Cat Attached to the Rust tab?

I love this song, I'm picking up guitar, and this is a song I'd like to learn. Could be a nice "whistle and play" song. Unfortunately, the only tabs I can find online are either just the straight melody which I could have figured out myself easily, or are extremely inaccurate.

I think the first chord after the organ is a C, but that's all I got.

Might not be completely accurate as it's hard to hear the acoustic guitar over the organ in the beginning. A little iffy on the Caug. I think it's some kind of C chord but I can't be sure if it's Caug or C6 or what. Might even be a G. Feel free to make suggestions. Note that I'm trying to follow the guitar, not the organ.
