Or maybe Noel is just Petra done poorly? except noel and petra are nothing like each other game design wise since petra is a zoner and noel is rushdown with angel/may lee style rekka pressure. funny how you can have two characters of the same archetype or whatever but have very different gameplay for them. Ended up buying MvC2 since MvC3 does not come out for 28 days i might as well get some type of play in:sweatdrop: Since i have ggpo on my lappy ill bring it to the next meetup. It just clashes too much in my head. That said, I do love Noel a lot, I just wish that they would play more to the fact that she has 2 pistols, and yet for all she cares, they are just blocks of metal that she hits people in the face with in very pretty ways.

BTW, I assume frigid has only one copy of AH3, so if others bring their copies just in case, that would be smart. We should probably try to haev at least 3 setups, zreb's will run BBCS, frigid's main one will run AH3, does frigid have another set up at his place or should a third person bring their PS3?(Preferably not me since I won't be staying past 9:30ish, but if needed i will.) Also, I don't think i'll be hosting friday, because I want that time to familiarize myself with AH3 and do some more HW, but also so that perhaps some people go play animo at Fight Club. However, if like 4+ people want me to host friday because they dont want to drive to fort worth and cant attend saturday and one can bring a TV, I'll host friday from 3-9. Also, even though my copy is apparently still in hong kong, I am... able to play by other means. Not so sure I still want to main clarice. Mei-fang is looking mighty sick, might play her to get used to the game and the wonderful, incredible, fucking amazing arcana choices before trying to pick up a more advanced character. BB was already creative enough with zoner movesets with Nu, Arakune, etc. Noel's place as a rekka chan is awesome, especially with the whole gunkata thing, hahaha. It could be reworked a bit, but I'd rather play Noel than Petra. Right or wrong, it's still still fun which is all that matters in the end It's also innovative(AFAIK anyway) in the way that she has the whole "invulnerability circus" thing instead of more horrific mixup like Angel has, though it could use some adjustments. lastly: this morning i was chewing my cheerios to urien's theme because a clarice combo video used that music.
