Also has a special that clashes things well (214E), if that's close enough. I'll take Tales playing her over Angelia. Fuck that little charge move she as Frankly, I don't see the problem with Totsugeki. Took me all of like five minutes to figure out how to deal with it.
Justice7541 Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 Punishment also makes you die in like two hits. Thunder is probably the closest thing you have to an counter Arcana, it adds clash frames to your dash and EVERYTHING IS CLASHABLE IN EF LAWL.
Danny Schme Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 Frankly, I don't see the problem with Totsugeki. Took me all of like five minutes to figure out how to deal with it. I didn't know a reliable way to clash it, and GC'ing it got me wrecked because my fastest move its 5F. But I've learned more about my character and the game since then, so we'll see how it goes next time.

capsuletoyco Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 you can put in more reps of 623d in the corner, that's better than j2c 214d, then if you have meter you can just 5c 632146d super after the 623 d then whatever follow up you want like 6a dp, ice car 6c dp whatever the 236 b combos are super impractical as well if you're doing a combo where you use j2c jd, it's better to just follow up with airdash j2c jc dash 5b 2b 5c 3c 236c if you just want to be weird then you can use the above combos
L1F3 Posted January 26, 2011 Posted January 26, 2011 lol i do weird combos cuz no one else will do them D: lol as for the 623D reps in the corner, i thought the DPs had repeat proration, but its only for 623B... i never learned the other combos with more than 1 623D tho... perhaps you can show me the next time i hop on XBL >:3 i just started doing the j.2D > j.D > airdash > j.2C > j.C > stuff recently but im having a hard time getting the dash 5B after the j.C consistently.... lol my jin execution is kinda bad atm as i cant even do 2C > 623D without counter super exploding across the screen XD i got hype combos for lambda tho lol combos that make me sad if i drop them i cuz ill be unable to use gravity

Also, I've got a friend looking a copy of AH3 (and if he buys it, then capsuletoyco and I will play it and see if we like it). he says all the import shops he has looked at are out of stock/sold out until mid Feb and he's looking to get one as soon as he can. anybody know any US shops that have some in stock or an obscure import website with it still in stock?
