Really? I found getting level 3s with normal drives really easy, like 80% of the time easy. That was CS1 though.

The timing for her charges are not that bad, but when trying to do 8 or 9 in a row all at level 3 can get tiring. Also, having to do 2366+a for dashing fireball take a little bit of work. The key is being consistent about doing all of her combos from any situation. That takes time and practice and I don't know if I really want to put in all of that work in right now. Mostly because I don't get to play it that much except for online or once a week. If there is a tournament there is only 12 people. That kind of shit drops my hype and makes it harder to stay motivated to practice.

Don't have two comps, but I watched all 3 streams during CEO/ReveLAtion weekend and could still play games online. Internet should not be a problem. Extra laptops just means it will be way easier to watch all of the streams. Can actually full screen them.

Training mode indeed better for KOF13 consoles(Though it was already P good on arcade version!!), color edit shown in the vid, iori 98 as dlc down the line(a little shitty since it's rather early, but this is snk, who doesnt have much money, and that shit is a lot of work, and they're probably under pressure to include dlc for both financial and investor/publisher reasons, so i cant blame them)

It's good(Fully invuln, 20 frames total, easy to get your life back in one combo with it, does great damage, DUST LOOPS) but I think a lot of ragnas would rather save their heat for DP rapid cancel and stuff? I dunno though. I havent watched very much CS2 ragna footage at all, actually. I kind of want to now.

lol DP FADC is right up my alley hahaha, but I doubt I'll rely on that kinda stuff in a relatively fast paced anime game especially if I can do Life Building combos.

And speak of the devil! That page has a link to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fz4NRgsC8qk which has Ragna Blood Kain combos!(and hakumen Muugen combos) Included is a nice one off 2c fatal counter. (Basically, if you yomi the fuck out of them, or punish their DP and you have 50 meter, you're gonna get at least 50% damage on most charas.)
