I could really use some good alcohol, pvc figures, and cat related items. I just thought I might just throw that out there.

Jordan 6 Rings Carbon Fiber version, Men's Heritage Classic 6-Inch Premium Waterproof Boot in Full Grain Burnished Brown, and a 2012 Honda CRZ for me! <_<

I could use all manner of wallscrolls or posters, so long as they're at least 27"x40"!

hi guys, i was wondering if you could tell me about hte video capture equipment you guys use. I wanted to get some video capture stuff so i coudl make video tutorials and whatnot when extend comes out. I know xie uses the black magic intensity pro, but i was curious about your setup. i vaguely remember someone saying it was a happaunge or something?

Would it be able to take screen caps? what software do you need? what other requirements are htere? i know the black magic intensity requires usb3.0.

also, i'm still coughing :(

As for the other stuff, the only pieces of additional equipment required are the component to HDMI converter and the PS3 component cables:

Component to HDMI - video: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=101&cp_id=10114&cs_id=1011406&p_id=4631&seq=1&format=2

PS3 component: http://www.amazon.com/PS3-Component-AV-Cable-Playstation-3/dp/B000MIXFWA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1321996790&sr=8-1

But you won't be able to get audio on whatever screen you're displaying the game on with just a video converter. The hauppauge will capture the audio just fine. For audio, there are things like this:

Component (RCA) to SPDIF/Digital coax - audio: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=104&cp_id=10423&cs_id=1042302&p_id=8127&seq=1&format=2 -- does not come with the required coax audio cable.

Alternatively, you could get an HDMI splitter and some sort of HDMI to component converter:

HDMI splitter: http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=109&cp_id=10113&cs_id=1011306&p_id=8204&seq=1&format=2

HDMI to component converter 1: http://www.amazon.com/ViewHD-Component-Converter-Support-Surround/dp/B004F9XVBC/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1321996887&sr=8-3 (not sure if this is lagless conversion or not)

HDMI to component converter 2 (HD fury 2): http://www.hdfury.com/products/hdfury-ii/ (any of the HD fury series should be fine)

As far as HDMI to component converters go, I think only the two I listed are worth looking into. Most other converters do not center the converted image before sending the video through to the display, and the Hauppauge doesn't correct for misaligned video signals itself, so you end up with randomly cropped footage if you use other converters.

Episode 20. Final 3 minutes. Looped for 3 days or so, straight.

'nuff said.

A Rei boobpad sounds sorta.... lackluster....

A Masazumi (from Horizon) boobpad would be hilarious.

edit: also, happy turkey day~. Though I doubt I'll be eating turkey, lol.
