Jaguar does stuff on random Sundays at some place called Anime Pavilion. He announces it ahead of time in the SRK MD thread and the MD facebook group. It's an anime place so I'm sure someone there is open to some BBing. But this area isn't very big on offline BB. So if you really want an offline BB scene, you'll be starting it yourself and carrying it.

Skullgirls on the other hand, people are liking it. It shouldn't be too hard to find comp. Though I went to the monthly last weekend and there was only one setup, but plenty of people wanting to play. I guess that was actually a lot of setups, considering it was baltimore and normally there would not be a setup at all.
