The hurricane kick looks like it's done by doing 2149+someattack, and the first hit of it will probably whiff on most people crouching. Maybe with the help of an assist, you can buy enough time to get it started, but you need to convince them to not crouch and somehow not be blocking high... plus none of Akuma's ground normals are jump cancellable, and I don't know if any of his normals out of hand give him enough frame advantage to get it going. Also not sure if everybody in the game is tall enough to get hit by it, and how well it works outside of the corner. Yeah, that's a lot of factors that need to be looked into.

Today there's a video up by the guy who made that previous video, only this one shows various ways to land the Akuma infinite. Still reliant on catching a character standing up, and I don't know how hard that is for Akuma.

The only advantage Destro has is that if it's truly a No DQ match, he'd be able to call in the forces of COBRA to help him out in a Four Horsemen/nWo/Nexus type of situation.
