So I dunno how many of you read the Facebook SRK thread about Hazbats running P4A ranbats yet but they're replacing SFxT with it (big surprise). Although I wanted to keep the tourney scene for P4:A close to the chest for the Dustloop/MM community, I can't help my current situation and let's be honest, the exposure at Hazem's will be better. With that said, I will be cancelling my ranbat schedule and they will be picking it up starting the second hazbat which is the 8th of September. I know some of you are happier with this, and I'm really glad that SRK is really into one of our games finally, but I can't help but feel like we're being assimilated by the borg.

I'm gonna see if I can ever do casuals here anytime soon. Chris I wish I could've gone to your place yesterday.

With Revelations being entirely supported by Arizona I think this is a great move since our stream count will undoubtedly go up post Rev and you guys will get to showcase your skills.

That's unfortunate to hear (about your hosting situation Ruben), but I am kind of glad that Haz will host P4A. More exposure and Capcom + animayyy players together will hopefully be good for the community. and maybe now I can get a ride home from Haz's

I'm pretty sure Revelations registration ended and the only way to play now is emergency last minute friday registration at 9am and the price goes to 40 + 10 per game

Marq I would prefer the 50 sooner than later, let's just keep it at that.

I'm glad that Haz is gonna support P4:A but it's kinda annoying that they never gave a shit about BB or GG or any other game that most of us play, and now that they like P4:A, we still are having t.o go to them for it. For once I wanted them to have to make the effort of attending one of our events, whether it be me, Chris, Marq or any of us hosting .

I actually protested them running P4U at ranbats because I didn't want them to step on any toes on this end but seeing as you were maybe facing difficulties hosting it may be a good move. Hopefully what happens is people get exposed to the game and want to play it to the point that they will venture to your house or casuals at people's placed from DL. It is important to post on the AZ facebook group since that's where casuals go down for all games (it says SRK AZ group but its about fighting games, in fact most posts in there are about persona right now).

I say we keep hosting. Why give up? Then we can do a dustloop vs srk match. It's pretty funny that they won't come to our hostings but we have to go to theirs. I like how srk bashes on bb but not p4a.

We should continue to host, but we should also support haz for the ranbats. he's a good guy, very welcoming. Not to mention it's a great place to recruit people to play P4U (remember, you're only as good as your scene).

His stream can also bring a lot of good attention to us. We haven't been given a good chance to really showcase our games before; at least not right from the start. We need to make the most of this opportunity.

The last thing I would want is for Ruben's to turn into hazem's, but I do think it's pretty unfortunate for me that they want to try and combine the two communities honestly. Like, I hang out with you guys most of the time and not them for a reason.

Hopefully Brian, Ray etc are willing to hit up PCP some weekdays so we can maybe have casuals there as well. I want to play with people, but most ranbats seem to be held on nights that are inconvenient for me (I work at 4am).
