No actually I don't think he got nerfed. Whatever I'll still play it for fun, seeing how SFxT is making me sick.

Tsurupettan is the stage BGM for the school festival with Touhou characters performing on stage which changes to Umineko characters during meta declaration, 2. Erika is awesome as hell and will now replace Ange, my sweet sweet Ange. Seriously Erika's meta special cracks me up every time.
