- Canada Cup this weekend. there's a BB side tourney apparently. been seeing random 'why no mbaa' comments even though only 5 people in canada actually main the game; more like 'why no gg'. dunno if it's gonna get streamed. dunno anyone in the west that's good except for maybe beatrush? too bad they didn't promote the tourney on the Dustloop forums, could have got them a few extra heads. no one from T dot of course.

- I expect Dice to be posting here fairly soon.

There's actually a miyabi at first markham so we can try going there sometime. The food is pretty good but it's a fairly small place, so if we go with 10ish people we would literally fill half the restaurant on our own.

But being Japanese food, it's a bit more expensive than the usual stuff that we eat.

pretty much the boss likes to get a bunch of new games to see if there will be a market for it.

but he ends up neglecting his existing customers (gundam guys not getting new gundam, us not getting new mb if cs2 is coming, etc).

And if u guys havent noticed, he enjoys putting the games which he thinks might attract new people out in the open and stick games which he believes are established in the back.

ie, CT moved from the hallway... to deeper in... and now CS is in the corner... where the established gundam guys used to be... MB on the other hand got pulled to the hallway...

yea its funny, he says a lot that he mainly gets money from existing customers but he does not cater to them at all imo

We just started shop on sunday so things do look raw. Its a small room but we've been getting a lot of positive feedback. If things go well (which they have), we plan on expanding to a larger room.

Games right now are only limited to SSF4. Once we get a hold of some ps1/2 sticks PS2 games will be added. I know some of you play SSF4 and live in Scarborough so if you want to come down and chill, just drop a post in the thread. We also host random invitational tournies and poker nights!
