chef has been injured and the restaurant wrecked, but Carl doesn't think it was Tao. The chef injured himself, breaking his hands and legs, after slipping on a Peking Duck while trying to clean up the mess. Bang thinks even his ninja training would be overcome by such an event. Nirvana makes fun of the man (...) and smirks (:|) much to Carl's disappointment. He relates part of her joke ("What do a slipping chef and Kagutsuchi's seithr have in common?") when Noel declares that she will cook.

The waitress agrees and Noel offers to cook Bang's and Carl's meals first, but Carl declines (having tasted her cooking while at the Academy). While waiting for the meal, Bang converses with Nirvana (...) until Carl brings out the meal for them. The meal is puffer fish. It doesn't look appetizing, but Bang decides to eat it because Noel put her heart and soul into preparing it. Before long, the rest of the cast shows up and orders the puffer fish. They all start eating. Soon, all of the patrons are twitching and covered in vomit. Only Hazama enjoys the meal.

Jin Kisaragi: Decision

It begins with Jin dreaming. His dream is pure black with his eyes closed, and a faint voice. He just keeps his eyes closed in his dreams and waits for the light of morning. He wakes up in a hospital room inside of an airship. Yukianesa is propped up nearby. He wants to leave and find out what happened to Ragna. Ellen Nelson, warrant-officer for the 3rd Thaumaturgist Squad, enters. She was given orders from Hazama to make sure that Jin stays put until his wounds heal. He asks for water, then knocks her out and takes her keycard. He leaves and finds that the ship is hovering over Kagutsuchi and jumps off. Hazama observes and orders Phantom to make sure that Tsubaki kills him, not Ragna.

Jin had used a parachute, but the wind blew him off course. He lands and feels he's being watched. It's Jubei. Jubei knows him, but Jin doesn't remember. To Jin's amazement, Jubei introduces himself as one of the Six Heroes. Jin is impatiant; Jubei tells him to go ahead and fight, against fate and himself. And then he passes him on a message from an old friend and ally, which is that the world seeks balance, and that if something tips the balance, something just as strong will appear to push back. The bigger the difference, the greater the power of order, so great that it can even threaten the world. He needs to think about what this means, according to Jubei's friend. Jubei tells Jin to come and find him when he's ready to fight what's sleeping inside him. Jin basically says, "Yeah, whatever, 'cat'." Jubei returns to where Noel is, and tells her that he ran into an "old friend", then says nevermind, and starts to tell her something.

Jin is back in Kagutsuchi proper. He can feel Ragna, and thinks it might be Yukianesa's power that makes the feeling so strong. Then he thinks he sees Makoto. She wants to talk about why he disobeyed orders, and also wants to find Hazama. She doesn't know where he is because he rarely keeps in touch, and even though he's her superior, they only occasionally meet to exchange information. She says she doesn't like him and that he reminds her of a snake. She asks why Jin seems so different, and he gets annoyed. She comes out with it and asks what happened in Ikaruga, but Hazama shows up. He reprimands her for not being covert and snooping around. He tries to hit her, but Jin protects her. Hazama says Jin smells like a cat, which must be why Phantom didn't do her job. Hazama threatens to kill Jin and they fight. Jin holds his own but is suffering from his wounds, Hazama says he's going to kill him and find someone else to deal with Izayoi.

Jin protects Makoto again, and Hazama says the power of order was good when he could manipulate it, but now it's becoming a problem; he'll tell Tsubaki to try her best (to deal with Jin). They get away, but Jin succumbs to his wounds. Makoto plans to take him to Orient Town when Bang shows up. She recognizes him as an Ikarugan and asks if he's going to kill Jin.

Jin has a flashback to the Ikaruga Civil War. He's just frozen Tenjou in ice. Bang lies defeated. Jin doesn't understand why the NOL were holding back, they could've destroyed Ikaruga instantly. As he looks at Tenjou, he begins to realize that something is wrong, but Terumi appears behind him. He tells Jin good work and says that he'll take Tenjou's body, then grabs Jin by the back of his head and says he's going to eat his memories and turn him into a papier mache hero.

Jin awakens in Ronin-Gai, being cared for by Makoto and Bang, who says he can't let even a sworn enemy be left to die from injuries. Jin says that Bang is stupid for not killing him when he has the chance, but Bang says that may be, but they're not at war. Bang's goal isn't to defeat the NOL, but to protect the people of Ikaruga. He says that he is free to walk around and that he should treat Makoto well for caring so much for him. Jin watches Bang and his followers, Makoto seems to like it there, but Jin doesn't understand why they have such resolve, or the meaning for the war. He decides he has to leave.

As he tries to leave, Yukianesa begins invading his thoughts and tells him to kill all of the villagers. Jin resists and tells Yukianesa to shut up, and comes to his senses. He remembers Jubei telling him about the power of order. He questions his purpose and remembers Ragna calling him a crybaby, and Tsubaki asking him if he liked the moon. Jin said he hated it. Jin is suddenly summoned to Rachel's garden. He gets angry and asks what they want. Rachel says that Jubei is a pain and agrees to fight Jin. Jin wins.

After the fight she says he "could win", but not in his current state, and asks Valkenhayn to injure him and create a handicap of some sort which he thinks is to give Ragna a chance, but she says it's for him. She sends Jin to the NOL branch, where he almost immediately meets Ragna and starts a fight with him. Jin tries to win, but for some reason can't make Yukianesa activate. Ragna explains that the Nox choose their owners and require something in return, the weilder loses something important. Ragna explains that Jin isn't using the Nox, but being used by it. According to Jubei, when Jin's power can overcome Yukianesa, he'll become Ragna's greatest enemy. Ragna tells Yukianesa to worry less about him and more about Jin controlling it, and says that the time will soon come when Jin will take back everything it's taken from him. Then he tells Jin that they still have a score to settle when it's the right time.

There's an earthquake suddenly. Ragna shouts something about Noel and runs off; Jin tries to go with him, but Tsubaki blocks his path. She explains that he's now wanted, and that she's a first lieutenant now. He says he knew that, but didn't know she was in Zero Squadron. He doesn't understand why she'd join with them, because they just do dirty work. She says he's a Praetorian Guard, he understands loyalty to the Imperator, but he disagrees and questions being loyal to someone you've never met.

He explains that he wasn't really a hero during the war, that there were others who could have done what he did, and that there were those who had their memories tampered with and those who were charged with crimes and killed by the Wings of Justice. She asks if that's worth fighting for, she explains that she will uphold order and believes in it. He tries to believe, but she won't let him. She uses Izayoi to create a barrier which he says "cuts through light itself". She says she's been ordered to kill him, by Hazama, but that she wants him to turn himself in with her. He says he has to leave and warns her not to use the weapon.

Terumi's voice starts to speak and tells them that he has something in place in case Tsubaki starts to feel doubts. He does something to her which makes her say she only wanted to be by Jin's side, and that Noel is always taking her place. Jin curses Noel. Tsubaki says she is just and will judge any who stand in her way. They fight. Jin is losing, and Tsubaki tells him to give up. Jin says he's decided to give up on the world and the so-called order, and if she wishes to uphold it, then she will become his enemy. She says if he is her enemy, he must die. He says "I am the just sword, the blade that will bring balance back to the world!" He activates Yukianesa and slices through the barrier. In doing so he detects the presence of Phantom. Tsubaki leaves with Phantom before he can stop her.

Jubei shows up, injured, and asks Jin what he's waiting for. He tells him that it hasn't been long since they last spoke, but Jin has changed a lot, that Jin has power behind his eyes. He asks if he's ready to stand and fight, and says he has to go save Ragna. He tells him to go to the Cauldron at the bottom of Kagutsuchi. True Ending.

Normal Ending: Jin fails to defeat Rachel and is sent back to Ronin-Gai. He's more injured than before, and collapses. Ignoring Makoto's pleas, he gets up and walks away into the darkness, trying to get as far away from the moon as possible.

Joke Ending: While leaping from the airship with the parachute, Jin closes his eyes. When he opens them, he finds himself floating over a white sand beach. He lands on an island in the middle of the ocean. An invisible islander tells him it's Ranking Island, where Jin's deepest thoughts will be exposed.

The islander begins to unveil Jin's "rankings". Number 3 is Nirvana, just can't get enough of her blank expression. Nirvana responds to the honor with "...", and the islander is shocked by such a comment. Number 2 is Bolverk, Noel's guns, because he loves their slim white bodies. They respond with a similarily amazing silence. Number 1 is Bang's giant nail, long and sharp but thin and pointy. It responds with silence to the islander's questions, silently sending a shout out to Bang. Jin tells him to hang on, he doesn't get the rankings, he doesn't know what any of these things are.

The Islander says that makes sense because it's a ranking of "objects that mattered the least to Jin." Jin is relieved and no longer embarassed, because he thought they were revealing something else. The islander says that comes next... The islander reveals that it's actually the island itself. It changes its voice to Jin's number 1 voice, that of Ragna.

Jin is placated and the island goes on to reveal more of Jin's rankings. Number 3 is Nago, with a dark body, curvy lines, and big eyes. Nago is typically flaming and says he's shocked to have placed so lowly in the rankings. Number 2 is Gii, too afraid to come out because of the violent comments that were just made about beating up Nago. They threaten to tell Rachel that he ran, so he comes up, and they threaten him some more and he leaves. Number 1 is Bang. They insult him.

The island/Ragna reveals that this ranking was "minor sub-characters that mattered the least to Jin." Bang is insulted at being called a sub-character, but Jin said he couldn't even remember any of those three. The round wraps up and the winners explode. The island returns to its old voice. Jin gets angry and starts stomping the island, and the island changes it voice to Noel. She reveals that the next ranking will be the "Jin x Ragna" rankings. Jin gets really excited.

Number 3 is the moment when Ragna first saw his wanted poster. Jin loved the expression on his face. Number 2 is the time Ragna got the hiccups while in the Kaka village. Jin tells Noel to hurry up and starts insulting her, while trying to accomidate the third and second place versions of his brother. Number 1 is when he and Ragna fought. He says Ragna is the best when he accepts all of his hate, and has it sit with the other two versions, then tells Noel to get lost.

Jin says not to get rid of his brothers, or he'll spend the rest of his life hacking away at the spot of the island he attacked earlier. Then he tells his brothers that they can now fight to the death with no interruptions.

In time, "Ranking Island" became known as "Big Brother Island".

If there was any information on the Blood-scythe, I'd be able to help. Unfortunately all that's known about it is that it originally belonged to Bloodedge and was given to Ragna along with his jacket.

He sacrificed his life to put the Black Beast into hibernation, the same period of mysterious inactivity that was mentioned in the timeline in the Material Collection.

The Black Beast's body and heart were seperated and became two halves of the false Azure Grimoire.

It's a demon, not a wolf. She was attacked by it while playing in the woods near her house and Bolverk suddenly appeared before her.

In Teach Me, Miss Litchi!, Ragna says that he heard that Houou had the power to destroy other Nox Nyctores. That's the Nox Nyctores that Bang owns, which Trinity tells him is named Houou: Rettenjou.

Platinum the Trinity's personalities (or souls) are named Luna, Sena, and Trinity, but her physical body seems to just be named "Platinum". Trinity was originally one of the Six Heroes. Platinum's Nox Nyctores is the bell she wears, named Raigou: Muchourin. It has the ability to "manifest matter" and seems to relate to her multiple personalities.

The Azure and the Azure Grimoire aren't neccesarily the same thing. Sometimes the terms are mixed up a bit. The Azure is a sort of ambiguous and enigmatic term usually associated the power of the Boundary (or a power beyond the Boundary). The Azure Grimoires seemingly have the power to tap into it.

The false and true Azure Grimoires were both created by Terumi, according to what he says. Ragna's was a sort of prototype, and a failure which became the Black Beast's body. Terumi's Azure Grimoire is the real deal.

Relius created (at least some of) the Murakumo Units.

Sena seems to be the most prominent, to me. He kind of tries to keep Luna in check. Trinity is extremely rare, and takes a lot of energy to manifest, and then can be maintained only briefly.

Oh, and they all have the same hair color, kind of a strawberry blonde, unless I'm mistaken.

Anyway, Luna's the girl, she's the rude one. Sena's the boy.

I think Amaterasu is probably not actually destroyed yet, and that Saya was speaking with more of a forward-looking tone, though that's not how I initially interpreted it when I first read the information on Japanese boards after the early release.

Saya says something like (paraphrasing), "With the Amaterasu Unit destroyed, the world will become a world like my own: a world of death."

I initially interpreted it as "the Amaterasu Unit is destroyed, now the world will change", but it's probably actually more like, "when the Amaterasu Unit is destroyed, the world will change".

And the translation of the True Ending by zephyr07:

Ragna: You... bastard...

Hazma: Hm? Those eyes... I guess you knew then? My, my, just what has that cat been teaching you... How boring.

Ragna: Shut up... Gah!

Ragna: !? What happened to Rachel? Gah! Guah!! You... ass... hole...!

Hazma: Ah... Somehow, I think I've grown bored of trolling you... As long as you understand that nothing you do will ever work... Ah. How boring. ... Right then, all that's left is Takamagahara...

Ragna: Guah!

Hazma: DIE DIE DIE!!

Ragna: Gah! Guah!

Hazma: Come on come on! Try begging for your life!! HAHA!!

Ragna: Shut it... Guh... you... dick... Urgh! Guhah!

Hazama: Well, this is the finishing blow... Die, Ragna.

Nu-13: ... Rag... na...

Ragna: Nu... right?

Hazama: You.... How dare a doll like you get in my way!! Just STAY DEAD!!

Ragna: Hey, Nu!

Nu-13: Rag.. na... Ahhh~! Ragna, long time no see... See, Nu has... always been alone in the boundary... But have always been only... dreaming of Ragna... That's why Nu was... never lonely...

Ragna: Nu... I'm sorry.

Nu-13: Nu will... forever be... with Ragna... forever... will be...

Ragna: Guh... Kuh... Screw that!! Why... why did you go and die for my sake?!

Kokonoe: What? This wavelength is? Ragna, Ragna the Bloodedge is that you?

Ragna: Kokonoe?!

Kokonoe: Impossible! Did you just absorb Lambda's Idea's Engine!?

Ragna: Idea Engine? Hey, Kokonoe!

Hazama: Hey hey hey, if you keep ignoring me I'm gonna cry you hear?... What is this feeling?

Ragna: ... Terumi... Only you... Only you I can never forgive!!

Hazama: And who asked for your forgiveness huh!? Well if you're done it's time to die.

Ragna: Restriction 666 released.

Hazama: I've already said it was pointless, what are you, an idiot?

Ragna: Dimensional Interface force field deployed!

Nu-13: Nu will always be with Ragna

Ragna: Idea Engine connected!!

Hazama: ... What?

Ragna: I'll show you... This is... The power of the Azure!! Blazblue, activate!! Let's do this, you venomous snake!!!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part 2:

Hazama: Hey hey hey... what the heck... Just what in the world... Gah!

Ragna: Terumi...

Hazama: ... heeheeheehahahahahyahahaha!!

Ragna: Wha...!!

Hazama: Yes yes yes, this is it! This is exactly what I wanted !!! Hyahaha!!! Guah, Come on, Ragna the Bloodedge do it more... Not yet, this isn't enough! This is boring! That's why, let me, let me enjoy myself a lot more!!

Ragna: ...

Hazama: What? The hell... You looking down on me?! .... If you wanna kill me then hurry and do it... Gah!

Ragna: Because of the “Life-link” killing you would result in lots of problems. And anyway, you aren't half dead yet. Just stay there and squirm like wretched worm you are.

Hazama: Guah... Keh, you... spineless... prick...

Ragna: ... Shut up, you snake.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part 3:

Mu-12: The Gate has been opened.

Hakumen: So you've come.

Mu-12: ...A highly destructive opponent. Target recognised as the Sankishin Susanoo unit. Opening petals.... increasing power output to maximum.

Hakumen: A demon created by man... The God-slaying blade, Kusanagi.... Girl of the Azure, I will now release you from your suffering.

Hakumen:I am... the white void. I dye the world white, and return everything to nothingness. I am Hakumen, the end has come!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part 4:

Ragna: Hah, hah, haah... Hey Rabbit! How the hell did you get yourself captured?!

Rachel: Ah, I just had a moment of failure. “Anyone can make a mistake”, as they say.

Nago: That was really....

Gii: I thought I was gonna die...

Ragna: Hey you, at least thank me properly for saving your ass!

Rachel: Eh? Are you asking me to express my gratitude in words to you?

Ragna: Tch, that's fine for now, let's go after Noel!

Rachel: Ragna... Finally thinking like an adult are we?

Ragna: Rachel... I kicked Terumi's ass on the way here.

Rachel: Is that so... then, your efforts are much appreciated.

Ragna: I... No, it's nothing, we should be hurrying on.

Rachel: Ragna?

Ragna: Yeah?

Rachel: Do your best.

Ragna: I was gonna do it even if you didn't say so.

Hakumen: As expected of the Kusanagi, you are a strong opponent.

Mu-12: Minimal damage taken. Resuming attack sequence.

Hakumen: !

Mu-12: Casuality weapon detected.

Jin: You... are Noel Vermillion?

Hakumen: Jin Kisaragi... For what purpose have you come?

Jin: You're in the way. Move.

Hakumen: What?

Jin: Couldn't you hear me? I said you're in the way, so move. This is my enemy.

Hakumen: ... This is not someone that you'll be able to handle.

Jin: This is our fight... A ghost of the past shouldn't interfere!

Hakumen: Hmph, I see you've become one who can back up his words.

Jin: ... Yukianesa, come.

Mu-12: Target's battle level determined to be SS. Maintaining maximum output.

Jin: Come.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part 5:

Jin: Haah, haah, haa, you really are strong.

Hakumen: ...

Mu-12: Commencing attack.

Jin: Guh!

Mu-12: Slash.

Jin: Gah!

Hakumen: As expected, it is a futile struggle.

Jin: Do not help me! I already said this is “our” fight!!!

Mu-12: Target's attack level has decreased.

Jin: Not yet..... Not yet!

Mu-12: Useless.

Jin: Guaah!!

Hakumen: The Dark One... huh.

Jin: ... you're late... brother...

Ragna: Hm? Yeah, I was somewhere else waiting for you to show up.

Jin: Brother... you're so... cruel...

Ragna: Well, for now you should step down.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part 6:

Jin: Ugh...

Ragna: Hey. Mask guy. I leave this idiot to you.

Hakumen: ...

Rachel: If you'd please Mr hero.

Hakumen: You jest, Harelequin

Ragna: Right then...

Mu-12: Target is in possesion of the Blazblue...

Ragna: Noel! You idiot!!

Mu-12: !!

Ragna: Tch. I may not understand your situation but look how far you've fallen!! Kusanagi? The God-slaying blade? Fuck that! You're just Noel Vermillion!!!!

Mu-12: Target's spirit wavelength. Unknown. Unknown. Unknown. Unknown.

Ragna: You, didn't you say you wanted to talk with me?

Noel: No, it's nothing. It's just that, I was thinking we should chat a little.

Mu-12: ...

Ragna: That time was my bad... Alright, I'll chat a little with you now.

Mu-12: Unknown energy detected within the target.

Ragna: But before that.... I'll break that stupid, shitty armour of yours! Bring it! You big idiot!!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part 7:

Mu-12: I. I. I am.... Hatehatehate...

Ragna: ...

Mu-12: This world... I... hate it

Ragna: So, what should I do?

Rachel: It is unfortunate, but honestly if the situation has become like that... There's nothing that can be done to save her.

Ragna: What?! But there has to be SOME way!!

Rachel: I am not a god. That girl has already been “tempered” you know! Surely even you understand that much!

Ragna: Tch.

Rachel: In any case before the worst case scenario occurs we have to shatter her soul. Right now the only thing capable of doing so is your BlazBlue.

Ragna: This thing?

Rachel: The details can wait. If the Blazblue's true form is really a “Cauldron” then it is mostly likely you can break her soul from within. ... That's probably the only way left to save her.

Ragna: So you're saying we have to kill her...

Mu-12: I am. I am. I am not human... Doll. A doll. Hatefulhatefulhatefulhateful!!

Ragna: Shut it! Not human? So what?! I too have an artificial body! Whose soul I possess is also unknown to me! Even so I am a human, a human being!!

Mu-12: Uuuuuuuu

Rachel: ... Kuh.

Ragna: Idea Engine connection reversed!

Rachel: Eh?

Ragna: Oi, Noel! This might hurt a little but suck it up!

Ragna: Open your eyes! You idiot!!

Noel: Uhh...

Ragna: Tch, that sure was a drag.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part 8:

TA: It seems Ragna the Bloodedge has defeated the “eye”.

TB: Yes, this is a most interesting outcome, and even the snake was defeated too. It looks like a reassessment of his worth will be required after all.

TC: Yes. This outcome has also been noted as one of the many possibilities of the Continuum Shift.

TA: However, this is not our desired future.

TC: Yes. This outcome will hinder the process leading to “the day of ruination”

TB: But isn't that for the better? If Noel Vermillion loses the power of the eye then we will be able to inherit the “Azure”.

TC: Yes. Noel Vermillion is an anomaly.

TA: If we extract this possibility, then we will inherit the Azure

TB: That's right, the attempted destruction of the Master Unit was a failure but if we use the “Azure” what we would be able to do thereafter would be limitless. But before that...

TA: We should eliminate the singularity first.

TC: Yes. Then, initialising the process regarding Yuuki Terumi.

Terumi: What the hell, this is a rather shitty and lifeless place isn't it?

TA/TB/TC: !

Terumi: I went through so much trouble to get here to play with you guys, so at least bring out some tea.

TA: Bastard, why, and how did you sneak in here?

TB: Why weren't we able to detect you?

TC: No. Every possibility has been checked, but there was no record related to this infiltration.

Terumi: Well now, it's really all due to Ragna, as well as my upstanding performnce. I really should thank him later shouldn't I, hyahahaha!!

TB: Cannot compute, cannot compute, we are unable to compute.

Terumi: Of all the possibilities only this one, in that instant, when Ragna defeated Kusanagi, in that brief window of a second.... You guys were “momentarily distracted”.

TC: Yes. The system was, for 48000th of a second, completely observing this outcome.

TA: That is within a amendable scope.

Terumi: Oh, did I forget to mention it? I have already observed ALL the possibilities.

TC: No. It is not possible for a human to be able to predict at that level.

Terumi: You lot's choice of “Initialisation” leaves a rather bad taste in my mouth. Weee-ll, but “Magic” is really such a wonderful thing yeah?!

TA: This has gone beyond our understanding.

Terumi: Well then, since we will be firmly ushering in the “day of ruin”... You lot can kiss yourselves goodbye.

TA: Seeing as Noel Vermillion has lost the power of the eye, If we disappear then your existence will also be nullified.

Terumi: Your concern is appreciated, but it's fine. It's really none of your business.

TC: Yes. The severing of the singularity in this outcome has already begun.

TB: So you awakened “Her” then, didn't you?

Terumi: Bingo! Excellent answer! And your prize is... Phantom's special “Virus”! *clap clap clap* ... Because you lot now have an unknown formula to train dilligently with, I'll have you spending an eternity here trying to solve it.

TC: Yes. Danger. Danger. Danger.

Terumi: Ah well, thanks for all the hard work~!

Terumi: Kukukukuku.... gyahahahahahaha!!! Now, Master unit Amaterasu, all that's left is just you!!!

Noel: But! But! Why?! Why would you do something like that for me?! Why?

Ragna: Guh... Try not to, shout so loudly....

Noel: But, Ragna! Your arm, it's... !!

Ragna: Ah... I guess it's really gone then... Well, at least I still have the other so it's not so bad right?

Noel: That's not the problem, it's not!! Uwaaah Dummydummydummydummydummydummy!!

Ragna: Not... this... again...

Rachel: To think you'd reverse the flow... You really are a idiotically idiotic idiot with a soft heart...

Hakumen: ...

Rachel: Mr Hero?

Hakumen: At this point in time I do not feel like striking down this wounded creature. Harlequin, I shall take my leave first.

Ragna: Huh? You're gonna let me... go?

Hakumen: The next time, when we meet again.... that will be your last day.

Jin: .... Brother.

Ragna: If possible today I'd also like to forgive you...

Jin: Noel... Noel Vermillion! Bitch... You bitch!

Noel: ! ... hic hic... Did you just... call Ragna your... brother?

Jin: That doesn't matter now! You bitch, this is all your!!

Hazama: That's right, that's right! That doesn't matter now, everyone.

Ragna: Terumi... you asshole!

Jin: Captain Hazama!

Noel: Eh!

Rachel: Noel, behind me, at once. Mr Hero!

Hakumen: Bastard...

Hazama: Oh my, oh my, everyone, what's with the scary faces you guys are making, that's really not very nice you know. In any case I have a report to make! The truth is, as of just now Tamagahara has just been neutralised!

Rachel: Wha?!?

Hakumen: Impossible! Then how is it you can still be here!?

Hazama: Everything can be traced to here, summarised right in this instant! Anything and everything was made possible by Ragna's brave, brave efforts. Everyone give him a hand!!

Ragna: Guh.. You asshole...!

Hazma: Oh wow Ragna. I skip out on you for just a little bit, and you've become such a fine man! And Noel too.

Noel: No longer... I... I will no longer listen to what you tell me to do!!

Hazama: Awww giving me the cold shoulder now? I feel so lonely. But, I too longer have anymore use for you. So then... You guys are such a pain I think I'll have all of you die here!! Hyaahahahaha!

Ragna: You... piece of shit!!!

Noel: Ragna! Please, don't move too much!!

Relius: Stop... Hazama... We're retreating.

Hazama: Shut up!! Don't get in my way!!

Relius: The Imperator... is making an appearance... Stand down.

Saya: Any objections to leaving... Terumi?

Terumi: No no, I was about to do that. Against my better judgment I let myself get a little distracted that's all.

Jin: It can't be!

Saya: ... Filth... You're still here..?

Ragna: Saya... Saya, you!!

Noel: Ragna!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part 9:

Jin: You!

Hakumen: Break!

Jin/Noel: Tsubaki!!

Tsubaki: ...

Litchi: ...

Hakumen: You two, what do you think you're doing?

Saya: We have already taken charge of Takamagahara. Random phenomenon has been “shifted” to a sequential phenomenon. With the destruction of the “Master Unit”, we will purge the useless records that repeat endlessly in vain- And the world will return to it's original state. Like our existence, towards a “Country of death”. Let us retreat, Relius. Rachel Alucard. On this occasion your efforts are in vain.

Rachel: And what is that supposed to mean? Don't you think it's rather early to jump to the conclusion that you've already won?

Saya: Oh, but I have.

Rachel: ...

Saya: ... Filth, you are still around?

Noel: Eh?

Hazama: Well then, let's all meet again someday.

Tsubaki: Jin... Noel...

Ragna: Shit!Shit!! SHIT!! SHIT!!! So it really was like that!

Jin: Brother...

Noel: Ragna... Try not to move...

Jin: Brother, what you were asking me about just now, about that time's incident, I'll tell you everything. The one who handed me Yukianesa... was “Saya”.

Kokonoe: All right, try moving it.

Ragna: Ah, there's still some slight discomfort... But other than that it's fine.

Kokonoe: Try to to make too much unnecessary movements... or it'll break off from the base.

Ragna: But why are you helping me? It's not like you're gonna gain anything from it.

Kokone: That guy who rarely bows his head actually asked me for a favour. I guess this is about the first time in 20 years or so that I've seen him personally... I guess longevity runs in both our bloods.

Ragna: I see. Well in any case I should express my thanks.

Kokonoe: Ragna the Bloodedge. The main component of your arm is made from the fragments of Lambda... Handle it well.

Ragna: ... Yeah.

Tager: Hey, the preparations are complete, so hurry up.

Makoto: It's like he said~. C'mon Noel hurry up!!

Noel: Ah, sorry Makoto but give me a few more minutes!!

Makoto: Ah geez~! Fine but only 5 minutes!!

Noel: Mr Jubei, thank you for everything.

Jubei: Don't mention it, it was my pleasure. I've hidden your parents somewhere safe so you don't have to worry about them.

Noel: Are they both... doing fine?

Jubei: Hahahaha! “You” have absolutely no resemblance to those 2, quite the opposite in fact. I have a message for you from them. “Kick those Libarium schmucks's asses and then come find us”, there. That's it.

Noel: I am not that violent.

Jubei: ... in any case work hard Noel. From here on out, the road ahead might be full of suffering, but show me that you can rise above it, and also for your parents' sake as well.

Noel: ... hic, yes, I'll do my best.

Makoto: No~el it's already time to go!!

Noel: Ah, ye~s!! ... Mr Jubei, what about Tsubaki and the major?

Jubei: Sorry kid, but even I don't know their current whereabouts.

Noel: I see, but I guess since it's those two they'll be fine wherever they are! Well then, all the best Mr Jubei!

Jubei: Same to you Noel.

Jubei: Let's get going, Jin.

Jin: ... Yeah.

Tsubaki: ... Noel.

Ragna: Well, I guess I should be going.

Taokaka: Just a meowment, just a meowment, good guy! Tao is also going to go along with you!

Ragna: Well if it isn't Tao! What are you doing here?!

Taokaka: The cat person, he told me to follow the good guy! That's why Tao will follow you wherever you'll go! Eh, let's hunt for lots of delicious food!!

Ragna: ... Don't follow me! Though even if I said that you'd still follow me right...

Taokaka: Of course!!

Ragna: ... Ha... That damned teacher of mine...

Taokaka: Hey good guy, hey good guy, where are we going?

Ragna: Hm? Ah, our first stop is “Ikaruga”. There's a little something I have to do over there.

Taokaka: Oh-ho- Is that where are the good food is?

Ragna: Hell if I know!! Gah, stop clinging to me!!

Hakumen: The cat is fine, and so are you. It seems all is as it should be.

Rachel: The future is not ours to change, rather it's up to them.

Hakumen: ... I will change what I can change with my own power, that has and still is the oath I have sworn.

Rachel: Ragna... before this, I don't know what it is you were waiting for... but you must never give up.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part 10:

Hazama: Well now this is a surprise. And a rather big find too. As expected from one of your works! Personally my intention would be to reconstruct it.

Relius: If I recall correctly this is... the 13th... The completion rate for them was very high.

Hazama: Besides that, this pulse... doesn't it make your heart beat faster?

Relius: ... Coincidence?... Inevitablity?... is this within your calculations as well? Hazama.

Hazama: Let's see... Who knows?

Relius: Hmph... That's fine. Do... as you please.

Hazama: Kukukuku I see, you're the “Sword of Izanami” eh...? Kukukuku.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Saya uses some archaic pronoun, so I substituted it with the we. Hope it isn't too confusing.

Rachel's Joke Ending (Typed word for word by yours truly)

Rachel - Good morning, Ragna. As foolish as always, I see.

Ragna - Gah! Freakin' Rabbit! What are you doing here?

Rachel - What a silly question. Why should I tell you why I do anything? Must I always tell you my whereabouts now?

Ragna - No...of course not...but...

Rachel - ...

Luna - ...

Ragna - ...

Rachel - *Sigh*...You are such a slow creature. ...No, creature is too kind. Something even lower than that...Barely even a form of life

Ragna - What the hell, Rabbit?

Rachel - You see? You bark back so quickly. They say the weaker dog, the more it will bark, but even that could not account for the noise you make. Wouldn't you agree?

Ragna - What the hell?!...Although you seem to be in rare form today.

Rachel - ...And? Who is she?

Ragna - Huh? What do you mean who's...

*Ragna looks down at Platinum. She sits in front of him, eating fried chicken. Rachel's eyes thin to menacing slits.*

Ragna - Uum...Platinum...Uh...I mean now, she's...

Luna - It's Luna

Rachel - Oh? I see. Then you are a pedophile after all.

Ragna - WHOA! Where the hell did that come from?!

Rachel - I'm sorry, but when I see a spade--or in this case, a pedophile--I call it such. Oh! Perhaps you don't know what the word means. A pedophile, you see, is a man who likes-

Luna - You suck!

Sena - Luna, that was totally uncalled f--

Luna - Hey, I just call 'em like I see them. Hehehe. Are you...JEALOUS?

*Platinum laughs maniacally. Ragna cannot help but notice the expression that creeps across Rachel's delicate features. We're going to see some blood, he thinks*

Rachel - Ah, yes! Ragna. I have a present for you.

Ragna - Huh? A present?!

Rachel - If you would be so kind as to close your eyes for a moment...

Ragna - Hell no! God knows what you're going to do! Besides...anything from you probably wouldn't be worth having...

Rachel - Well I never! Hah!

*With a graceful chop of her hand, Rachel strikes the back of Ragna's neck. His eyes roll back in his head, and consciousness leaves him*

Rachel - I'm rather bored, Ragna. I believe I'll play with you a little to pass the time.

*Rachel twirls away from the slumbering Ragna and leaps atop the table. Platinum laughs hysterically. Rachel draws a pair of elegant spectacles from the folds of her dress and places them on Ragna. Her grin is one of satisfaction. It is not pleasant.*

Rachel - Valkenhayn!

Valkenhayn - I am here, madam.

Rachel - Explain to him, as you would to a child.

Valkenhayn - But of course, milady. I don't wish to appear arrogant, or presumptuous, but please, allow me to explain. The item that Madam Rachel has placed upon the insect Ragna the Bloodedge are the legendary Spectacles of Eros, and a powerful magical item they are indeed. Their effect will spread quickly through all of Kagutsuchi, and soon, no matter where Ragna may try to hide, the power of the Spectacles of Eros will exert their power over others. Everyone, even those who hated, will come to love him. That...is the dreadful power of the Spectacles of Eros. The Spectacles of Eros were crafted so perfectly, in times of yore, that the person wearing them will not even feel their presence and will never know that they have become the bearer of such a powerful artifact.

Rachel - Very nicely said.

Valkenhayn - You are too kind, madam.

*With a deep bow, Valkenhayn disappears into the darkness. Rachel claps once, and Ragna jolts back to consciousness.*

Ragna - *Gasp* Wh-What just happened? Did I get hit by a truck or something...?

Rachel - *Giggle* Why, whatever do you mean, Ragna? What foolishness.

Ragna - Yeah. I guess you're right...Huh? Luna, what's up with you? Why are you looking down?

Sena - Oh? It seems that her heart is racing.

Ragna - Your face is bright red. Did you eat something funny?

Luna - Sh-Shut up, dumbass! I'm...not...red...!

Ragna - Suit yourself. If you're running a fever or have a stomachache, just stay the hell away from me. I don't want to catch anything you have.

Luna - What?! How can you be insensitive, you jackass? Saying mean things like that to Luna! You're so mean, Ragna! You suck! WHAAAAAAA!

*Luna's eyes suddenly began to fill with tears.*

Ragna - Whoa, hold on a sec! What's with all the crying?!

Rachel - Ooooh! Ooooh! You made her CRY, you cruel man, you!

Ragna - Me?!

Luna - *Whimper*

Ragna - Hey, Sena! What you waiting for? Do something!

Sena - Umm...I don't think there's anything I can do.

Ragna - Why are you acting like this is none of your business?!

Sena - Because...Well, you know...it's not, really...

Luna - It's you fault Ragna! You said mean things...! I hate you Ragna! I HATE YOU! I...I...I LOVE YOU!

Ragna - WHAAAAAT?! Where the hell did THAT come from?!

Sena - Wow! Now I'm embarrassed...

Rachel - Oh ho ho ho. How delightful! They're working PERFECTLY! None can resist the almighty power of the Spectacles of Eros!

Luna - Ragna! Luna loves yoooou!

Ragna - Gah! Stop! Don't touch me!

Rachel - You, child. Do you truly love Ragna that much?

Luna - Yes! A thousand times, YES!

Rachel - Oh dear. That won't do at all.

Luna - Why?!

Rachel - Why, because Ragna is simply head-over-heels in love with me, of course!

Luna - WHAT!? Is that true!?

Ragna - NO! And in case you missed it the first time, HELL NO! You twisted, evil, blood-sucking rabbit! What the hell do you think you're doing?!

Rachel - Oh come now, Ragna! No need to be shy. Just admit your feelings...Admit that you are my devoted servant!

Ragna - Who are you calling a servant?!

Litchi - Ragna the Bloodedge!

Kokonoe - Is Ragna here!?

Noel - Ragna the Bloodedge is here, isn't he?

Rachel - My goodness, what an interesting collection of visitors.

Litchi - There he is! Ragna's over there!

Kokonoe - You song of a bitch! You know how hard it was to find you!?

Noel - Just stay right there, Ragna the Bloodedge!

Ragna - Wait a minute? What's going on?!

Litchi - Don't worry, Ragna. Everything will be all right. Just drink this "Philter of Unwavering Passion"! Be sure to drink it all at once!

*Litchi draws a small bottle from between her breasts and presses it to Ragna's lips.*

Ragna - *Gag*

Noel - *Shoots bottle* All right!

Litchi - What do you think you're doing, Lieutenant?! You just blasted my special medicine across the room!

Noel - I was going to ask you the same question, Miss Litchi! How dare you make him drink such a shameless potion!

Litchi - You're still very much a child, Lieutenant! Sometimes love requires that one use a bit of...persuasion...to make it bloom.

Noel - L-Love...

Litchi - Do I need to draw you a picture? I love Ragna the Bloodedge!

Bang - WHAT DID YOU SAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!?

Kokonoe - Huh? Did you hear that? Outside? It sounded like millions of voices cried out in anguish, and were suddenly silenced...

Litchi - No. You're probably just hearing things.

Noel - B-But...! No matter how much you love someone, you can't just drug them!

Kokonoe - Yes. Of course. Medicine is completely off-limits! Terribly unfair. Here, Ragna. Eat this candy. It'll refresh your...uh...mouth.

Ragna - Oh...Thanks...

Litchi - HI-YAAAAH!

Ragna - *Gag*

Rachel - Oh my. An impressive strike. It seems the candy has been shattered. A shame.

Kokonoe - Gah!

Litchi - Professor, it seems that I can't stop watching you for even a second...

Ragna - Will SOMEBODY please tell me what's going on?

Litchi - Ragna, the candy the professor just offered you contained a very, very, VERY powerful sleeping pill.

Ragna - You can't be serious?!

Kokonoe - He he he. You saw right through me, Litchi you fox. Yeah, that's right. I put a sleeping pill in there. Oh, not just any sleeping pill! This shit would knock the Black Beast out! It's, ah, quite strong.

Ragna - You've got to be kidding?!

Noel - Miss Kokonoe. What were you going to do to Mr. Ragna the Bloodedge after you put him to sleep?

Kokonoe - Ah, yes, well, no reason to tell you. First, I intended to take his XXX (INFERNO DIVIDER!) and put it in a XXXX (CARNAGE SCISSORS!). Maybe a little XXX (GAUNTLET HADES!) too? My goodness, I can only imagine what his XXXXX (HELLS FANG!) will XXX (DEAD SPIKE!)!

Noel - WH-WH-WH-WHAT?! How could you stoop so low? That's...totally unfair!

Kokonoe - Like I care. Keep dreaming, kid. I'm gonna make Ragna MINE.

Litchi - Ragna is MINE!

Noel - Don't speak of him as if he's merely an object!

Luna - Just shut the hell up, you skanky old hags!

*Simultaneously

Litchi - Who are you calling an old hag!?

Kokonoe - Oh, I better not have just heard what I think I heard!

Noel - Me, an old hag!?

End simultaneous dialogue*

Noel - I've had enough! I'm going to make one thing clear to all of you...Ragna the Bloodedge...is already...is already MY husband!

Ragna - WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!

Rachel - How dare you, Ragna! You could have me as your wife! Why?!

Ragna - YOU, stay out of this! You're just making things worse!

Luna - What the hell are you blabbering about, you shriveled old prune? Explain yourself!

Noel - I took the liberty of going to city hall and filing our marriage registration! I am now OFFICIALLY Mrs. Ragna the Bloodedge!

Ragna - MARRIAGE REGISTRATION?! How the hell did you do that?!

Kokonoe - Yeah, OK, fine. What about the seal? There's no way in hell you've got Ragna the Bloodedge's stamp!

Noel - Oh, that...Well...I had a friend in the armament division make me one...

Ragna - What?! Doesn't the Librarium have more important things to be doing?!

*Glass shatters*

Rachel - Oh my. It seems we can look forward to some, ah, inter-species mingling...

Makoto - You're Ragna? Wow! You're so hot!

Lambda - Ragna located. Intense attraction...confirmed. Expression of love...initiated.

Nirvana - ...

*Makoto and Lambda leap at Ragna, crushing him beneath their supple, young bodies. He lets out a muffled scream of agony.*

Noel - You...you...you shameless hussies! Need I remind you that Ragna the Bloodedge is MY husband?!

*With cold, robotic purpose, Nirvana slowly extends her arm in front of Noel. Her hand opens. Resting in the palm are the remnants of a slip of paper. All that is left is Noel's marriage certificate.*

Noel - NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! My marriage registration!

Rachel - Delightful! So they can affect even her! The Spectacles of Eros are more powerful than I could possibly imagine!

*With the same cold purpose, Nirvana extends her other arm. Gripped in the hand is...*

Rachel - Oh my...Is that...a detonator?

Nirvana - ...

*Her only answer is to depress the red button atop it. The sound of explosions fills the air*

Kokonoe - Oh! Ah yes! The sweet sound of multiple explosive detonations! I love the smell of explosions in the morning! And I do believe they are coming from the direction of Kagutsuchi City Hall!

Noel - WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!? No! I won't be able to submit one of my duplicate marriage registrations!

Luna - You actually have more of them?! You conniving little bitch!

Litchi - You got the Librarium to make you a fake seal...That's pretty sad. Impressive...but sad.

Lambda - Analyzing subject. Dignity...undetectable. Mammary glands...below detectable parameters.

Makoto - There's no way that Ragna could possibly fall for someone like Noel. She's not even an adult yet.

Noel - Wh-Why is everyone ganging up on me? It's so unfair...It's just that...I...fell in love with Ragna the Bloodedge...

Jin - Excuse me, but what did you just say...?

Ragna - Jin?!

Rachel - My goodness! This is...both unexpected and...pleasing.

Jin - You seem to be surrounded by a great number of beautiful women. Perhaps you can explain the meaning of all this...

Ragna - Hey! Not you too?! And what's with your eyes? They're...heart-shaped...?!

Rachel - What madness is this!? Is sexual preference little more than a simple bump in the road for the Spectacles of Eros?!...Although in the ultimate analysis, I rather doubt Jin's feelings toward Ragna required much...modification.

Jin - You horrible pack of harpies, don't you dare touch my brother! Get out of my way, or I'll cut you to pieces!

Rachel - Oh dear!

*Rachel's danger sense springs to life, and the vampire leaps through the nearest window. Not a moment too soon...*

Jin - Yukianesa!

*The explosion ruffles Rachel's perfect bangs. What she sees in front of her is neither love, nor hate, nor obsession...Merely fire, engulfing a Chinese restaurant. She glances down to find the Spectacles of Eros resting near her foot. With dainty fingers, she picks them up.*

Rachel - The Spectacles of Eros... a powerful item indeed...They can work their power on men and women of all ages...Wait. Why, then, did they not affect me?

*Rachel shrugs and places the glasses over her eyes. The fire she sees through the Spectacles of Eros is a little frightening, a little beautiful, and a little bittersweet.*

Missing - Linhua, Tsubaki, v-13, and Taokaka

My favorite part of that ending though has to be Platinum. Fucking hilarious, especially with her english VA

Also Torakaka if we're going so far as to count NPCs.

[and you know... Saya & Phantom & Ignis but.. that's a bit much xD]

In Arakune's story, before he fights Taokaka, theres a scene where Arakune (Human Form) was talking to Kokonoe about the Ars Magus. Litchi comes in and says "Oh, Professor Lotte, I didn't know you were here." then Arakune says "Yeah, I was asking Professor Kokonoe some questions about the research" and then it ends there.

I'll post exact dialogue later if no one ninja's me.

Edit: Yar, Arakune was talking to Kokonoe about using sither to nullify ars magus, but she kept telling him to stfu

Kokonoe: Haven't we been over this? It won't work.

Arakune:I must strongly disagree, I know what the accepted view of seithr is, but in reality it can be accepted as a particle-type phenomenon. So if we use it ars magus can be-

Kokonoe: Nullified right?

Arakune: Yes, that is correct.

Kokonoe: Ridiculous

-skip-

Kokonoe: Shut it.

Arakune: My apologizes but during those experiments....ugh... (Surffering from effects of the boundary)

Kokonoe: Hey are you all right?

Arakune: It was nothing, I just felt a little dizzy all of the sudden.

Kokonoe: How about you take a breather, you barely slept since you came back from Ikaruga

Litchi: Professor are you there?

Kokonoe: Anyway this conversation is over, Yes come on in.

Litchi: I wanted to inform you of the results of the experiments are in today, Oh Lotts, I didn't know you were here.

Arakune: Yes, I just had a few questions about our current research, Well I should be going.

Sounds like Laura Bailey to me.

Sounds like Laura Bailey to me.

I'll be damned if it isn't Laura Bailey, Luna sounds exactly like Rise from Persona 4. Which makes me imagine Rise screaming out that she loves Ragna, and then I chuckle quietly to myself.

Easily my favourite joke ending so far. Even surpassing Captain Ragna.

Posted

Gee, so Rachel really is jealous of other women around Ragna...

Anyways, does Hakumen even have a joke ending?

He's he only one who does not. He's just...too cool.

Posted

Nope, hakumen's the only one w/out a joke end.

Kokonoe said in his 'teach me' segment too

-> "with such a hard head you don't/can't even have a joke end." <- sorta like this (based on JP version)

Proto you ninja'd me ;____;

The real joke is imagining somebody as serious as Hakumen in a joke situation.

...I can't do it, somebody help me out.

Kokonoe finally gets her wish and turns him into Silver Mecha Hakumen.

Few random tidbits: Beastman seems to have been changed to more gender-neutral beastkin (unless it's specifically referring to a male Beastkin, maybe?), Makoto is the daughter of a half-squirrel beastkin.

Hakumen claims Phantom uses sorcery in Noel's bad end.

Tsubaki had some previous siblings but because of all the inbreeding they didn't live long. Tsubaki is an only child because she's the only one who survived.
