ahhh son of a bitch they moved texas bar fights 4 from june 4th to july 2nd :(

i will be in oregon then

you guys better make sure there's good bb/ah3 turnout for me

i will make absolute sure i can do TBF5 in mid august tho and will rape god then with 2/3 of a summer's worth of meetups

so that tournament that i took a day off from work 3 weeks ago doesn't mean anything? or the countless meetups? or y'know the major i'm going to in may? or even the countless majors and minor tournies i went to for guilty gear so many odd years ago? stay free :)

wanna give some late shoutouts to cheebz coming over last saturday and playing some gg, ssf4, and 3s

Mega shoutouts to cheebz ryu being godlike(no seriously this guy is fucking legit)

shoutouts to me only trying to go for raging demon with akuma. and landing it a couple of times

shoutouts to my rose having gootecks level combos :O

shoutouts to cheebz not running Denjin hadouken and still giving my yun and yang a run for their money

shoutouts to genei jin

man people need to stop calling in so damn much it's killing how much time we have to finish stuff in the store ~_~

might come friday (or saturday, whichever we're doing this weekend) and bring 3s if anyone wants to play it / plans on playing it online when it comes out on psn or whatever and wants to practice. and of course always delicious guilty gear.

Kind of a tradeoff for cs2. More stable damage between combos but nothing amazing for more safe combos. Sure you get more damage off a 5D/2D with simple combos, but 3C damage suffers from the 22B damage nerf (and stupid execution on small characters).

and now, interesting bbcs2 notes

-tsubaki's install is 7 frames total, plat's is 8, tao's is 10. dat pseudo RC for ground normals

-lamda gravity field is only -2 on block. 13 frame startup, so slightly slower than ragna 2c and faster than jin 2c.

-litchi's autoguard rekka followups are all at least +18 on block. (but remember, can't special cancel into anymore)

-tsubaki's 236a/b/c are still quite minus on block, but only -5, and it seems to me that since they have 10 active frames each, properly spaced or whatever they could become +5, or at least reasonably +1 or whatever.

all that 4b and shit like 6a CH 3c gravity is just sexy as hell as well as multiple parsers

This was not a fun matchup for me in CS1...some things never change........

apparently two tier lists from arcadia consider noel top tier in cs2 along with jin and makoto (interestingly, arakune isn't top tier anymore. also, lamda is considered A or B. litchi too. :3 http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?10772-BBCS2-Discussion-Questions&p=980305&viewfull=1#post980305 ) so overall you should probably worry less

But you really won't be leaning so hard on 3c anymore. 6a hit crouchers again, and you get more gatlings, like 5c 6b, 2c 5c, etc. Shit like this help vastly with mixup and hit confirming. Also, 2c is +3 instead of +1. :yaaay:

Also, I don't think the 22b nerf mattered that much. 3c still leads to 4k.

She's more playable of a character now. Has great corner carry. High damage output (not cs1 high, but avg 3-4.5k). "Safer" optic barrel. MUCH BETTER drive pressure - new CR cancellable frame extension means you can stagger CR moves and have them still link. Better normals (dat 6A hits crouchers now!!!) etc etc

3c really isnt the go-to move for damage anymore. Better to cut damage with a safer starter like CH 5C/5B and use it for corner carry.

Definitely get nice gatlings with the 2C -> 5C business, much funs

oh god i didnt know about that, bonertown

also technically optic barrel is worse on block, -3/-6/-9, but since it actually starts up reasonably fast it's much better for just "oh god please end chaintime"

Well he can't do it Saturdays at all anymore so it's Friday. But I don't know much more than that.
