Btw, whenever I make it out to meetups and stuff, I wouldn't mind bringing my PS3 with me if we ever need another setup. I have all the DLC for CS (and plan on getting the rest when it comes out), GGAC (backwards compatibility whoo :3), and 2 sticks. The sticks aren't the absolute best quality (one is an unmodded SE, the other is the wireless Tekken 6 Hori lol) but they get the job done, and I plan on modding the SE eventually.

Is anybody interested in playing Battle Fantasia? I've been thinking about buying it but I'd prefer to have someone to play with first :P

GAH, fail. My high school friends are having a get together before we all go off to college on the SAME DAY as the BB tournament at QuakeCon (Saturday 14th). Not sure if I'll be able to make the event at all now. ;-;

Edit: Aside from that, I actually have a lot of free weekday time now. I know my way with the DART line so if anyone's playing BB/GG in Plano or other areas close to a station I should be able to hang out then.

Who's up for coming to my place at UTD any of the days august 9-13th? Monday I wont be back and stuff till like 5pm, and wednesday a guy will come by and install not-shit internet, but wednesday is pretty available otherwise.

Also, who all is planning to go to quakecon and could stop by my place on that saturday at like 1-4 for some warmup before we head down there? If there's enough people, who will bring a TV and another console for the second setup? If alvin comes by(even if he doesnt go to the tourney) he could have his laptop setup running vanguard princess, too.

Aww, shame about quakecon. You should totally come by monday-friday though.

Ok so we were thinking about doing the following

Daytime / Afternoon : Guilty Gear @ cheebz's place

Evening / Night : BlazBlue @ roninjinobi's place

From what I understand most of you play BlazBlue and live a bit far away, so those that are close or really want to can come practice Guilty Gear at my place earlier in the day, since I was just informed that late-night shenanigans might not be a good idea at my place, but afternoon shenanigans are just fine.

Then we can scoot on over to ronin's at night for some BlazBlue giving you guys farther away more time to find your way over here. Plus he has a spacious gameroom with the 360 in it which allows for more people.

What do you guys think?
