Im guessing the schedul is 

Microsoft

july 19-31

Nintendo store

july 20 - august 31

Playstation store

august 1-30

hard to confirm this as the micro soft store as the sore reflect the real price but when check out it reflected the sale.
 

so going to have to wait till august for the phantom Breaker extra deal if want ps3 version. 360 version on sale but good luck setting up VPN and getting on micro soft sever.

Well, they just had it for 2 years straight, a sale this year and a year back, so yeah, expect it for a very long while.
