I don't remember the exact details but if I recall correctly, I took the first 2 players down. Then Severin played last on the team and reversed OCV us.

Also, as my edited post says, I'm pretty angry at my Hori Stick. Like, I'm trying to do the OS barrier throw tech, and sometimes I get a throw, sometimes the B+C isn't inputted, so that's how I know it's dropping inputs.

Did you remember to switch the buttons correctly? If so, I think there's possibly something wrong with your PCB, the game is messed up or your execution sucks. The OS isn't that hard and I am pretty sure OS is still available in the game as I can pull some with Relius. So check your PCB with someone experienced I guess.
